Gli elettromagneti circolari di
sollevamento sono adatti, a seconda del
modello, per lavori molto gravosi in
acciaierie, fonderie, parchi rottame,
caricamento forni (serie HMR-MR),
per lavori di pulizia in magazzini,
fonderie, depositi rottame (serie
MRL-MRS).
La loro struttura standard, rappresentata
nello spaccato a fianco è eseguita in
laminato di acciaio ad elevata
permeabilità magnetica, saldature
profonde e trattamento di
stabilizzazione.
L'avvolgimento è realizzato in nastro di
alluminio o rame elettrolitico con
interposizione di materiali isolanti in
classe “H”, totalmente annegato con
resina epossidico-bituminosa ad alto
grado di isolamento.
Diaframma amagnetico inferiore in
acciaio al manganese al 12% ad elevato
grado di resistenza.
Catene di sospensione a 3 rami in
acciaio,
grado 80, con anellone centrale
(rapporto di sicurezza 5:1 )
A richiesta costruiamo anche magneti
della “serie rossa” per elevate
temperature (fino a 600 °C).
Alimentazione in c.c. a 220 V. tramite ns.
apparecchiature elettroniche per
carroponte o con gruppi motodinamo o
motoalternatori da montare su macchine
operatrici.
The circular lifting electromagnets are
suitable to be employed for heavy works
in steel-mills, foundries scrap yards,
furnace loading (HMR-MR range), for
cleaning operations in stores foundries
scrap yards (MRL-MRS range).
Their standard structure, shown in the
picture, involves high magnetic
permeability rolled steel, deep-welded
and treated for stress relief.
Coil is made of aluminium or electrolytic
copper tape, with interposed “H” grade
insulating material, totally sunk in
highly insulating epoxy-bituminous
resin.
Nonmagnetic bottom plate in high
resistance grade 12% manganese steel.
3-fold steel hanging chains, class 80, with
central ring (safety ratio 5:1).
On request “red range” magnets are
available for high temperatures (up to
600 °C).
220 V d.c. power supply by our electronic
equipments for bridgecrane or by
generating sets or alternators to be installed
on operating machines.
Les électro-aimants circulaires de levage
sont indiqués, suivant le modèle, pour la
réalisation de travaux très lourds dans les
aciéries, les fonderies, les parcs à ferraille,
le chargement de fours (série HMR-MR), et
pour la réalisation d'opérations de nettoyage
dans les entrepôts, les fonderies, les dépôts
de ferraille (série MRL-MRS).
La structure standard, représentée dans la
coupe ci-contre, est éxecutée en acier
laminé à perméabilité magnétique élevée et
à soudures profondes et à un traitement de
stabilisation.
L'enroulement est réalisé en feuillard
d'aluminium ou de cuivre électrolytique,
avec interposition de matériaux isolants de
classe “H”, completement noyé dans de la
résine époxydo-bitumineuse à haut niveau
d’isolation.
Diaphragme amagnétique inférieur en acier
au manganèse à 12% de haute résistance.
Chaînes de suspension à 3 branches en
acier, degré 80, avec boucle centrale
(rapport de sécurité 5:1 ).
Nous fabriquons également, sur demande,
des aimants de “série rouge” pour les hautes températures (jusqu’à 600 °C).
Alimentation en c.c. à 220 V par nos
appareils électroniques pour pont roulant
ou à l'aide de groupes motogenerateurs ou
motoalternateurs à appliquer sur machines
opérateuses.

CIRCULARES SÉRIE ULTRA LIGEIRA ESB - ECS.
Je nach Modell sind die kreisförmigen
Hebe-Elektromagneten sowohl für sehr schwere
Arbeiten in Stahlhütten, Gießereien und
Schrottplätzen als auch für die Ladung von Öfen
(Serie HMR-MR1) die Reinigung von Lagern,
für Gießereien und Schrottlager geeignet (serie
MRL-MRS).
Die nebenstehend dargestellten
Standard-Produkte bestehen aus Stahllaminat
mit hoher magnetischer Durchlässigkeit, welches
mit tiefen Schweißungen versehen ist und einer
Stabilisierungsbehandlung ausgesetzt wurde.
Die Wicklung besteht aus Aluminiumband oder
Elektrolytkupfer, welche mit Isoliermaterialien
der Klasse “H” versehen sind. Das Band ist völlig
im bituminösen Epokidharz mit hohem
Isoliergrad eingelassen.
Untere unmagnetische Membran aus 12%
Manganstahl mit hohem Festigkeitsgrad.
Die Hängeketten sind mit 3 “Zweigen” aus Stahl
- Grad 80 - und mit Mittelring versehen
(Sicherheitsverhaltnis 5:11).
Auf Anfrage können wir auch Magneten der
“roten Serie” für hohe Temperaturen
(bis 600°C) herstellen.
Versorgung mit 220 V. Gleichstrom durch unsere
elektronische Laufkran-Ausrüstung oder durch
Dynamotoren oder Alternatoren, welche auf den
Maschinen montiert werden können.

Los electroimanes circulares de levantmiento
son adaptos, según el modelo, para trabajos
muy
pesados en acerias, fundiciones, depósitos de
chatarras, cargas de hornos (serie HMR-MR),
para trabajos de limpieza en almacenes,
fundiciones, depósitos de chatarra (serie
MRL-MRS).
Su estructura estándar, representada en el
esquema a lado, está realizada por
laminado de acero de elevada
permeabilidad magnética, soldaduras
profundas y tratamiento de estabilización.
El enrollado está realizado por una cinta de
aluminio o cobre electrolítico con intercalado
de materiales aislantes de clase “H”,
totalmente anegado por resina
epoxi-bituminosa de elevado poder aislante.
Diafragma antimagnético inferior de acero al
manganeso al 12% de elevada resistencia.
Cadenas de suspensión de 3 ramos de acero,
grado 80, con anillo central (coeficiente de
seguridad 5:1).
Bajo pedido también construimos imanes de la
“serie roja” para elevadas temperaturas
(hasta 600°C).
Alimentación en c.c. 220 V. mediante
nuestros equipos electrónicos para
puente-grúa o por grupos motodinamo o
motoalternadores pora montar sobre máquinas
operadoras.

Os electroímans circulares são
adequados, segundo o modelo, a trabalhos
pesados de carregamento em siderurgias,
fundições e parques de sucata (série HMR-MR)
e para trabalhos ligeiros como limpeza de
armazéns, fundições e depósitos de resíduos
(série MRL-MRS).
A sua estrutura standard, representada na
figura ao lado, é fabricada em chapa
de aço de elevada permeabilidade magnética,
soldaduras de elevada resistência e tratamentos
de estabilização.
A bobine é concebida em barra de
alumínio ou cobre electrolítico com
interposição de materiais isolantes de classe
“H”, totalmente recoberto com resinas
epoxídio-betuminosas de alto grau de isolamento.
Tampa inferior antimagnética em aço manganês
de 12% de elevado grau de resistência.
Correntes de suspensão de três ramos em aço,
grau 80, com anel central (relação de
segurança 5:1).
Por encomenda construímos também
electroímans da “série vermelha” para elevadas
temperaturas (até 600 °C).
Alimentação a 220V CC através dos nossos
aparelhos electrònicos para pontes rolantes
ou com grupos moto-geradores ou
moto-alternadores para montar em máquinas
giratórias.
