thermal baths where the water temperature is around 38°C. Lie back in the natural stone baths and simply relax. Then
there’s the Maremma natural park, more than 9,000 hectares of land between Principina a Mare, Talamone and the Uccellina
hills. With a bit of luck, you may spot wild horses galloping on the beach, Maremmana cattle roaming the plain and wild boar
and roe deer in their natural habitat. You can explore the unspoilt nature reserve stretching out behind Marina di Scarlino
by following the many well-marked hiking paths that run through it. Along the Strada del Vino you can find some of the best
vineyards in Tuscany. Many of the wine cellars are open to visitors and offer memorable wine tasting experiences. For those

marina has over 950 moorings, from 8.5 to an incredible 36 metres, with depths of 2 to 4 metres. The floating piers are
equipped with every kind service - from drinking water and filling stations, electricity and Wi-Fi to security services, parking
spaces and spacious storage facilities. The marina also has a large boatyard offering a comprehensive, top-level service to its
guests and boat owners, who have shown great appreciation for the quality and professionalism they have received over the
years. A highly qualified staff use state of the art technology and equipment, such as a 100-ton travel lift, a 7.8-metre wide
dry dock, 30-ton crane, forklift trucks and a 60-ton truck for transportation in a 1,500 m2 roofed warehouse, over a total area
of 9,500 m2. The Yacht Service offers a fast and efficient service for competitive events organised by the Club Nautico too,
ensuring skippers peace of mind in any circumstance that may arise.

he idyllic countryside, the countless leisure activities, the professional service - there are several factors that contribute
to the charm of Marina di Scarlino. But one thing stands out above all others: the sea. The design of the apartments
emphasises the stunning view of the sea and the islands of the Tuscan archipelago. Grouped around the harbour and main
square, each one offers at least one or two bedrooms, a dining room area with a kitchen and one to three terraces. The
living area varies from 48 to 123 m2, excluding the terraces, which in some cases are almost as large as the interior
living space.
The details highlight just how well thought-out the entire concept is. The building complex has an underground car park and
the apartment level is directly accessible via lifts or stairs - as is the Piazza. Great attention to detail has been paid to design
aspects, ensuring that particulars such as sun shades and flowerpots blend perfectly into the overall setting.

traditional and contemporary through a clever use of natural materials such as Santafiora, extracted from the nearby
quarries of Manciano, which together with modern manufacturing technology enhance the essential lines of the architecture
in a harmonious play of volumes create an effective dialogue between interior and exterior spaces.
