La confezionatrice VED consente di imballare
oggetti anche voluminosi inserendoli
direttamente nel tubolare di polietilene largo
cm 53. Il film viene calzato sul tubo ovale della
confezionatrice e viene effettuata una prima
saldatura all’estremità anteriore, ove si trova
la barra saldante. Inserendo nel tubo inclinato
l’oggetto da imballare questi scivola verso il fondo
e viene totalmente avvolto dal film plastico.
Abbassando la leva di saldatura l’oggetto viene
sigillato e separato dal film, mentre la stessa
saldatura crea il “fondo” per l’imballo successivo.

The VED packaging machine lets you package
even bulky items by inserting them directly in the
53 cm wide polyethylene tubular. The film is fit on
the oval tube of the packaging machine and the
first seal is performed on the front ends, or where
the sealing bar is. By inserting the item to package
in the inclined tube, it slides down to the bottom
and are totally wrapped in plastic film.
By lowering the sealing lever the item is sealed
and separated from the film, while the same seal
creates the “bottom” of the next package.
