Lo Studio Ingegneria Pivetta, fin dal 1990, svolge attività di progettazione e direzione lavori nel campo dell’ingegneria civile
nei settori dell’edilizia sia pubblica che privata, delle infrastrutture stradali e ferroviarie e delle opere idrauliche in tutto il territorio
nazionale.
Lo Studio si avvale di personale altamente specializzato in organico presso i propri uffici nonché, per problemi specifici, di consulenti universitari esterni;
dispone inoltre presso la propria sede di moderni strumenti nel
campo del calcolo strutturale automatico, del computer design
e della grafica, nonché di una vasta biblioteca di software.
Opera secondo un Sistema di Gestione della Qualità adottato
fin dal 2000 e certificato dal 2001 secondo gli standard Europei
UNI EN ISO 9001:2008.
Since 1990, Studio Ingegneria Pivetta S.r.l. has been carrying out

Verona Forum
The construction of the building complex called Verona Forum
consisting in an office and commercial tower plus a tower used as
a hotel and a “Virgin Active Fitness Centre” started in January 2008
and finished in autumn 2011. In particular, the “Virgin Active Fitness
Centre” opened to the public in March 31st, 2011 and the hotel a
few days later, for the opening of the international Wine trade fair
called “Vinitaly”. The office and commercial tower were completed in June 2011.
The new Multifunctional "Verona Forum" Centre consists of two
areas, each one consisting in of several articulated underground
and tall buildings.
The two underground floors, at -3.85 and -7.10m are used as car
parks for the entire complex, with a capacity of 720 parking places
between the first and second floor.
STRUCTURE
BLOCK 1
Consisting in:
- two floors as car parks, the second floor smaller than the first floor;
- A basement used for gyms, fitness centre, swimming pools etc.., in
the north area of the lot, independent from the underground parking;
- A three-story building for offices in the North, including a ground
floor for fitness and connected to the basement with the wellness
center, gym and swimming pools ("Virgin Active Complex”);
- A three-story building for offices in the East side connected to the
underground car park ("L-shaped complex");
- An eleven floors tower for offices, connected to the "L-shaped
complex".
The underground structures are entirely made of reinforced concrete, with the exception of some steel pillars in the offices building
for the underground structures and "L-shaped complex". The main
ground structures are made of reinforced concrete slabs in corrugated steel, and also primary and secondary deck beams and
columns, while the main structures (stairwells, elevator shafts,
blades and vertical walls, etc..) are in concrete; non-vertical walls
are braced with steel spiders.
BLOCK 2
Consisting in the construction of a building used as a hotel with two
underground parkings and 12 floors tower, approximately 750mq
per floor and approximately 365mq for the last floor, with the technological systems. On the ground floor there is the lobby and restaurant in an enlargement of the main floor, in the 9th floor there is
a fitness room with pool and terrace, the technological systems are
located at the top floors, in the remaining floors are located the
hotel rooms.
The maximum height of the tower is 42.30m, at the top floor; interstory height is equal to 5.10m from ground floor to first floor, and
equal to 3.20m for the next floors.
Il nuovo Centro Multifunzionale "Verona Forum" nel suo complesso si compone di due Ambiti, ciascuno dei quali composto da diverse strutture articolate entro e fuori terra.
I due piani interrati, uno a q.ta -3.85 e l'altro a q.ta -7.10, costituiscono il pacheggio interrato dell'intero complesso, con
capacità di parcamento complessiva di 720 POSTI AUTO di
cui 460 al piano 1° interrato e 260 al piano 2° interrato.
STRUTTURA
AMBITO 1
Riguarda la realizzazione di:
- un piano interrato ad uso parcheggi auto, con estensione
ad un secondo piano interrato, anch'esso destinato a parcheggi auto, su un'area d'impronta più limitata del primo
interrato;
- un piano interrato ad uso palestre, servizi "fitness", piscine
ecc., sull'area Nord del lotto, indipendente dall'area parcheggio;
- un edificio a tre piani ad uso uffici nell'area Nord, comprendente un piano terra destinato a servizi "fitness" e collegato al
piano interrato ad uso centro benessere con palestra e piscine ("Corpo Virgin Spa");
- un edificio a tre piani ad uso uffici nell'area Est e collegato al
piano interrato ad uso parcheggio ("Corpo ad L");
- un edificio a torre a n° 11 piani ad uso uffici, connesso agli
edifici a tre piani suddetti ("Torre Uffici").
Le strutture entro terra sono interamente in cemento armato,
con l'eccezione di alcuni pilastri in acciaio nell'edificio uffici e
nell'edificio basamentale a tre piani ("Corpo Virgin Spa"). Le
strutture fuori terra sono realizzate con solai in c.a. su lamiera
grecata, ed impalcato di travi principali, secondarie e pilastri
in acciaio; le strutture principali di controvento (vani scale,
vani ascensore, lame e setti verticali, ecc.) sono in cemento
armato; le pareti inclinate sono controventate con crociere
in acciaio.
AMBITO 2
Riguarda la realizzazione di un edificio a destinazione alberghiera costituito da due piani interrati adibiti a parcheggio e
12 piani fuori terra, aventi area complessiva in pianta pari a
circa 750mq per i piani tipo e area pari a circa 365mq per
l'ultimo piano di copertura, sul quale sono disposti gli impianti
tecnologici; al piano terra è situata la hall e il ristorante dell'albergo in allargamento della pianta del piano tipo; al 9° piano
è situata una sala fitness con piscina e terrazzo panoramico;
agli ultimi piani sono situati gli impianti tecnologici; ai rimanenti piani sono situate le stanze e camere alberghiere.
L'altezza massima fuori terra della struttura è pari a 42.30m, in
corrispondenza all'estradosso del solaio di copertura; l'altezza
interpiano è pari a 5.10m tra piano terra e piano primo, e pari
a 3.20m per i piani successivi fuori terra.

STRUCTURAL DESIGN
Ex Cartiere
The complex will be built in the ex paper area in Verona, near
the historical centre.
The two underground floors can contain about 2500 cars.
The outdoor area will be placed in a public park, whose area of
approximately 16.000 square meters will form a new green area
for the city.
The commercial building consists of three levels, in addition to
two underground floors , that will be used for commercial use (9
cinemas, 70 shops, gym, spa area, 12 cafes / restaurants, games
room ).
Il Complesso sorgerà nell’area delle ex Cartiere di Verona, nelle vicinanze del Centro Storico, ha l’obiettivo di
recuperare l’attuale zona in stato di degrado e abbandono. E’ un intervento imponente e complesso per la
diversità delle opere di urbanizzazione primaria, che secondaria che saranno realizzate.
Come opere di urbanizzazione primaria, è prevista la realizzazione di un Ponte sul Canale Camuzzoni, un viadotto
d’accesso all’Edificio Polifunzionale e la passerella pedonale in acciaio.
E’ stato poi previsto il recupero dell’edificio esistente a
valenza archeologica industriale, la costruzione di un edificio polifunzionale a destinazione commerciale, due livelli saranno adibiti a parcheggio di capacità di 2500 posti
auto, e di 2 torri di altezza di circa 80 metri a destinazione
direzionale.
L’area esterna sarà sistemata a parco pubblico, la cui
superficie di circa 16000 metri quadri formerà un nuovo
polmone verde per la città.
L’edificio commerciale è costituito da 5 livelli, oltre alla
copertura, di cui 2 adibiti a parcheggio (56000mq circa)
e 3 adibiti a uso commerciale (9 sale cinematografiche,
70 negozi, palestra, area wellness, 12 caffè/ristoranti, sala
giochi).

Il nuovo fabbricato per gli uffici della polizia stradale e di frontiera è
stato costruito in sopraelevazione su una autorimessa esistente interrata. La struttura della copertura è totalmente realizzata con travi in legno lamellare di grandi luci. Particolarmente studiate sono state le
connessioni tra strutture principali in acciaio e quelle di facciata in vetro – alluminio per l’inserimento dei “bow – windows”.
La struttura in sopraelevazione è stata progettata in acciaio per ottenere carichi ridotti sulle fondazioni esistenti e del parcheggio sottostante. Si tratta di struttura antisismica realizzata con prestazioni antisismiche relative a zona sismica di 3a categoria.
The new complex for the police and customs offices in the city of Bolzano was built on an existing underground parking.
The roof structure is entirely made of glulam long length beams. The connection between the main steel structures and the secondary glass and
aluminium structures were particularly studied for the insertion of some
“bow – windows”. The structure of the building is made of steel to obtain
a low load on the existing building foundations and the underground
parking space and it is also a seismic resistant structure.

Il nuovo fabbricato presso la caserma "Bedetti" della Guardia di Finanza di Trento è costituito da 4 piani fuori terra destinati ad uffici ed un piano interrato
destinato ad autorimessa. Il volume fuori terra del
nuovo fabbricato risulta pari a circa 20000 mc, con
dimensioni di circa 78.00x13.00 ml. La superficie per
piano risulta essere di circa 940 mq in pianta.

The railway robotized depot is located in Verona, near the Porta Vescovo Station.
The underground structures are made in reinforced concrete; while the elevation structures are entirely in steel. These are support by 45 meters reticular “Warrel” steel beams.
The depot is realized with self-supporting steel structures (22,00m height and 110,00m
wide).
The depot can stock 100.000 spare parts necessary for the maintenance of the train carriages and engines for the Italian Railway.
