La Direttiva R.o.H.S. (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) pone dei limiti sull'uso di alcuni materiali
pericolosi nelle nuove apparecchiature elettriche ed elettroniche, stabilendo i valori di massima
concentrazione tollerati, al fine di contribuire alla tutela della salute umana e dell’ambiente, compresi il
recupero e lo smaltimento ecologicamente corretti dei rifiuti di apparecchiature elettriche ed elettroniche
(RAEE).
Si informa che è in vigore la Direttiva 2011/65/UE del Parlamento Europeo e del Consiglio dell’ 8
Giugno 2011 sulla restrizione dell’uso di determinate sostanze pericolose nelle apparecchiature elettriche
ed elettroniche (AEE): tale Direttiva abroga la precedente Direttiva n° 2002/95/CE, comprese le successive
modifiche ed integrazioni (Decisione 2005/717/EC, Direttiva 205/618/CE, ecc.), con effetto dal 3 Gennaio
2013.
Per i prodotti siderurgici destinati alla produzione di tali apparecchiature è ammessa una
concentrazione massima di:
• 0,1% in peso di Piombo (Pb), Mercurio (Hg), Cromo VI, Bifenili Polibromurati (PBB) ed Etere di Defenile
Polibromurato (PBDE);
• 0,01% in peso di Cadmio (Cd).
Si dichiara che gli acciai fabbricati e immessi sul mercato dalla nostra Società sono conformi alla
Direttiva R.o.H.S. in quanto rispettano i limiti sopra riportati.

The R.o.H.S. Directive (Restriction of Hazardous Substances Directive) states restriction of the use of
certain hazardous substances during the manufacturing of the new electrical and electronic equipment,
establishing maximum concentration admitted, in order to ensure the necessary protection level to both
human health and environment, including the proper recovery and ecologically disposal of waste of
electrical and electronic equipment.
We are pleased to inform you that it’s in force the directive 2011/65/UE of the European Parliament and
of the Council of the 8th of June 2011 on the restriction of the use of certain hazardous substances in
electrical and electronic equipment: that directive repeals the previous Directive n° 2002/95/EC, and the
subsequent modification and integration (Decision 2005/717/EC, Directive 2005/618/CE, ext), starting from
the 3rd of January 2013.
In the steel products destined for the production of this equipment is allowed a maximum content of:
• 0,1% in weight of Lead (Pb), Mercury (Hg), Chromium VI, PolyBrominated Biphenyls (PBB) and
PolyBrominated Diphenyl Ethers (PBDE);
• 0,01% in weight of cadmium (Cd).
We declare the conformity of our products to the R.o.H.S. Directive above mentioned.
