We consider LENOX system the most

The system is based on the use of a patented support, made of a thermoplastic
substance press-forged. It’s a material

Il supporto BASE si presenta come una
placca quadrata con un lato di cm 50 per
uno spessore variabile, a seconda dei
modelli, da 19 a 59 mm.
Sulla sua superficie sono sagomati dei
denti che fungono da sistema di
fissaggio ad incastro delle doghe di
rivestimento e delle asole che
permettono lo scolo delle acque piovane.
Sul perimetro sono stati ricavati degli
innesti a m/f per collegare i moduli tra
loro. Sulla superficie inferiore sono
collocati dei piedini distanziatori.
In esterno i piani di posa vengono realizzati in pendenza per favorire il deflusso
dell’acqua verso gli scarichi. Impiegando
il supporto BASE, il pavimento seguirà le
pendenze del piano di posa, come qualunque rivestimento in ceramica, cotto,
pietra o materiali lapidei in genere.
The support BASE is a square tile with a
side of 50 cm and a variable thickness,
according to the models, from 19 to 59
mm.
Its surface has coggings for the fixing of
the covering boards and slots that allow
the drainage of rain waters.
On the perimeter there are some tongue
and groove joints to connect the tiles. On
the lower surface there are some spacer
feet.
On the outer side, the laying surfaces are
made slanting down in order to facilitate
the water outflow towards the drain.
Employing a support BASE, the floor will
follow the slants of the laying surface, as
any other ceramic, stone and terracotta
material covering.

LEVEL è una variante al supporto BASE
che consente di correggere la pendenza del piano di posa in modo tale che
il pavimento risulti planare, mentre il
sottofondo conserverà la sua necessaria
inclinazione atta a favorire il deflusso
dell’acqua verso gli scarichi.
La superficie superiore e il perimetro del
supporto LEVEL sono sagomati come
quelle del BASE, essendo realizzati con lo
stesso stampo.
La superficie inferiore invece, quella
cioè costituita dalla base dei piedini di
appoggio, è obliqua e capace di seguire
un’inclinazione del sottofondo dello 0,5%,
mantenendo però la superficie e quindi il
pavimento su essa applicato “in bolla”.
LEVEL is another version of the support
BASE which allows to correct the slanting
of the laying surface, so that the floor
will be flat, while the screed will keep its
necessary slanting in order to facilitate
the water outflow towards the drains.
The upper surface and the perimeter of
support LEVEL are shaped as the ones of
BASE, being made with the same mould.
The lower surface, on the contrary, that
is the one formed by the support feet,
is slanting and able to follow a slanting
screed of 0,5% keeping, at the same time,
the surface and then the floor in LEVEL.

LEVEL richiede un sottofondo adeguatamente predisposto
LEVEL requires a properly prepared surface
Scelto un lato o un angolo dal quale iniziare il lavoro, si appoggia BASE direttamente sul piano di posa, agganciando tra
loro i vari moduli.
Con il supporto LEVEL, il sistema di
aggancio dei moduli tra loro e quello di
posa ad incastro delle doghe di rivestimento rimangono gli stessi adottati
utilizzando il suporto BASE.
Il metodo LEVEL è costituito da una serie
di 16 supporti complementari a base
obliqua. Il primo supporto chiamato L1
ha un’altezza crescente da 19 mm a 21,5.
L2 va da 21,5 a 24, fino ad L16 che va da
56,5 mm a 59 millimetri.
BASE può essere tagliato e sagomato
a proprio piacimento con una normale
sega circolare da legno.

Per realizzare un pavimento con
Mosaico 50 è sufficiente, in fase di
posa dei moduli BASE, ruotare ogni
supporto di 90° rispetto a quello a
cui è agganciato.

Per posare LEVEL dobbiamo procedere
per file, ad esempio: la prima fila tutta
con L1, la seconda con L2, la terza con L3
e così via.

in a row, for example: all the first line
with L1, the second with L2 , the third

Unendo i 16 supporti complementari da
50 cm l’uno è possibile compensare fino
all’ 0,5% di pendenza su una lunghezza di
8 metri lineari.
With the method LEVEL, by connecting
the complementary 16 supports, 50 cm
each, we can compensate up to 0,5% of
slanting on a length of 8 linear metres.
Per agevolare la composizione del
sottopavimento, oltre che sulle scatole,
anche sulla superficie di ogni modulo
sono stampati il modello, per esempio
L2, e una freccia che indica la direzione
di aggancio del modulo successivo, in
questo caso L3.
To ensure the assembling of the underfloor, as well as in the boxes, on every
module’s surface is stamped the model,
for example L2, and an arrow which indicates the coupling direction of the next
module, in this example L3.

The LEVEL method is formed of a series

The first support, called L1 has an increasing height from 19 mm to 21,5 mm.

Per terminare la realizzazione del
pavimento LENOX è necessario bloccare
le doghe poste ai margini del perimetro,
al fine di evitare lo scorrimento di testa
delle stesse o la loro fuorisciuta laterale
in caso di rifilatura longitudinale.
To finish the installation of LENOX woodfloor it’s necessary to block the planks
placed on the sides to avoid their sliding
in case of longitudinal trimming.

Una volta bloccata la pavimentazione
fissando le doghe perimetrali possiamo
rifinire la superficie con i profili di chiusura, impiegando l’apposito kit fissaggio
profili.
In order to finish the surface, after
blocking the flooring by fixing the outer
planks, you can apply the sliding borders.
For this operation, use the borders fixing
kit.
Per effettuare tale operazione possiamo
impiegare l’apposito collante in cartuccia R 880 con una normale pistola per
silicone.
Prima del fissaggio, si consiglia di verificare che tutte le doghe della fila che
vogliamo bloccare siano ben chiuse e
unite di testa.
È inoltre opportuno, carteggiare entrambe le parti di contatto (plastica/legno)
prima dell’applicazione del collante.
For this operation we can use the cartridge glue R880 applied with a gun for
silicon.
Before fixing we suggest you check that
all planks in the row are properly blocked.
It is also advisable to sand both sides
(plastic/wood) before applying the glue.
I pavimenti LENOX sono pretrattati
industrialmente in fabbrica ad
impregnazione su tutti i lati degli
elementi con olio protettivo specifico per
esterni, tuttavia si consiglia una mano
di rifinitura con Bona Deck Oil applicato
a pennello subito dopo la posa, su
superficie lavata ed asciutta.
The floor system LENOX is processed,
during the manufacturing, with an impregnating treatment on every surface
with a protecting oil for external use.
In any case is highly recommended a
finishing coat with Bona Deck Oil applied
with a brush after the laying on the clean
and dry surface.
Utilizzando il giunto nautico in gomma è
possibile realizzare pavimenti ad effetto
Ponte de Bateau.
Introdurre il giunto nautico nella fessura
esistente tra doga e doga. Continuare ad
inserirlo a pressione dall’alto, evitando
di stirare il giunto schiacciandolo con
le dita nella fessura. Per realizzare un
pavimento a Ponte de Bateau, applicare
il giunto nautico subito dopo la posa e

Using a black rubber joint it’s possible to
install Pont de Bateau floors.
Insert the black rubber joint pressing it
between two planks from on high, avoiding squashing it. To realize a Pont de
Bateau floor, insert the joint right after
installation and when the oil finish is dry.

Il sistema LENOX, posato su superficie
stabile, è stato testato presso l’Istituto
Giordano, primario organismo certificatore, e ha fatto registrare una resistenza
nominale al carico di rottura pari a 8000
kg/mq (effettivo 12000 kg/mq).

BONA Deck Oil è un prodotto per la cura
e la manutenzione dei pavimenti in legno per esterni, ottenuto dalla sintesi di
olio di pino esterificato con olio di semi
di lino.
Estremamente resistente ai raggi UV,
ravviva i colori naturali del legno e, penetrando in profondità, lo protegge dalle
intemperie. Se ne consiglia l’impiego 1-2
volte l’anno, applicato a pennello.
BONA DECK OIL is a product for the care
and maintenance of outdoors wooden
flooring, created mixing linseed oil and
pine oil.
It is UV rays resistant, it revives the
natural colours of the wood and, penetrating deeply into the wood, protects it
from weather. To be applied with a paint
brush 1-2 times per year.

Benefici: pulisce e ravviva le pavimentazioni da esterno. Rimuove sporco,
grasso, macchie, funghi, muffe, alghe e
macchie di ruggine.

product for a deep cleaning of outdoor
flooring whom are dirty, graying and
pre-oiled.
