staple products of our company’s technological
progress. In the last years we have searched
the most advanced productive technologies in
order to attain an important object: to practice
Wrestling anywhere!

L’aera da lotta pieghevole è disponibile in
quattro misure standard:
6 x 2 m - 8 x 2 m - 10 x 2 m - 12 x 2 m.
Ha un’altezza pari a 5 cm, ed è quindi
affiancabile al eventuali zone di combattimento
realizzate con tappeti tradizionali o successive
aree pieghevoli. Ogni elemento dell’area da lotta
pieghevole può essere ripiegato in modo tale
da ridurre al massimo l’ingombro per
il trasporto. Il peso al metro quadro dell’area è
pari a circa 3,0 Kg.

The folding wrestling area is available in four
standard measurements:
6 x 2 m - 8 x 2 m - 10 x 2 m - 12 x 2 m.
Its thickness is 5 cm, so it is therefore possible
to use it in any combat zones that have been
composed of traditional mats or successive
folding areas. Every element of the folding
wrestling mat can be refolded in such way to
reduce to the maximum the overall size for the
transport. The weight is equal to approximately
3,0 kg each square meter.

nasce l’aera da lotta pieghevole, un prodotto
innovativo per questa disciplina sportiva. Questo
articolo infatti, consente di avere le medesime
qualità dell’area da lotta classica, riducendone
gli spazi ed il peso, non trascurandone però
l’assorbimento d’urto. Questo innovativo
metodo può essere utilizzato in qualsiasi
struttura sportiva, senza occuparne
permanentemente l’area. Il sistema di piegatura
a depliant infatti consente una facile e veloce
composizione dell'area che più si adatta alle
vostre esigenze e possibilità di spazio.
Technical:
The folding wrestling area is a result of
Bortolotto’s thirty years experience and is a new
product in the Wrestling sector. In fact this
product combines the quality of the classic
wrestling area, whilst reducing its dimensions
and weight without overlooking the shock
absorption. This innovative method can be used
in any sport structure without permanently
occupied too much space. The “brochure”
folding system allows for a quick and easy
composition of the area and can be adapted to
suit your needs and availability of space.
Rivestimento
L’aera da lotta pieghevole è interamente rivestita
da uno speciale tessuto denominato Btex®,
scelto per la sua notevole resistenza
meccanica, per la sua buona durata nel tempo
e per le seguenti particolarità: ignifugo,
antibatterico, fungicida (certificato Sanitized ®)
e facilmente lavabile. Oltretutto il disegno della
superficie, caratterizzante del tessuto rendono
unico il prodotto. Esso è disponibile nei colori
tradizionali: sfondo blu, corona circolare rossa
e area di combattimento gialla.
Imbottitura interna
Esso è costituita da una speciale schiuma
polielifinica con portanza pari ad un espanso
densità 150 Kg/mc. Questo espanso, studiato
e testato, garantisce ottimi comportamenti fisici
e meccanici, ai fini di rendere il prodotto il più
idoneo possibile alla disciplina sportiva della lotta.
Caratteristiche fondamentali
Notevole praticità determinata dal sistema di
piegatura che consente di ridurne le dimensioni
alla fine delsuo utilizzo. Interamente sfoderabile
tramite le apposite cerniere ad alta resistenza
alla trazione.
Componibilità
L’aera da lotta pieghevole offre molteplici
soluzione di componimento tra i vari elementi.
La giunzione avviene tramite apposite fasce di
velcro, poste appositamente nella parte inferiore
in maniera tale che la superficie superiore non
abbia nessun tipo di irregolarità (avvallamenti o
dossi). Inoltre ogni elemento dell’aera da lotta
pieghevole è già predisposto per l’aggancio di
ulteriori elementi in un secondo tempo.
Covering
The folding wrestling area is completely covered
in a special fabric called Btex® Hard which has
a high mechanical resistance and a good long
life. It has also the following characteristics:
flame-resistant, anti-bacterial certified
Sanitized®, anti-fungal and easily washable.
Moreover the design of the surface,
characterizing of the fabric, renders the product
sole. It is available in the traditional colours: blue
background, red circle and yellow fighting zone.
Internal filling
This made of a special foam, which has an
apparent density of about 150 kg/mc. This
foam, which has been observed and tested,
guarantees the best physical and mechanical
performance, therefore making it the most
suited to the sport/discipline of wrestling.
Basics

Composition
The folding wrestling area offers numerous
alternatives for the composition of the various
components. The join is secured by appropriate
stripes of velcro, placed on purpose on the
underside so that the upper surface has no
irregularities of any sort (depression or bumps).
Each component of the folding area is already
prepared for subsequent joining to any further
components.
