un fondo sassoso che lascia l’impronta nel nome. E
ne forgia il carattere deciso, strutturato e persistente.
Solo le uve accuratamente vagliate, colte e pigiate a
settembre attendono gennaio per poi fondersi con
bucce d’Amarone. Aromi di frutta matura e confetture
celebrano la sua intensità.
Tenacious vines, forcing their way up through the
“sassolini”, the stony ground that makes its mark in the
name and that shapes its resolute, well-structured,
persistent personality. Carefully selected grapes,
picked and pressed in September, await January to
blend with the skins of Amarone. Aromas of ripe fruit
and preserves celebrate its intensity.
