Following the completion of the merger of Gtech (Italy, constituent) with and into International Game
Technology and the delisting from Borsa Italiana of Gtech shares, FTSE announces the following changes:

Gtech (Italy, B0V3WR8) will be deleted
from the Index.
Effective From
Start of Trading
07 April 2015
Ansaldo STS (Italy, B118XB1) will be
added to the Index with a shares in issue
total of 199,999,339 and a investability
weighting of 60%.
The new divisor for the FTSE MIB index
will be available after the close of
business day on 2 April 2015.
FTSE Italia Mid Cap Index
Ansaldo STS (Italy, B118XB1) will be
deleted from the Index.
07 April 2015
Tamburi Investment Partners (Italy,
B0NN179) will be added in the index
with a shares in issue total of
135,924,678 and an investability
weighting of 75%.
FTSE Italia Small Cap Index
Tamburi Investment Partners (Italy,

B0NN179) will be deleted from the index.
FTSE Italia All-Share Index
Gtech will be deleted from the index.
Ansaldo STS will remain in the Index as
detailed above.
Tamburi Investment Partners will remain
in the Index as detailed above.
