Cosa si può restituire?
Se per qualche ragione non sei pienamente soddisfatto del tuo ordine, puoi
restituire la merce e chiederne il cambio o il rimborso. Una volta rientrata in
sede, ne verrà valutata l’integrità per procedere al cambio o al rimborso.

• non devono essere stati provati in caso di calze o abbigliamento intimo

Non è possibile restituire prodotti realizzati o ordinati appositamente per il cliente,
come costumi sartoriali e accessori fuori catalogo.
Come procedere al reso
Per restituire la merce, devi utilizzare il modulo cambio/sostituzione/recesso e
farlo pervenire via fax al (+39) 085 9064145 oppure via e-mail a staff@danzashop.
it entro le 48 ore successive alla loro ricezione. La merce deve essere rispedita
entro 10 giorni dall’invio del modulo di reso. Una volta rientrata in sede, ne verrà
valutata l’integrità per procedere al cambio o al rimborso.
Devi compilare il modulo indicando le caratteristiche del prodotto che viene
restituito (codice prodotto, eventuale colore e taglia), il motivo della restituzione, il
prodotto richiesto come cambio o se si preferisce un rimborso.
E’ responsabilita’ del cliente restituire il prodotto. Le spese di restituzione è a carico
del cliente ed è possibile utilizzare il nostro servizio di reso ad un costo fisso di €
10,00 iva inclusa per l’Italia ed € 15,00 per gli altri paesi europei. L’importo deve
essere inserito all’interno della confezione contenente l’articolo da restituire. La

DISPONIBILITÀ
I nostri magazzini hanno scorte abbastanza complete e sono, nella maggior parte

How to return?
If for any reasons you are not fully satisfied of your order, you may return the goods and
ask for an exchange or refund.The integrity of the goods will be evaluated, and the return
or exchange will be completed.
The Products
• The product must be kept in its original package.
• The product must have original labels.
• Tights or underwear may not have been worn.
• CD's may not have been opened.
• Factory defects may not be returned.

procedures of the goods.
Attention! The order will be deleted if the payment communication is not received within

It is not possible to return products which have been special ordered for the customer,
such as sartorial clothing and accessories out of catalogue.

How to make a return
To return the goods select the change/substitution/return form and send by fax to
(+39) 085 9064145 or by e-mail to [email protected] within 48 hours of receiving
the purchase.
The goods should be send back within 10 days from the day on which the Return
request has been sent. Once at the location, the integrity of the product will be evaluated
to complete the exchange or the refund.
The form has to be filled in specifying the characteristics of the product which is to be
returned (code, color and size), the reason for the return, the product which is request
like replacement or if a refund is preferred.
The return will be the responsibility of teh customer. The shipping costs for the return
are at customer's expense and it is possible to use our Return Service for a cost of €
10,00 including iva for Italy and € 15,00 for the others european countries.The total
amount must be included with the package containing the product to be returned.The

Return for withdrawal
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and you don’t want to replace it with any
other product, you can assert your right of withdrawal within 10 working days from the
product purchase.The right is effective only for products that have not been personalized.
To proceed with the withdrawal return, it is possibile to send the change/substitution/

48 hours of purchase. All procedures will be activated to allow refund of your purchase.
Refunds will be made within 10 working days, so please wait for the credit to your bank

For hygienical reasons, we can not accept the return of underwear and tights in open
packages or other goods which are not considered returnable items in the product

How can you pay?
All purchases can be paid by credit card, bank transfer, PayPal, and (only in Italy) cash
on delivery. No additional costs.
Cash on delivery
Only in Italy, if the purchase amount does not exceed 999.00 euros, it is possible to pay
the purchase by cash to the courier. The payment to the courier must be made in cash,
no checks accepted.
AVAILABILITY
Our warehouses are supplied with a large amount of provisions which are directly visible
on our website. The goods available in our store can be shipped to Europe and United
Kingdom, within 5 days after the order is placed. However there are some products
which we cannot be easily found by our manufacturers and suppliers, and others which
may be temporarily unavailable between the buying process and our confirmation. In
case the goods are not in the warehouse, DanzaShop reserves the right to complete
the shipment within 7 working days. In this case the customer will be contacted to have
the opportunity to receive the available goods immediately and the remaining goods at
a later date with shipping costs at the customer's expense. If the shipping time exeeds
7 working days, DanzaShop will carry out several shipments, at no additional cost for
the customer.
This is not applicable in case of tailored clothing, for which the delivery time may change
depending on the item, the amount, and the period.
SCHOOLS AND TEACHERS
For dance schools, teachers, and theatre companies, DanzaShop recognizes a discount
on purchases. To take advantage of the discount program, you must be the owner or
a teacher of a dance school or company, or the person in charge of purchases (the
school or company must be registered with VAT number and / or social security number).
Documentation may be required as proof. There is no minimum spending limit, and the
discount can be applied to all orders, but the account may be suspended and the order
blocked if the school amount is not reached during the year
Discounts
You will receive up to 20% discount on the full price of many products.
The discounted prices will be visible immediately on the website after you has been
registered as a school / teacher with all the requested information. Discounts can not
be combined with other promotions or discounts, and are not applicable to the outlet
products.
Delivery
For the delivery we always ask for a small contribution of € 5.90 for shipments to Italy
and € 9.90 for United Kingdom and the other European countries.
Orders of tailored costumes / special orders / personalised products
For the orders of products that we generally do not process (such as products that we
have to order directly from our supplier) or products for which is require customization,
we will require a payment in advance of 30% on the grand total. Items will can be
returned only in case of defect.
