Motore a coppia variabile controllato con inverter , sul traino e sul quadro estrusore.
Parte superiore mobile ,parte inferiore con controllo elettrico e forza di chiusura regolabile.
Tappeto piato a forma di “V”,con alto fattore di frizione.

Floating upper caterpillar, suitable for different pipe diameters. Lower caterpillar is electrically adjustable.
V- shaped rubber pads with high friction factor and wear-resistance.

Chenille supérieure mobile, pour différents diamètres de tubes. Chenille inférieure à contrôle

TIRAGES A TAPIS
Il traino a tappeto doppio o singolo e particolarmente idoneo per
profili morbidi con forme diverse e buona larghezza,permettendo
di distribuire la forza di compressione su tutta la superficie di
contatto con il profilo oppure per tubi di piccoli e medie dimensioni
si possono fornire traini di ampiezze diverse.
Functioning similar to the caterpillars haul – off units.
The single/twin caterpillar haul- off unit is particularly suitable for
soft profiles ,with different shapes; important width allows the
distribution of the compression force on the whole contact area
with the profile. For small and middle dimension pipes we can
supply haul-of units of different dimensions.
Fonctionnement similaire aux tirages à courroies.
L’étirage à tapis simple ou double, e projeté pour des profiles souple,
avec formes diverses; une bonne largeur permet la distribution de
la force de compression sur toute la superficie de contact avec le
profil. Pour les tubes de petites ou moyens dimensions on peut
fournir une vaste gamme de tirages, de différents dimensions.
