Das Langlauf-Zentrum Alta Badia
befindet sich in der Ortschaft Saré/Armentarola, 3 km von San Cassiano.
Die Langlaufloipe erstreckt sich auf 25 km über Wiesen und Wälder am
Fuße der Gebirgskette der Conturines, Lavarella und Setsas. Am Ausgangspunkt der Loipe gibt es ein Servicezentrum mit Skischule, Skiverleih,
Toiletten, Umkleidekabinen, Bar und Restaurant mit durchgehend warmer Küche. Die Langlaufloipe ist sowohl für die klassische Laufart als auch
für das Skating geeignet und bietet zusätzlich zur grün gekennzeichneten Übungsloipe, acht Routen verschiedenen Schwierigkeitsgrades: Sass
Dlacia, Saré, Gran Ancëi, Scotoni, Setsas, Störes, Conturines und Sprint.
Die letzten fünf sind als Renn- bzw. Trainingsloipen vorgesehen. Bei unzureichenden Schneebedingungen werden ca. 4 km künstlich beschneit.
Das Langlaufzentrum Armentara/La Val

Die Langlaufloipe „Armentara“ befindet sich in der Ortschaft „Armentarawiesen“. Die Langlaufloipe erstreckt sich auf 5 km über Wiesen und
Wälder am Fuße der Kreuzkofelgruppe auf 1900 m Meereshöhe. Den
Loipenring kann man durch einen kleinen Spaziergang von knappen 30
Minuten vom Parkplatz der Fraktion Furnacia erreichen - eine gute Gelegenheit um sich aufzuwärmen.
La pista da fondo “Armentara” si trova in località “prati dell’Armentara”
e si estende su 5 km per prati e boschi, ai piedi del monte Sas dla Crusc a
1.900 metri sopra il livello del mare. L’anello si raggiunge con una camminata di mezz’ora scarsa dal parcheggio nel bosco a monte della frazione
di Furnacia - un’ottima occasione per scaldare le gambe.
The cross country area Alta Badia
in Saré/Armentarola, at 3 km distance from San Cassiano town centre,
counts approximately 25 km of tracks. The 8 routes of different grades of
difficulty: Sass Dlacia, Saré, Gran Ancëi, Scotoni, Setsas, Störes, Conturines and Sprint, are prepared for the classic discipline as well as for skating. They lead you through an enchanting Dolomites landscape, at the
foot of the Conturines, Lavarella and Setsas mountains. The cross-country area offers you a school-camp, marked in green on the map. The
routes Störes, Conturines, Scotoni, Setsas and Sprint are prearranged
as agonistic and training area. Moreover an agonistic and training area,
marked in black, are prearranged. In the case of insufficient snowfall,
4 km of the slope are assured with the artificial production of snow. The
cross country centre is equipped with bath and changing rooms, a cross
country skiing school, ski hire and skiing preparation, bar and restaurant
with all day long opening for hot meals.
The cross country area Armentara/La Val
Il centro fondo Alta Badia
si trova in località Saré/Armentarola a 3 km da San Cassiano. Si estende
per 25 km per prati e boschi, ai piedi delle montagne Conturines, Lavarella e Setsas. Alla partenza della pista si trova un fornito centro con servizi,
spogliatoi, scuola di fondo, noleggio e preparazione sci, bar e ristorante
con cucina calda continua. La pista da fondo è preparata sia per la disciplina classica che per lo skating e prevede oltre al campo scuola segnato in
verde 8 percorsi di diverse difficoltà denominati: Sass Dlacia, Saré, Gran
Ancëi, Scotoni, Setsas, Störes, Conturines e Sprint. Le ultime 5 piste sono
piste agonistiche e d’allenamento che includono il tratto agonistico indicato sulla cartina. In caso di scarso innevamento si assicura l’innevamento programmato su ca. 4 km di pista.

Das Langlauf-Mekka für jeden, der eine unberührte Winterlandschaft auf
Langlaufskiern entdecken will. In unserem kleinen Paradies findet jeder
genau das, was er sucht: Die täglich bestens präparierten Langlaufloipen
führen durch romantische und schneeversunkene Wälder quer über den
vereisten Antholzer See bis zum Fuß des Staller Sattels, wo die atemberaubende Kulisse der Rieserferner-Bergkette zum Greifen nahe ist.
Ein besonderes Gefühl geben unsere Langlaufstrecken rund um das Biathlonzentrum „Südtirol Arena“ allemal: Hier treffen sich alljährlich die
weltbesten Biathletinnen und Biathleten zu den Weltcup-Wettkämpfen
- und schon so mancher Olympiasieger und Weltmeister hat seine Kräfte
in Antholz trainiert. Das Loipennetz rund um das Biathlon- & Langlaufzentrum „Südtirol Arena“ ist breit gefächert. Jedermann kann sich die
Schwierigkeitsgrade selbst austauschen: ob die leichte 2,5-km-Strecke,
die flache 5-km-See-Strecke oder die etwas anspruchsvolleren 5-km- oder
4-km-Strecken. Die rund 60 km (inklusive Talloipe) können nicht nur im
klassischen Stil, sondern auch im Skatingstil befahren werden. Dabei
kommt jeder auf seine Kosten: vom Anfänger bis zum Fortgeschrittenen.
Die Anlage kann das ganze Jahr über für verschiedene sportliche Tätigkeiten, wie z.B. Langlauf, Skirollern, Joggen, Schießen genutzt werden.
La romantica Valle Anterselva
La Valle Anterselva, il mecca di sci di fondo per tutti quelli che vogliono
scoprire un “racconto d’inverno” in una natura incontaminata. Nel nostro
piccolo paradiso ognuno troverà quello che cerca: le piste da fondo, quotidianamente ed accuratamente preparate, conducono attraverso romantici
boschi sommersi dalla neve lungo tutta la vallata, sopra il lago ghiacciato di
Anterselva, per arrivare ai piedi del Passo Stalle, dove pare quasi di toccare
con mano lo scenario mozzafiato delle montagne di Ries che chiudono questa valle. Ogni volta che le si percorre, le nostre piste da fondo trasmettono
una sensazione particolare: qui tutti gli anni i migliori biatleti del mondo si
incontrano per disputare gare di Coppa del Mondo - e qualche campione
olimpico o mondiale già è venuto in Valle Anterselva ad allenarsi. La rete

delle piste del Centro del fondo e del biathlon „Arena Alto Adige“ è molto
ampia ed ognuno può scegliere il grado di difficoltà che preferisce: il tracciato facile da 2 km.; quello lacustre da 4 km tutti in piano, o i tracciati un
po’ più impegnativi da 3,75 - 4 o 5 km. Qui da noi l’appassionato fondista
può davvero „sfogarsi“ e nello stesso tempo godere di un paesaggio davvero unico al mondo. Il nostro impianto puó essere utilizzato tutto l‘anno
per diverse attivitá sportive come sci di fondo, skiroller, jogging, eccetera.

discover a ‚Winter‘s Tale‘ by unspoiled nature. The Antholzertal Valley is
a Mekka of Nordic Ski for everybody who wants to discover our unspoilt
winter scenery on nordic skies. In our little paradise you will find what
your are looking for: our daily prepared skiing trails will take you through
romantic forests lost in snow, across the frozen Lake of Antholz and right
up to the foot of the Staller Saddle where the stunning scenery of our
mountain range seems to be in reach. It is a special feeling you will experience on our cross country skiing trails where the world’s best biathletes
meet every year for the famous Biathlon World Cup in Antholz - and even
Olympic and World Champions are training on these courses in the past.
The network of trails in the centre of
the country and biathlon „Arena Alto
Adige“ is very wide and everyone can
choose the degree of difficulty they
prefer: the easy track to 2 km, 4 km
from the lake all on the flat, or paths
a bit more challenging from 3.75 to

On the go along the sunny trails of the Valle di Casies: 40 kilometers (25
miles) of cross country ski trails at all levels. In the picturesque Valle di
Casies, it is above all else the view of the idyllic, original winter landscape
that sends visitors into raptures. The trails range as far as Tesido and
Monguelfo, where they join the connection section of the Val Pusteria
Marathon Trail.

Im Osttiroler Hochpustertal stehen insgesamt 140 km Loipen zur Verfügung. Durch das Pustertal ziehen sich 50 km der Loipe International von
der Südtiroler Grenze bis nach Lienz welche ab Anfang Dezember durchgehend mit Kunstschnee beschneit wird. Klein aber fein, so könnte man
die 10 km lange Loipe im Villgratental bezeichnen. Vor allem die Ursprünglichkeit dieses Tales mit seinen traditionellen Bauernhöfen erlebt man
entlang dieser Strecke. Als die wohl schönste Loipe im Alpenraum wird
die Grenzlandloipe im Tiroler Gailtal bzw. Lesachtal bezeichnet. Zwischen
den Orten Kartitsch, Obertilliach, Untertilliach und Maria Luggau erwarten
den Langlauffreund mehr als 60 km bestens gespurte Loipen. Auf Grund
der Höhenlage zwischen 1200 und 1500 m zählt diese Loipe auch zu den
schneesichersten in ganz Tirol. Direkt an der Grenzlandloipe gelegen befindet sich im idyllischen Ort Obertilliach das neu ausgebaute, weltcuptauglich Langlauf- und Biathlonzentrum mit Duschmöglichkeiten, einen
Wachsservice und Ski Rollerbahn für Sommertrainingsmöglichkeiten.
Gratisskibus: Zwischen den Loipen im Pustertal, Villgratental und Tiroler
Gailtal/Lesachtal verkehren Skibusse. Nur gültig mit Ski- oder Loipenpass
und mit Skiausrüstung.
Il paradiso dello sci di fondo in Alta Val Pusteria - Osttirol
Nell’Alta Val Pusteria del Osttirol sono disponibili oltre 140 km di piste
da fondo. Attraverso la Val Pusteria si snodano, dal confine con l’Alto
Adige a Lienz, i 50 km della Loipe International la quale viene preparata
con neve artificiale dall‘ inizio di dicembre. Piccola, ma bella potrebbe
invece essere definita la pista che si snoda attraverso la Valle Villgratental, lunga 10 km. Percorrendo questa pista da fondo si riesce a cogliere
soprattutto l’essenza originaria di questa valle con i suoi tipici masi. La
Grenzlandloipe (Pista del confine) nelle valli tirolesi di Gailtal e Lesachtal
è considerata la pista da fondo più bella della regione alpina. Tra le località di Kartitsch-Obertilliach-Untertilliach e Maria Luggau, oltre 60 km di
piste ben preparate attendono gli appassionati di sci di fondo. Essendo
situata ad un’altitudine compresa tra i 1200 m ed i 1500 m, questa pista

viene annoverata tra le piste del Tirolo in cui la neve è sicuramente garantita. Direttamente alla pista da fondo Grenzlandloipe si trova il nuovo
centro di biathlon nel paesino Obertilliach, adatto per la coppa del mondo
per biathlon. Inoltre vengono offerte possibilità di fare la doccia, servizio di
sciolinatura e pista di sci a rotelle per l’allenamento estivo.
Servizio navetta gratuito: tra le piste nella Val Pusteria, nella Villgratental
e nella Gailtal/Lesachtal tirolese sono previsti collegamenti tramite bus
navetta. Con uno scipass valido e con gli attrezzi per lo sci di fondo è
possibile utilizzare gratuitamente il servizio navetta.

The Hochpustertal Valley in East Tyrol boasts ski trails covering a distance of 140 km in total. 50 km of the Loipe International ski trail pass
through Pustertal valley from the border to South Tyrol all the way to
Lienz which is well-prepared with artificial snow from the beginning of
December. Small but beautiful would be a good description for the 10 km
skiing trail in Villgratental valley. When skiing along this track, skiers
are impressed particularly by the pristine character of the valley with its traditional farmsteads. The Grenzlandloipe trail in the Tiroler Gailtal and Lesachtal valleys is perhaps the most beautiful cross country skiing track in the
Alpine regions. A 60 km network of prepared tracks between the villages
of Kartitsch-Obertilliach-Untertilliach and Maria Luggau is waiting for cross
country skiing buffs. Thanks to the location at an altitude of between 1.200
m and 1.500 m, this ski track is one of the most reliable in terms of snow conditions a cross Tyrol. Situated at the cross country track Grenzlandloipe in

Comelico Sappada ist das nördlichste Tal des Veneto, angrenzend an Österreich, inmitten der intakten Natur der Dolomiten. Es ist die Heimat
von Maurilio De Zolt, Silvio Fauner und Pietro Piller Cottrer. Die unberührte Natur inmitten der Bergwelt der Dolomiten und die typische Küche bieten Abwechslung und Erholung für die ganze Familie. In Padola
- Val Comelico erstreckt sich die touristische, schön angelegte Loipe mit
über 20 km vom Langlaufstadion nach Val Grande. Professionelle Athleten können sich auf der technisch sehr anspruchsvollen Loipe „Tavella“
messen und trainieren. In Sappada gibt es einen 15 km langen Rundkurs,
der sich über das gesamte Tal erstreckt. Der Rundkurs ist auch in kürzere
Strecken unterteilt, die sich vor allem auch für Anfänger und Athleten
eignen. Alle einfachen und schwierigen Streckenabschnitte sind für Skating als auch den klassischen Stil bestens präpariert. Weiters sind auch

einige Loipen beleuchtet, sodass Nachtlanglauf möglich ist. Nationale
und internationale Langlaufwettkämpfe werden häufig organisiert.
Comelico Sappada - in the champions‘ valley
Comelico - Sappada is the northern valley of Veneto, deep in the uncontaminated nature of the Dolomites and borders on Austria. It is the land
of many cross-country champions as Maurilio De Zolt, Silvio Fauner and
Pietro Piller Cottrer. The pure nature of the Dolomites and the typical
cooking invite you to spend a wonderful holiday of well-being and relax.
In Padola - Comelico valley the turistic cross-country track stretches for
over 20 km along the beautiful course from the Cross-country Stadium
to Val Grande. Professional athlets can try the ring of the slope “Tavella”, which is very technician and demanding. In Sappada the complete
cross-country track developes in a ring of 15 km along the whole valley.
The trail is also split in littler rings suitable for beginners and for athlets.

In Val Comelico a Padola la pista turistica si snoda per oltre 20 km
lungo il meraviglioso circuito che dallo Stadio del Fondo risale sino
alla Val Grande. L’atleta professionista potrà cimentarsi sull’anello
della pista Tavella molto tecnico e impegnativo. A Sappada il tracciato
completo della pista si sviluppa in un anello di fondo lungo 15 km che
attraversa l‘intera valle. L‘anello è comunque suddiviso in anelli più
piccoli che si addicono sia al principiante che all‘atleta professionista.
Tutti i tracciati facili o più impegnativi sono perfettamente battuti
sia per lo skating che per la tecnica classica. Inoltre sono disponibili
anelli illuminati che permettono la frequentazione della pista in notturna. Spesso vengono organizzate delle gare sia a livello nazionale
che internazionale.

(BL), a 1056 m.s.l.m., già soggiorno estivo di Sua Santità Giovanni Paolo II.
È raggiungibile dalla SS. 52 Carnica che, attraverso il Passo della Mauria,
collega il Veneto con il Friuli. Ha una lunghezza di 2.5, 3, 4 e 5 km ed è
adatta per la pratica sia della tecnica classica sia della tecnica libera. È
dotata di impianto di innevamento artificiale, di illuminazione per l’anello
di 2.5 km, dispone di un ampio parcheggio e di noleggio sci.

Die fantastischen Vier im Tauferer Ahrntal
Den Langläufer erwarten 50 km Abwechslung an Loipenschleifen - eingebettet in die majestätische Kulisse von 80 Dreitausendern. Im Naturparkareal werden im idyllischen Höhendorf Rein auf 1500 m Meereshöhe
4 verschiedene Spuren gepflegt. Von 3 bis 15 km in unterschiedlichen
Schwierigkeitsstufen. Einen Rundum-Service mit Skischule und -verleih
bietet das Langlaufzentrum.
Das Alm- und Familiendorf Weißenbach auf 1300 m gelegen lockt jede
Altersgruppe an. Hauptpunkt ist die abwechslungsreiche Rundloipe von
10 km mit 110 m Höhenunterschied. Der Start bei der Sportanlage ist gleichzeitig Ausgangspunkt für Rodler und Winterspaziergänger. Das Quartett
der Höhenloipen wird um das beeindruckende Panorama der Anlage in Kasern im hintersten Talschluss auf 1600 m Meereshöhe ergänzt. Der Start
der 10 km langen Piste erfolgt bei der Infostelle des Naturparks Rieserferner-Ahrn, gleichzeitig Skiverleih und Servicestelle. 16 km Loipe am Bächlein
entlang durch Wald & Feld in Mühlwald-Lappach reizt den Langläufer, der
es gemütlich schätzt. Besondere Schneesicherheit zeichnen die insgesamt
50 km Höhenloipen in Kasern, Weißenbach, Rein und Mühlwald-Lappach aus.

Ben 50 km di piste inserite nel meraviglioso contorno di 80 cime oltre
i 3000 metri attendono gli appassionati di fondo. Nella zona del Parco
Naturale, a destra provenendo dal capoluogo di Campo Tures, nel suggestivo borgo d’altura di Riva, a quota 1500 m, si incontrano, per cominciare,
ben 4 diverse, e impeccabili, corsie. Anelli da 3 a 15 km, per ogni ordine e
grado di difficoltà. Altrettanto curato, il servizio completo offerto dal centro fondistico, con tanto di noleggio sci, scuola di fondo e servizi igienici.
La località alpina di Rio Bianco, a 1300 m di altitudine, è l’ideale per le
famiglie e gli appassionati di tutte le età. Il suo cuore, la variegata pista
principale: un percorso di 10 km su 110 metri di dislivello. L’ingresso alla
pista, realizzato presso il centro sportivo, coincide con il punto di partenza di svariate escursioni invernali a piedi o in slittino. Il quartetto degli
anelli in quota è completato dall’incredibile panorama del complesso di
Casere a 1600 m di altitudine. L’accesso alla pista di 10 km (piuttosto difficile nella parte terminale) è stato istituito presso il centro informativo
del Parco Naturale Vedrette di Ries che funge al tempo stesso da noleggio sci e punto assistenza. A Selva dei Molini - Lappago 16 km di piste in
prossimitá del ruscello sono pronte per i fondisti amanti della tranquillitá.
La neve, inutile dirlo, è sempre assicurata, sui 50 km di piste di Casere, Rio
Bianco, Riva e Selva dei Molini - Lappago.

Cross-country skiers can find 50 km of loops, bends, and turns - in the
midst of the majestic backdrop of 80 summits having an elevation of
3,000 meters or more. In the area of the Nature Park, starting at the right
of the main village, Campo Tures/Sand in Taufers - in the idyllic high-altitude village of Riva di Tures/Rein - at an altitude of 1,500 meters above
sea-level, you’ll find: Four different groomed trails, with a length of from
3 to 15 km and different degrees of difficulty; complete ski-service, including ski rental and instruction in the cross-country center.
The Alpine village of Rio Bianco/Weissenbach is located at an altitude of
1,300 meters above sea-level and is a popular goal for every age category.
The main attraction is the circular cross-country trail, which has a length
of 10 km and 110 meters of altitude differential. The starting point next to
the sport center is simultaneously the starting point for tobogganing enthusiasts and wintertime hikers. The quartet of high-altitude cross-country trails offers an impressive panorama and the station in Casere/Kasern
at the farthest head of the valley. The start of the 10-km-long trail at an altitude of 1,600 m above sea-level is
at the information point of the Parco Naturale Vedrette di Ries- Aurina/Rieserferner-Ahrn Nature Park
(it also serves as a skirental and

Seiser Alm
Die winterliche, schneebedeckte Seiser Alm ist ein wahres Paradies für
Langläufer. Die fast endlos erscheinende Weite der leicht hügeligen, sonnenverwöhnten Landschaft, durchwachsen von kleinen Waldinseln und
umrahmt von bizarrem Dolomitfels lohnt allemal, mit Langlaufskiern entdeckt zu werden. Den Liebhabern des Langlaufens stehen 80 km Loipen
von unterschiedlichem Schwierigkeitsgrad zur Auswahl. Die Längen der
Loipen variieren zwischen 1,4 Kilometern für Anfänger, bis hin zur „Jochloipe“, die mit 15 Kilometern die längste Höhenloipe der Seiser Alm ist.
Alle Loipen sind doppelt gespurt und für Skating präpariert.
Gröden
Eine 7,5-km-Loipe verbindet die Seiser Alm über Monte Pana mit Gröden, welches ebenfalls ein Eldorado für Langlauffans ist. Angefangen von
der Loipe im Langental (Wolkenstein) mit ihrer insgesamt 19 km langen
Strecke vom Sportzentrum der Carabinieri bis ans Talende, bietet das
Tal eine phantastische Kulisse für den Langläufer. Für jeden der keine
Ausrüstung mit sich hat, findet man hier auch einen Skiverleih bzw. eine
Langlaufschule vor. Auf 1636 m am verschneiten Monte Pana (St. Christina) ziehen sich im Langlaufzentrum fünf Schleifen mit 2,5 bis 7,5 km Loipenvergnügen durch das wellige Wald- und Wiesengelände. Von leicht,
mittelschwer bis anspruchsvolle Pisten, für Skater oder Langläufer im
klassischen Stil, hier in der kristallklaren Luft findet jeder etwas für sich.
Alpe di Siusi
L’Alpe di Siusi, tutta imbiancata nella sua veste invernale, si propone
come autentico paradiso per gli appassionati di sci di fondo. L’ampiezza
apparentemente infinita di questo paesaggio assolato e lievemente collinare interrotto armonicamente da ameni boschetti e circondato dalle
forme bizzarre delle rocce dolomitiche sembra nato apposta per essere
scoperto sugli sci di fondo. A disposizione degli amanti dello sci di fondo,
80 km di piste perfettamente battute e tracciate per lo stile classico, nonché lisce e impeccabili per lo skating. Piste con una lunghezza minima di
1,4 km per i principianti e altre più estese come quella del “Giogo”, che,
con i suoi 15 km, è la più lunga pista da fondo in quota dell’Alpe di Siusi.
Val Gardena
Una pista di 7,5 km collega l’Alpe di Siusi attraverso Monte Pana con la Val Gardena che è altresì un paradiso per gli appassionati dello sci di fondo. La valle
offre uno scenario fantastico, iniziando dalla pista di 19 km in Vallunga (Selva

Val Gardena) che parte dal centro sportivo dei Carabinieri e giunge fino alla parte
terminale della valle. Chi non ha l’occorrente con sè può noleggiarlo qui, dove si
trova peraltro anche una scuola di fondo. Al Monte Pana (S. Cristina) nel Centro
Fondo a 1636 m ci sono cinque serpentine da 2,5 a 7,5 km di pista che si inoltrano
nel meraviglioso panorama della valle. Per principianti e progrediti, tecnica classica o skating, qui nell’aria montana ognuno trova quello che fa per sé.
