I bruciatori della serie TECNOPRESS coprono un campo di
applicazione da 80 a 1650 kW e possono essere impiegati sia
su generatori di calore con camera di combustione in depressione sia in pressione.
La costante attenzione rivolta a soddisfare le diverse esigenze
di mercato in linea con le direttive comunitarie in termini di
sicurezza, rendimento ed impatto ambientale, ha spinto CIB
UNIGAS a sviluppare soluzioni tecniche innovative ed ecocompatibili presso il proprio laboratorio e centro ricerche.
In particolare, questa serie di bruciatori è la più ampia espressione della nostra esperienza maturata nel settore del gas. La
testa di combustione a campana è in grado di sviluppare fiamme del tipo a diffusione e quindi ad elevato potere
d'irraggiamento. Gli organi di regolazione e di taratura semplici
e pratici, la spiccata facilità di manutenzione e di rimozione dei
componenti e, non ultimo, l'elevato rapporto qualità-prezzo
rendono il nostro prodotto molto competitivo.
The TECNOPRESS series covers a firing range from 80 kW up to
1650 kW and can be installed on pressurized or negative combustion
chambers.
UNIGAS has always had a basis on research and reliability to satisfy
any request of the market whilst compling with the european directives
to achieve safety, efficiency and care for our environment; for this
reason we have developed new technical solutions in line with our
policy of eco-friendly energy generation.
Effective planning in the last thirty years has allowed us to develop a
high performance combustion head, systems designed for ease of
maintenance and the convenience in terms of price/quality ratio to
make our product very competitive indeed.

DATI TECNICI
Tutti i modelli della serie TECNOPRESS possono essere dotati
dei seguenti tipi di regolazione:
• TN: tutto-niente, fino a 860 kW
• AB: alta-bassa fiamma, fino a 1650 kW
• MD: modulante, fino a 1650 kW
In quest’ultimo caso è opportuno indicare, in sede d’ordine, la
variabile da monitorare e la scala di temperatura o pressione
richiesta. I modulatori sono tutti ad azione P+I+D (Proporzionale + Integrale + Derivativa).
Tutte le versioni sono idonee all’impiego di metano; su richiesta sono disponibili versioni adatte a gas di città, g.p.l., propano
ed altri gas.
Il miglioramento del rendimento di combustione e della geometria di fiamma è garantito dalla possibilità di variare, in modo
preciso e semplice, il posizionamento della testa all’interno del
boccaglio; non solo, ma l’impiego di rinvii e levismi ad elevata
precisione meccanica consentono un’esatta regolazione in corrispondenza dei principali snodi operativi.
Un quadro elettrico di contenute dimensioni contiene le
apparecchiature di controllo e l’eventuale regolatore di pressione o temperatura; in particolare, l’impianto elettrico è costituito da un circuito stampato e da una serie di connettori
multipli di collegamento. In questo modo si facilitano le operazioni di cablaggio riducendo il rischio di errori di connessione
in caso di manutenzione.
Grazie agli accorgimenti tecnici sopra elencati, risultano alquanto
semplificati gli interventi di assistenza tecnica, effettuabili comodamente da una sola persona.
TECHNICAL DATA
All the models can be supplied for operations as follows:
• TN: ON/OFF, up to 860 kW.
• AB: HIGH/LOW flame, up to 1650 kW.
• MD: MODULATING, up to 1650 kW.
For modulating operation it is necessary to specify whether temperature or pressure operation is required and all modulating systems operate using a PID Controller (Proportional, Integral, Derivative).
The standard burner version is designed to fire on natural gas, but
a wide range of alternatives can be used, when specified by the
customer, including l.p.g., towns gas, propane and other fuels.
For efficient combustion and good mixing between gas and air,
the position of the combustion head can be altered backwards and
forwards by means of a screw adjustment.
In addition, an adjustable cam driven by the modulating motor allows a smooth transition from low to high fire.
A small control panel contains the control box, the transformers
and any other electrical equipment including the pressure or temperature regulator; a circuit board with pre-wired plug connections,
inside the control panel, ensures correct wiring in case of maintenance or replacement.

TECNOPRESS
La gamma di potenzialità è compresa tra 80 e 350 kW e come
l'intera serie di bruciatori TECNOPRESS, è dotata di una
carenatura in pressofusione di alluminio che ospita un ventilatore di tipo centrifugo. La ventola viene azionata da un motore
elettrico monofase da 0,37 kW.
Il convogliatore dell'aria comburente è stato progettato in modo
da ottimizzare le prestazioni del circuito di aspirazione consentendo un efficace funzionamento del bruciatore anche su
caldaie con elevata contropressione. Il sistema di aspirazione
viene inoltre corredato di una rete di protezione contro l'introduzione di corpi estranei.

These burners are rated from 80 kW to 350 kW and comprises an
aluminium die-casting which includes the centrifugal air fan driven
by a single phase-motor (0,37kW).
The air inlet box has been designed to optimize the combustion
performance, even with high back pressure in the combustion chamber.
A grill on the air inlet prevents any foreign object larger than 12
mm being drawn into the fan.

TECNOPRESS
La potenzialità di questi modelli abbraccia un campo tra 240 e
860 kW.
Qualora non vi siano particolari esigenze, la configurazione del
tipo tutto-niente consente, anche a questo livello di applicazione, di mantenere una specifica regolazione della portata del
gas.
Comunemente agli altri modelli della serie TECNOPRESS, questi
bruciatori sono predisposti per l'impiego di boccagli standard
o lunghi. Qualora fosse richiesto un boccaglio inferiore allo
standard è possibile l'uso di distanziali per l'adeguamento del
grado di introduzione del boccaglio in camera di combustione.
A partire dal modello P50, tutti i bruciatori sono alimentati
con corrente alternata trifase.
The burner output covers a range between 240 kW and 860 kW.
The TN operation for this models gives a fixed firing rate or gas flow.
As with the other models of the TECNOPRESS series, these burners
are arranged to use standard or long blast tubes.
If the blast tube is required shorter than the standard one, a spacer
is available to adjust the insertion length into the combustion chamber.
Starting from the P50 all the burners are fitted with a three-phase
motor.

TECNOPRESS
Dotati esclusivamente di regolazione bistadio, progressiva o
modulante, questi modelli utilizzano un servocomando elettrico per il controllo del rapporto aria/gas agendo contemporaneamente sulla serranda dell'aria e la farfalla del gas mediante
una camma a profilo variabile (solo modelli progressivi o modulanti).
Il passaggio dal minimo al massimo carico avviene in modo
proporzionale e continuo (esclusi modelli monostadio e bistadio),
mantenendo lineare il rapporto aria/gas in fase di combustione.
Il pannello di controllo è dotato, come per tutti i bruciatori
della serie, di un quadro sinottico che illustra le diverse funzioni in atto e le eventuali anomalie al sistema.
These models operate using a high-low, progressive or modulating
drive motor to regulate the air/gas ratio by means of an air damper
and gas butterfly valve linked to an adjustable cam (progressive and
fully modulating versions only).
This system allows for a smooth transition between low and high fire
(excluded single stage and hi-lo flame versions), maintaining this correct
fuel/air ratio at all times.
The control panel face is printed with a mimic diagram complete with
lamps to show the sequential stages of the burner operation.
