1. TRADE NAME: PHEROMONE DISPENSER FOR TRIBOLIUM SPP
Pheromone dispenser to be introduced in a trap for the monitoring of Tribolium spp. It must be used inside
monitoring devices for the IPM application complying with UNI EN 16636:2015 Regulation, that must be
applied to control regularly the pests presence in a specific place for a defined time.

4. TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS:
The pheromone dispenser for Tribolium spp is a device studied to release the aggregation pheromone. It
must be used inside a trap, so that the pheromone call leads to the insects catch and, consequently, it stops
their proliferation and infestation.
It is composed of:
- Green sleeve stopper made of rubber and SBR;
- Aggregation pheromone.
It is packed in laminated film and cardboard skillet.

5. HOW TO USE:
Place the above mentioned pheromone dispenser:
Place the pheromone dispenser for Tribolium spp inside 3WAY trap (code: P-04031). This trap must be placed
on the floor.
This trap must be used inside food industries, storehouses, silo and all those places where it is stocked: wheat
and flour.
We suggest you to give a number to each trap and indicate its placement in the monitored area plan, in order
to facilitate the check during the periodic monitoring.
Theoretical covered area: 10 m2.
Suggested monitoring period: all the year long.
Suggested frequency of the controls: change the pheromone dispenser after two months.
Storage conditions: in a cool and dry room, temperature below 25°C and R.H. below 55%.
If well stored (intact packaging), the product shelf life is 3 years. From the pack opening, the pheromone lasts
60 days.

- Skillet: 15 pcs (sales unit), packed in laminated film (n.3 pieces per strip, for a total of 5 packs per skillet);
- Case: 60 skillets;
- Pallet: 5040 pieces/pallet; 3620 cases/pallet; 14 master carton/pallet; pallet: 80x120x150 (h).
7. DISPOSAL CONSIDERATIONS:
Waste disposal should be in accordance with existing Community , National and local regulations.
