TER ha maturato in questo settore una
pluridecennale esperienza fornendo sistemi di
controllo precisi, efficienti, resistenti per le macchine
per il sollevamento industriale, in particolare per
carriponte a cavalletto e su rotaie, gru a bandiera
e a mensola.
Normalmente queste macchine lavorano in
condizioni termiche gravose (temperature di
funzionamento basse o alte) legate agli sbalzi
termici tra giorno e notte, e sono soggette a varie
condizioni atmosferiche (acqua, polveri, raggi
UV e salsedine). Necessitano di componenti con
alto grado di protezione agli agenti atmosferici,
resistenza alle temperature estreme, alto grado di
durata e resistenza meccanica: ciò è importante
anche per i componenti pensili o montati alla base
della macchina che sono soggetti al rischio di urti
accidentali. I sistemi di controllo impiegati devono
essere precisi ed efficienti per evitare collisioni,
impatti ed urti quando esiste la compresenza di
altre macchine dello stesso tipo o simili.
TER has acquired decades of experience in providing
accurate, efficient, resistant control systems for
industrial lifting machines, in particular for gantry
cranes, track cranes, jib cranes and wall-mounted jib
cranes.
These machines usually operate in difficult thermal
conditions (low or high operating temperatures) with
great thermal shifts between night and day, and they
are subject to a variety of weather conditions (water,
dust, UV rays and salt). They need components with
a high degree of protection against weather effects,
resistance to extreme temperatures, high mechanical
durability and resistance: this is also important for
overhead components or parts installed at the base of
the machine that are subject to the risk of accidental
impact. The control systems used must be accurate
and efficient to prevent collisions and impact when a
number of machines of the same type or similar are
present in the same area.

industrial machines. Motion is transferred to the shaft of the
limit switch which, thanks to a combination of cam switches
(max.12), potentiometers, encoders, electronic cards enables
the required manoeuvre ensuring maximum operation safety
