NT measurement, in conjunction with nasal bone, maternal age and maternal
blood sampling, has a high detection rate for trisomy 21. Accuracy in NT
measurement is extremely important. In fact, research concludes “minor
inaccuracies in NT measurement as small as 25% or 0.5 mm will have very
significant negative impacts upon abnormality detection, reducing detection
rates by 18%.”*

Introducing Sonography-based Nuchal Translucency (SonoNT ™), the
first semi-automated tool to provide quantifiable NT measurements.
Clinicians examining for chromosomal abnormalities in the first trimester
