Our company, C.T.L., has been operating for twenty
years in the thermos-technic sector combining craft
based knowledge and technology. Today, thanks to
a history of patient dedication and passion we have

Riqualificazione Energetica
L’ecobonus o la ri��alificazione energetica degli edifici esistenti � l�insieme di
interventi atti a migliorare qualitativamente gli impianti domestici,
al fine di rid�rre note�olmente i cons�mi, con �n conseg�ente risparmio�
I lavori incentivati sono in generale l’insieme di interventi,
che fanno conseguire determinati miglioramenti delle prestazioni energetiche,
asseverati da un tecnico professionista iscritto all’albo,
come la coi�entazione di pareti o soffitti, la sostit�zione di finestre e serramenti,
installazione di pannelli solari termici,
la sostituzione di caldaie tradizionali con modelli a condensazione,
l’installazione di impianti a climatizzazione invernale
a pompe di calore ad inverter e in particolare l’installazione di impianti a climatizzazione
in�ernali alimentati a �iomassa, come st�fe, caldaie e termocamini ad alta efficienza�
��ce�� a�� al �� della ��e�a ��e�u�a� da ��a��e �� a�� e
da detrarre sull’Irpef (Imposta sul Reddito delle Persone Fisiche).
La detrazione spetta non solo ai proprietari degli immobili,

Conto Termico
Il Conto Termico è un mecca��m� d� ��ce��a��e, stabilito con il Decreto Ministeriale
28/12/2012 e gestito dal GSE, il quale ha lo scopo di promuovere interventi tesi a
migliorare l�efficienza energetica degli edifici esistenti attra�erso la prod�zione di energia
da fonti rinnovabili. In particolare è contemplato l��e��e�� d� ��u��e ��e��ale o
�a��ale d� �ecc�� m��a�� d� cl�ma��a��e ��e��ale al�me��a�� a ��ma��a, olio
combustibile, carbone e gasolio con stufe o caldaia a biomasse di nuova generazione.

natural materials; as regards heating purposes,

is derived. The correct seasoning
provides a very performant fuel.
The calorific �al�e of the different t�pes
of wood depends largely on their
moisture level to which the heating power
of boilers and/or stoves is also related.

The ducted stoves heat rooms
according to their power and they are the
ideal and economic solution to quickly
heat the whole house. Heating is achieved
through a pipe system that dispenses warm
air in every room. The electronic components
contained in our products allow a separate
management of the two channels with the

Il potere dei fumi
La tecnologia idro è il risultato di uno studio brevettato.
I modelli sono dotati di sistema di tubi d'acqua e
passaggio a tubi da fumo in orizzontale, si ispezionano
direttamente nel cuore della caldaia per dare praticità e
velocità alla pulizia. La potenza erogata dalla termostufa
ha la possibilità di avere una gestione manuale o
completamente automatica per regolare in maniera
precisa e graduale il fabbisogno di calore. In questo
modo, � possi�ile passare dalla potenza massima fino
allo standby garantendo la massima resa con un
consumo ottimale. Le termostufe sfruttano i fumi nello
scambiatore primario dell'acqua per poi utilizzare quello
che resta in un altro scambiatore di calore che produce il
fl�sso di aria calda nell�am�iente� ��emissione dell�aria
calda viene erogata su cinque potenze differenti e
si può gestire automaticamente o manualmente grazie
al controllo separato della potenza di combustione e alla
possibilità di disattivazione totale nel modello Comfort.

Grazie ai kit integrati si può gestire il semplice impianto di
riscaldamento, la produzione diretta di acqua calda
sanitaria e il controllo di un boiler. L'ingresso termostato
controlla a distanza la temperatura ambiente con la
possibilità di funzione on/off o modulazione.

The fumes power
The Hydro technology is the outcome of a patented
study. Models are equipped with water pipes systems
and passage to horizontal fumes pipes; they can be
inspected directly in the heart of the boiler in order to
make the cleaning practical and fast. The thermos-stove
power can be manually or fully automatically managed
so that the heating demand may be precisely and
gradually adjusted. Thus, it is possible to switch from the
maximum power to standby, ensuring the maximum yield
with an optimal consumption. Our thermo-stoves exploit
the fumes in the primary water exchanger and then they
use what remains in another heat exchanger that produces
the warm air flow into the room� �arm air is s�pplied in fi�e
different powers of work and can be automatically or
manually managed by means of both the combustion
power control and the possible complete switching-off in
the ��omfort� model� The technological fle�i�ilit� allows
to set se�eral config�rations in different t�pes of
installations. The simple heating system, the direct
production of sanitary hot water and the boiler control
can all be managed thanks to integrated kits.
The input thermostat remotely controls temperature
allowing the on/off function or even the modulation.

HOW DOES IT WORK
It is a suitable product for both the heating and the production of hot water, and it is versatile and optimized
to better exploit different fuels. The distinctive elements of the CTL Polycombustibile Boiler are the choice of
very high quality raw materials as well as the implementation of maximum safety systems. The boiler can burn
fuel in the granular state that is stored in a large tank located on the side of the boiler. The transport takes place
�ia a dou�le screw that is se�arated �y a stellar �al�e �re�enting any �ackfires in the tank� �he latter is de�osited
next to the boiler body where it will be automatically taken by a screw (activated by a geared motor) and brought
to cast iron burner.
The fumes generated in the combustion chamber pass through a special pipes fumes exchanger, enhanced by
helical tur�ulators that increase the efficiency and significantly reduce dust emissions�
Heat is transferred to the water by means of a convective exchange so that the water in the boiler heats up and
it is sent to the heating system through the circulator
