▪ 12 years’ experience in evaluating programmes and interventions to promote social cohesion and
inclusion across EU member states, Regional Authorities, National Ministries and the European
Commission, including leading teams of evaluators and providing them with conceptual
development and design of methodology to assess intervention funded by the European Social
Fund (ESF) and the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF). Extensive knowledge of
cohesion policy interventions in EU Member States (including case studies across the EU 27 on the
ESF programme (2000 – 2006 programming period);
