About this document
Dear concert-promoter, dear technician, thank you
for your interest in Zap. Inside this document you
will find enclosed all the technical information and
requirements that are necessary for a quality Zap
performance. Again, thank you very much in advance
for your cooperation, we are looking forward to
deliver the best show possible for your audience!

Premessa
Caro promoter, caro tecnico del suono, grazie per
l’interesse dimostrato nei confronti di Zap. In questo
documento sono raccolte tutte le informazioni e le
specifiche tecniche necessarie per una performance
di qualità da parte della Zap band. Grazie ancora ed
in anticipo per la collaborazione, è nostra premura far
si che il nostro spettacolo sia il migliore possibile per il
pubblico.
I rider sono divisi nelle seguenti categorie:

01.Logistics
The band has a worldwide touring experience and is
available fortouring in any country of the World.
Specifications about transportation, fees and other
practical matters will be discusses once the gigs are
booked directly with the promoter.
Backstage:
We will need a lockable room with enough space
and seats for all of us, heating in the winter and
aircondition in the summer.
There must be a fullsizemirror in the backstagearea;
we need to dress up and make-up.
We need also a private bathroom with warm water.
Please provide enough warm food
and drinks (no alcohol).
Stage:
There have to be 4 towels and a minimum
of 5 bottles of water for the musicians on the stage.
The organiser is responsible for musical instruments
and electronic plants’ security; he must also secure
that access on stage is forbidden to “undesired
guests”, that means people that are drunk or have
physichal or psychical disorders.
Merchandise shop:
Zap’s staff needs a place where to put up the
merchandising stall.
01.Logistica
Trasporti e rimborsi:
La band è disponibile a viaggiare in tutto il territorio
nazionale. Se deve occuparsi della back-line si sposta
con un furgone Fiat Ducato 9 posti; il rimborso
richiesto è di 250 euro entro 300km, 300 euro oltre
300km. Se la back-line è fornita dall’organizzazione,
si sposta con auto personali. In questo caso il
rimborso ammonta a 200 euro entro i 300km ed a
250 euro oltre i 300km.
Per situazioni particolari da concordare e pianificare
con la band vi preghiamo di prendere contatto.
Backstage:
Abbiamo bisogno di una stanza che possa essere
chiusa a chiave e che disponga di posti a sedere
per tutta la band, riscaldata in inverno e con aria
condizionata in estate. La stanza deve anche essere
dotata di specchio, in quanto la band ha bisogno di
truccarsi. Deve essere presente anche un bagno
privato dotato di acqua calda. Vi preghiamo anche di
servire del cibo caldo e bibite ANALCOLICHE.
Stage:
Vi preghiamo gentilmente di portare sul palco 4
asciugamani e 5 bottigliette d’acqua per la band.
L’organizzatore è responsabile per la sicurezza
degli strumenti musicali e degli impianti elettronici;
inoltre è responsabile di impedire l’accesso
al palcoscenico a “ospiti indesiderati”, in particolare
a persone in stato di ebbrezza o disordine psicofisico.

Merchandise shop:
Ove possibile, lo staff della band ha bisogno di uno
spazio dove poter allocare il banco del merchandising.

Minumum 22 channels for Zap.
Monitor of House (MoH) | separate monitor mix:
4 x wedges (same company!!!) a`min. 400 W,
1 x Drumfill fullrange min. 1 kW
We need to connect 2 in-ear monitor (1 for the main
voice) to the mixing desk.
Additional stage requirements:
1 Riser for drums (2x2m)
Soundcheck:
The band will require minimum 30 minutes of sound
check once the band and the sound
engineer are ready with the equipment, the stage and
all line checks are done.
Intro:
The band needs to air a 3mins.long intro (usually on
CD) on the PA before its entrance on stage

The guitarist should decide to connect the effects
directly into the mixing desk; in thi case, two further
channels are required (left+right).

Richieste addizionali per il palco:
1 pedana per batteria (2x2m)
Soundcheck:
Appena il fonico e la band sono pronti con l’attrezzatura,
il palco è pronto e i line check sono stati effettuati,
la band ha bisogno di minimo 30 minuti di sound check.
Intro:
La band possiede un’ intro di 3 minuti da diffondere
sull’impianto del locale.
