Only competitors with an active FIS Code are allowed to participate in FIS Roller Ski World
Championships!
Teams/athletes will be accommodated in hotels*** of a good standard in the town of Ziano di
Fiemme where the event takes place.
The LOC has a good cooperation with the hotels and can assure an adequate accommodation
especially adjusted to the needs of the athletes and teams.
The hotels are adapted to the needs of the athletes, especially regarding the selection of food and
times for meals served at the hotel. Three meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) per day will be served
at the hotel, with a sufficient quantity of food and one soft drink per meal.
Prices
Per person, per night, in double room with full board including one soft drink per meal:

Single room/double room single use supplement € 10,00 per night (accommodation in single
rooms will only be possible if accommodation in double rooms is numerically not possible)

The LOC won’t be responsible for those teams wishing to take care of their own accommodation
arrangements.
Deadline for bookings
Within 4th September 2015 number of double and single rooms and arrival/departure days must be
communicated.
Please note that OC cannot guarantee for rooms or prices after this date.
As soon as the Official Incoming Agency will receive the requests, a detailed offer will be sent to
National Ski Associations.
Payment
Teams will pay directly in their hotels.
Cancellation Fee
For booked room reservation not used, the organizer has the right to demand a cancellation fee
from the National Ski Associations.
In case of no-show, no refund (100% of the reservation has to be paid).
The race office is in the building of the Municipality in Ziano di Fiemme, opening times:

Teams arriving or leaving by plane have to be transported to and from the venue free of
charge under the following conditions:
1.
Only one free of charge transfer per team from the official airport to the venue and one
from the venue to the airport.
2.
The arriving and departing times have to be communicated to the organiser latest 10 days
before the first competition.
3.
The official airports are: VERONA and MUNICH.
We try to accommodate the teams mostly in Ziano di Fiemme at a walking distance from the
competition site.
The transport for the uphill race, back to the hotel, will be organized by the OC.
All participants must have an insurance coverage. The organizer is not liable for any kind of
accidents, injury, damages or lost property.
The accreditation will be distributed on the occasion of the first team captains’ meeting in Ziano di
Fiemme (Municipal Hall).
The Team Captains’ Meeting Room will be in Ziano di Fiemme – Municipal Hall – Main square.

Val di Fiemme can be easily reached via the A22 highway, exit Egna/Ora and then along the
SS 48 Dolomite, Cavalese direction.

Leave the Highway Venezia/Ponte delle Alpi (A27) at the exit “Belluno” and drive to Agordo
(SS203). Going on up to Falcade, you reach Passo San Pellegrino (SS346) and then follow
the signs up to Moena where you take the road “Statale delle Dolomiti” (SS48 that leads to
Ziano di Fiemme).
