“3º International Golden Glove”
Cari
coach e maestri,
il secondo Golden Glove ha ottenuto risultati eccellenti e come evento internazionale è destinato ad essere imperdibile per tutti gli amanti della kickboxing.
Per la terza edizione ci sarà un’importante novità: è cambiata infatti la location dell’evento. Un nuovo palazzetto con più di 3.000 posti a sedere nella città di Conegliano (più vicini ad hotel ed autostrada)
allestito in maniera impeccabile con 6 quadrati, di cui uno centrale con illuminazione stile americano e un mega schermo che proietta immagini di altre edizioni, è il palcoscenico che vedrà gareggiare
numerosi atleti provenienti da ben 18 diverse nazioni: Irlanda, Svizzera, Austria, Olanda, Belgio, Inghilterra, Liechstein, Galles, Scozia, Grecia, Ungheria, Germania, Polonia, Norvegia, Slovenia, Croazia,
Bulgaria e naturalmente l’Italia.
Il Comitato organizzatore, composto dalla Società Zen Shin di Mareno di Piave (pres. Franco Noale, Loris Zaia), dai Maestri Luca Terrin e Oriano De Bei in rappresentanza della FI.KB. Regione Veneto e
dalla Top Ring, con l’approvazione della Federazione Italiana Kickboxing ha permesso il successo di questa iniziativa, che vede un montepremi di 10.000 euro totali, cosa davvero insolita nei circuiti di
kickboxing tradizionali, sia nazionali che internazionali.
Anche per quest’anno è confermata la spettacolarità del double team touch score (ricordiamo lo scorso anno circa 50 squadre maschili e 20 femminili) e le regole saranno pressoché invariate: sarà
concesso il cambio dell’atleta durante il combattimento con un tocco di mano e la durata del match sarà di 3 minuti o al raggiungimento di 20 punti.
Una novità sarà la gara a squadre di light contact double team touch score che si terrà nella giornata di sabato e sarà divisa per peso. Sarà interessante vedere come si svilupperà questo nuovo modo di
combattere anche nel light.
Una nota di merito relativa alla scorsa edizione va a tutti i team stranieri come la Svizzera di Berlingieri sempre presente a tutti gli eventi internazionali, alla Grecia di Nikos Memmos con circa 40 atleti, alla
Polonia, alla Norvegia rappresentata del Campione Europeo in carica Morten Spissoy, all’Olanda di Alex e Jhon Engelhardt, al temibilissimo team Ungherese Kiraly che per la prima volta ha partecipato al
Golden Glove facendo il pieno di medaglie, alle fortissime compagini austriache di Krukenhauser e ai nostri paesi più vicini geograficamente come la Slovenia e la Croazia. Ultime ma non per ordine di
importanza, l’Inghilterra con le squadre della Death Squad rappresentata da Sean Veira, della Swat Team rappresentata da Tony e Jacey Cashman e dei Predators rappresentata dal Campione Europeo
Michael Page. Anche in questa edizione ci sarà l’Irlanda del mio amico Roy Baker che grazie alla sua esperienza e personalità darà un importante contributo nella gestione della competizione e rappresenta
una garanzia di partecipazione di numerosi atleti stranieri. A ciascun vincitore di qualsiasi divisone saranno consegnati i favolosi guanto d’oro prodotti dalla TOP RING oltre alla coppa e premio in denaro!
L’ineccepibile forza organizzatrice dimostrata in questi anni dallo ZEN
SHIN, oltre alla splendido allestimento della nuova location e all’ottimo
lavoro degli uomini del servizio d’ordine, garantiscono anche per questo
evento tutti i trasferimenti.
Si spera che il Golden Glove sia non solo un evento della kickboxing
internazionale ma anche un luogo di incontro dove tutti gli appassionati di
questo sport e tutti i principali promotori possano discutere affinché si dia
sempre maggior concretezza a tutto ciò che si sta costruendo. E’ infatti
importante cercare la continua integrazione tra team, gareggiando nei
tornei internazionali, sia italiani che esteri, organizzati dai vari paesi
(Italian Open, Bestfighter, Irishopen, Austrian Classics, Athens Challenge,
Mazovia Open,…) in modo tale che vi sia una crescita generale della
kickboxing non con rivalità bensì con sincerità, trasparenza e rispetto.
Tutto è pronto, quindi, per un nuova esperienza a cui sicuramente non
potrete mancare. Certi che questa competizione sarà un’imperdibile
vetrina per tutti i partecipanti vi auguriamo grandi soddisfazioni nelle arti

Dear coaches and instructors,
the second Golden Glove has obtained turns out excellent scores and as international event it is our aim to make it an obligatory goal for all the lovers of the kickboxing.
For the third edition there will be an important innovation: it is changed the location of the competition. A new extraordinary arena, with more than 3.000 seats, in the city of Conegliano (nearest to hotels and
highway) prepared in a perfect way with 6 squares, with one in the center with an high-light system style and a screen that transmits images of the past editions, is the stage where we will see and compete
fighters from 18 states: Ireland, Switzerland, Austria, Holland, Belgium, England, Wales, Scotland, Hungary, Liechstein, Greece, Germany, Polonia, Norway, Slovenia, Croatia, Bulgaria and naturally Italy.
The organizing Committee, made up from the Society Zen Shin di Mareno di Piave (pres. Franco Noale, Loris Zaia), from instuctors Luca Terrin and Oriano De Bei with the representation of the FI.KB.
Regione Veneto, Top Ring, with the full approval of the Italian Federation Kickboxing have allowed the succeess of this event, that sees a prize money of 10.000 euro totals and this thing is unusual in
the kickboxing competitions.
Also for this year the exciting double score touch team is confirmed (we remember the last year about 50 male teams and 20 female ones) and the rules almost will be the same: the change of the
fighter during the match will be granted by a touch hand and the duration of the match will be 3 minutes or to the first team to reach 20 points. A new division will be inserted, that is the contest of
light contact double team touch score that will keep itself in the day of saturday and will be divided for weight. It will be interesting to see as this new way to fight will develop.
We want to thank particularly for the last edition all the foreign teams like Switzerland, always present with his coach
Berlingieri to all the international events, to Nikos Memmos’s Greece with about 40 fighters, to Polonia, to Norway
represented by the European Champion Morten Spissoy, to Netherlands of Alex and Jhon Engelhardt, to the
frightening Hungarian Kiraly team that for the first time came to Golden Glove winning a load of medalst, to the
strong Austrian compages of Krukenhauser and to our nearest countries like Slovenia and Croatia. Last but not for
importance order, England with the strongest team named Death Squad represented by Sean Veira, Swat Team
represented by Tont and Jacey Cashman, and Predators Team of the Europena Champion Michael Page.
Also in this edition there will be one of my best friends, the famous Roy Baker’s Ireland, that thanks to his experience
and behaviour, will help us in the organization of the event and represents a guarantee for the presence of a lot of
foreign teams. Every division winner will be presented with the fabulous golden gloves produced by TOP RING as
well as a trophy and prize money.
The unexceptionable organizational force demonstrated in these years by ZENSHIN, as well as the spectacular set up
of the arena and the outstanding job from the staff, guarantee again all airport and hotel transport transfers.
We hope that the Golden Glove will be not only an international kickboxing event, but also an occasion and a place where all
the lovers of this sport and all main promoters can discuss so that we can strengthen all that is being constructed in WAKO.
It is important to try and find out the continuous integration between team, competing in the international events, italian and
foreign ones, organized by the several countries (Bestfighter, Irishopen, Austrian Classics, Athens Challenge, Mazovia
Open...) in such way that is one general increase of the kickboxing not with rivalry but with sincerity, transparency and respect.
Everything is ready now for a new experience in which you absolutely cannot miss. This will, without a doubt be a
tournament to participate in and we wish all the best success and satisfaction in your martial arts and life.
