Polenta with sausage Easy 30 to 60 minutes Single Dish INGREDIENTI PER 4 PERSONE: Sausage Per questa ricetta abbiamo utilizzato: express yellow 1 package of ready-to-serve polenta 300 g of sausage 1/2 onion 1/2 carrot 1 stalk of celery 120 g of tomato sauce 1/2 cup of dry wine sage extra virgin olive oil salt, pepper Procedimento: [1] - Chop the vegetables, sauté into olive oil and sage. Add the peeled and crumbled sausage. [2] - Simmer the wine and add the tomato. Cook for 20 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste. [3] - Prepare the polenta according to the instructions on the package. [4] - Put the hot polenta on the cutting board. Make a well in the centre and pour the sausage ragout in it. Garnish with sage leaves and serve.
