Sul sito internet www.cscharter.it, nella sezione “flotta”, è possibile scegliere la barca, valutarne la disponibilità e
inoltrare la richiesta di prenotazione.

IMBARCO
Check in sabato h 18, check out sabato h 8. Rientro in porto: entro le h 18 del giorno precedente lo sbarco, con il gasolio fatto.
La richiesta di check in e out in orari differenti comporterà un sovrapprezzo.
Operazioni preliminari all’imbarco, da ripetere anche al momento dello sbarco e della durata di un’ora circa, sono
l’inventario e l’assistenza tecnica.
È possibile effettuare lo sbarco senza check out, dietro mantenimento della cauzione, che in ogni caso sarà restituita una settimana
dopo lo sbarco, a copertura di eventuali danni occulti e multe.

DOCUMENTI
Sono necessari: copia della patente nautica e del certificato RTF, contratto di noleggio, crew list, dettagli dei voli per
l’eventuale trasferimento e richiesta di extra, da inviare all’ufficio booking entro 30 giorni dall’imbarco.
4)
SKIPPER’S MEETING
Prima della partenza, i capi base (Davide, Nicola, Stefania) forniscono allo skipper consigli sulla navigazione e la rotta, insieme
alle previsioni meteo per il periodo di noleggio. Durante il charter, le condizioni meteo saranno monitorate e comunicate allo skipper.
CONDIZIONI DI NOLEGGIO
La prenotazione risulta effettiva solo con l’avvenuto pagamento del 50%. Il saldo va versato entro 30 giorni dall’imbarco,
tramite bonifico bancario sul c/c n° 10066 del Banco di Sardegna ag. Carloforte, IBAN IT31A0101543860000000010066,
SWIFT/BIC: SARDIT 3S, CIN: A.
Gli extra e la caparra vanno versati alla base in contanti o con carta di credito (previa aggiunta del 3,5 % di commissione).
ASSICURAZIONI
Tutte le barche sono assicurate per RC (locazione e noleggio), con franchigia di 75,00 €, e full risk RAS con franchigia
d’importo pari alla cauzione. L’assicurazione non copre i danni alle vele, se non in seguito alla rottura dell’albero.
La CSC è assicurata sulla mancata consegna della barca, se gravemente danneggiata nel noleggio precedente.
In caso di regate o manifestazioni veliche, è necessario stipulare un’assicurazione integrativa.
LOCAZIONI BREVI
Weekend o due giorni 40%, 3 giorni 50%, 4 giorni 65%, 5 giorni 80%, 6 giorni 90% del prezzo settimanale
SCONTI (non validi dal 4 al 18 agosto 2012)

RENT’S WAY
1) RESERVATION
Choosing favourite boat, verifying availability and forwarding reservation’s request on the website www.cscharter.it, page Fleet,
is possible. To book: contact us to [email protected] or by phone to +393472733268 (Stefania and Clara)
2) CHECK IN-OUT
Check in Saturday 6 p.m., check out Saturday 8 a.m. Return to the base at 6 pm the day before leaving (petrol pump closes at 7
p.m.). Check in and out in a different hour requires an extra cost. Before each boarding, and after each check-out moment,
itinerary list and technical assistance are compulsory (duration 1 h). Leaving without check out is possible, by leaving the
deposit. It will be refunded after one week, if any damages or fines occur.
3) PAPERS
Fotocopies of navigation licence and RTF certificate, crew list, flight details and extra required have to be sent to the booking
office 30 days before boarding.
4) SKIPPER’S MEETING
After boarding, base managers (Davide, Nicola, Stefania) give to skippers some notices about navigation’s areas, course and
weather conditions for rental period.
BUSINESS CONDITIONS
Payment: 50% at reservation, settlement one month before boarding. Every booking will be valid only just after first payment.

Extras and caution have to be paid by the base on spot or by VISA (more 3,5% of commission) before embarkation
INSURANCE
All boats are insured for RC rent without skipper, with franchise of 75,00 €, and full risk RAS, with equal franchise to security.
Insurance doesn’t cover sails’ damages, except later on broken mast.
CSC is insured for boats’ nondelivery, if it has been seriously damaged during previous charter.
In case of regattas, an additional insurance is necessary.

2 days 40%, 3 days 50%, 4 days 65%, 5 days 80%, 6 days 90% of weekly price
DISCOUNTS (not valid from 4 to 18 august)
Early booking (valid until 29.02.12): 5%; Faithfulness: 5%; 3-week reservation: 10%; 4-week reservation: 15%. Maximum
