ACCOGLIENZA
Accomodare la cliente in un angolo tranquillo del salone. Avvolgerne le spalle con un morbido asciugamano e una mantellina per riparare il vestiario da eventuali macchie di
colore.
INTERVISTA
Verificare le aspettative della cliente, consigliare le nuances in linea con i cromatismi della sua pelle e dei suoi occhi per esaltarne la bellezza e valorizzarne le forme.
Informare sulla qualità del colore utilizzato che sarà dolce, delicato, nutriente.
AROMATHERAPY
Informarsi sullo stato d’animo che caratterizza la cliente in quel momento e scegliere insieme l’essenza più indicata.
- Desiderio di relax? L’olio essenziale di Lavanda è estremamente efficace per calmare lo stato di stress e ridonare una sensazione di equilibrio e di pace interiore.
- Una sferzata di energia? Niente di meglio dell’olio essenziale di Arancio amaro, per ridare vigore, infondere forza e vitalità.
Versare due gocce dell’olio essenziale scelto nella ciotola contenente la miscela colore ed anche, eventualmente, in un evaporatore di essenze per potenziare l’effetto
aromaterapico. Un gesto tecnico che si trasforma in un rituale sensoriale di millenaria tradizione. L’aroma si diffonderà tutt’intorno, avvolgendo la cliente in una sensazione olfattiva piacevole.
CRHOMATERAPY
Applicare la miscela colore utilizzando la tecnica più adeguata al raggiungimento dei risultati desiderati. Il tempo di posa si trasforma, divenendo un momento di cura
del sé, di benessere e di bellezza.
RI-EQUILIBRIO
Trascorso il tempo indicato di posa del colore, invitare la cliente ad accomodarsi alla postazione di lavaggio. Risciacquare i capelli con acqua tiepida. Procedere con il
lavaggio utilizzando il Brilliant Color Shampoo ed effettuare un delicato massaggio con i polpastrelli sulla cute per eliminare dolcemente i residui di colore.
Applicare Brilliant Color Cream sulle lunghezze e lasciare in posa per 3-5 minuti, al termine risciacquare i capelli.
Portare la cliente alla postazione di lavoro dedicata, procedere all’asciugatura.

INTERVIEW
Learn the customer’s expectations, recommend shades in line with skin tone and eye color to enhance beauty and define shapes. Inform the customer on the quality of
the color used, which is gentle, delicate and nourishing.
AROMATHERAPY
Find out the customer’s mood and select the best essence together.
- Looking for relax? Lavender essence oil is extremely efficient in calming stress and restoring harmony and inner peace.
- An energy boost? Nothing beats bitter orange essence oil to restore vigour and instil strength and vitality.
Add two drops of the selected essence oil in the bowl containing the color mix and, eventually, in an essence vaporiser to enhance aromatherapy effect. A technical
gesture that becomes an age-old sensorial ritual. The aroma spreads throughout, enveloping the customer in a pleasurable olfactory sensation.
CHROMATHERAPY
Apply the color mix using the best technique to achieve the desired results. Setting time becomes a time to pamper yourself, with beauty and wellbeing.
RE-BALANCE
After setting time, invite the customer to the washing station. Rinse hair with warm water. Wash using Brilliant Color Shampoo and delicately massage the scalp with
your fingertips to gently remove color residue.
Apply Brilliant Color Cream on hair and let set for 3-5 minutes. When finished, rinse. Accommodate the customer in the styling area and proceed with blow drying.
