Radiant Fund announces the acquisition of a solar PV portfolio and Cash on Cash distribution above 10% London, June 22st 2016 Radiant SICAV-SIF, through its sub-fund Radiant Clean Energy announces the acquisition of a solar PV portfolio from EAM Solar ASA, listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange. Radiant, through its subsidiary Renewable European Investment Italy 2 - REI II S.r.l., completed the transaction benefiting from the expertise of its investment advisor Green Arrow Capital. The acquisition - the fourth made by the Fund in less than 12 months - represents a further step in the Fund’s strategy focused on the acquisition, optimisation and aggregation of medium-scale solar PV plants in Europe. Radiant continues its €500Mln target investment program in renewable energy infrastructures, characterized by an industrial oriented investment strategy. "Radiant continues its acquisitions’ program, bringing the portfolio to approximately 20MW and 45Mln of AUM. The first distribution yield is the result of the Fund’s focused acquisition strategy as well as the assets’ optimisation, through active portfolio management" says Mr. Daniele Camponeschi, CIO and Partner of Green Arrow Capital. Radiant SICAV-SIF - Clean Energy Fund is managed by BGB Weston, a London based alternative investment management firm, founded by Lorenzo Gallucci, with over €.1 Billion of assets. The Fund has the objective of raising funds from institutional investors, pension funds and family offices. Green Arrow Capital is a specialist in the renewables sector, with an extensive experience in investments both in assets and energy efficiency that operates on a global scale with strong local execution capacity. The multidisciplinary team of partners has been operating in the sector for the past 10 years and has invested over €.2 billion.
