REGOLAMENTO
1. I gentili ospiti all’arrivo sono tenuti a consegnare i loro documenti d’identità per le registrazioni di legge e
a prendere visione del regolamento interno
2. E’ obbligatorio indossare il “PASS-BRACCIALETTO”, ben visibile per tutta la durata del soggiorno. Senza
braccialetto non è ammessa la circolazione all’interno del villaggio.
3. L’ingresso nella struttura è subordinato al consenso della Direzione che si riserva la facoltà di allontanare a suo
insindacabile giudizio, come ospite indesiderato, i clienti in soprannumero e chiunque non rispetti le norme qui
riportate o comunque assuma un atteggiamento tale da danneggiare l’armonia e lo spirito dell’insediamento.
I minorenni (-18 anni) devono essere accompagnati ed alloggeranno insieme ai genitori o alle persone che
abbiano la patria potestà, i quali sono responsabili affinché siano osservate e rispettate le regole del campeggio.
4. VISITATORI: le persone che desiderano fare visita agi ospiti del Villaggio Turistico Adriatico devono consegnare
un documento all’entrata. Qualora la permanenza in campeggio superi i 60 minuti, verrà applicata la tariffa di
listino. L’accesso e la presenza in Villaggio di persone non autorizzate dalla Direzione comportano:
violazione del regolamento di Pubblica Sicurezza, violazione dell’art. 633 C.P. (invasione di terreni ed edifici)
violazione dell’art. 624 C.P. (furto di servizi) reato di truffa contrattuale.
I visitatori autorizzati possono entrare in Villaggio elusivamente a piedi e durante il previsto orario diurno, dalle
ore 9.00 alle ore 19.00 e comunque debbono uscire definitivamente entro le ore 22.00. La Direzione può
revocare il permesso di entrata a proprio insindacabile giudizio.
5. E’ obbligatorio segnalare al momento della prenotazione per le unità abitative e all’arrivo in campeggio la
presenza di animali domestici, che devono essere in regola con le norme sanitarie comprovato da apposita
documentazione. Gli ospiti, in tende, roulottes, campers ed unità abitative, che abbiano con sé un animale,
devono obbligatoriamente occupare una piazzola e/o unità abitativa all’interno della speciale zona “animali
ammessi (vedi piantina), non sono comunque ammessi nei locali comuni (piscina, bar-ristorante-pizzeria).
I cani devono sempre essere tenuti al guinzaglio e con museruola e per i loro bisogni fisiologici debbono
essere condotti periodicamente fuori dal villaggio. I proprietari sono responsabili degli eventuali danni
provocati dagli animali.
6. Gli adulti sono direttamente responsabili del comportamento dei propri bambini. Occorre fare attenzione
affinché la loro vivacità non rechi disturbo agli altri ospiti. Inoltre, i più piccoli devono essere sempre accompagnati
da una persona adulta ai servizi igienici, alle docce, alla spiaggia, alle piscine e al parco giochi. La Direzione
declina ogni responsabilità.
7. Cancelli aperti per la circolazione delle automobili:
dalle ore 07.00 alle ore 13.00 e dalle ore 15.00 alle ore 23.30.
Uscita a partire dalle ore 07.00 solo per gli ospiti in partenza e che hanno fatto il check-out il giorno precedente.
La ricevuta di pagamento finale deve essere esibita al personale di controllo al momento dell’uscita.
8. Per la quiete e la sicurezza di tutti, l’automobile va usata il meno possibile. Quando è indispensabile, si
prega di percorrere le strade asfaltate e pavimentate, tenendo una andatura a passo d’uomo mai superiore
ai 10 km/h. La circolazione è vietata durante il riposo pomeridiano e nelle ore notturne (vedi punto 7 del
presente regolamento). L’entrata in campeggio dei veicoli supplementari è subordinata alla disponibilità di
parcheggio. Autovetture e motocicli devono essere parcheggiati vicino alla tenda/roulotte ed unità abitative
negli spazi segnalati, fuori dalle strade, in modo da non recare disturbo alla circolazione.
9. All’interno di tutte le unità abitative è assolutamente vietato fumare.
10. Gli ospiti devono rispettare l’altrui quiete in qualsiasi momento. Pertanto in ogni ora del giorno vanno evitati
schiamazzi e rumori molesti ed in particolare durante l’orario di silenzio (vedi punto 7 del presente regolamento)
è vietato l’uso dei veicoli a motore (anche per entrare ed uscire dal Villaggio), televisori, radio, apparecchi o
altri oggetti fonti di rumore e non è consentito il montaggio o smontaggio di tende/verande. Anche i dialoghi
e conversazioni tra gli ospiti devono mantenere un tono adeguatamente moderato.
11. E’ severamente vietato danneggiare le piante , attaccare spaghi, lacci o altre attrezzature da campeggio
agli alberi, come pure scavare fossette o buche nel terreno per qualsiasi scopo, versare liquidi bollenti, salati o
di rifiuto sul terreno ed accendere fuochi liberi all’aperto in Villaggio ed in spiaggia. Non è consentito montare
teloni attaccati agli alberi ed impalcature metalliche sovrastanti la caravan e la veranda, così pure creare
recinti artificiali attorno alle piazzole. E’ proibito in qualunque modo danneggiare fiori e piante, i sevizi e le
attrezzature del Villaggio, lavarsi alle fontanelle del campo, lavare le stoviglie e biancheria fuori degli appositi
lavelli, sprecare ed usare impropriamente l’acqua.
12. La Direzione si riserva il diritto di far modificare o di far rimuovere qualsiasi attrezzatura (tende, picchetti, corde,
coperture, ecc.) se questa disturba il decoro del campeggio e non sia montata secondo le norme di sicurezza.
13. Chiunque verrà sorpreso nel compiere atti di vandalismo e/o furti, nell’uso della piscina fuori orario o che
non rispetti le regole di buon comportamento del Villaggio, verrà immediatamente allontanato e se vi sono i
presupposti verrà denunciato alla Pubblica Autorità.
14. Alla piscina si accede senza scarpe o ciabatte, passando per la doccia ove si laveranno i piedi. Il bagno,
nella piscina, è consentito solo nell’orario prestabilito, indicato all’entrata della piscina. E’ vietato tuffarsi dai
bordi delle vasche. E’ severamente proibito usare la piscina durante le ore di chiusura.
15. L’orario della Reception e dei diversi servizi è quello esposto nei locali all’uopo adibiti: per nessun motivo
al di fuori di tali orari sarà possibile effettuare pagamenti, ritirare documenti, ecc….
16. L’ospite può usufruire dell’aria condizionata propria nei limiti della disponibilità dell’energia elettrica della
piazzola, ma nel caso in cui un ospite vicino dovesse lamentarsi per troppo rumore del condizionatore, la
Direzione si riserva il diritto di farlo spegnere.
17. Il vostro nominativo sarà inserito nel database del Villaggio Adriatico: in ogni momento, nel rispetto della
Legge 675/96, potrete richiederne per iscritto la modifica, rettifica o cancellazione.
18. RESPONSABILITA’: Nessuna responsabilità viene assunta dalla Direzione per oggetti o valori perduti
o rubati, non espressamente affidati in custodia, per danni causati da altri ospiti, da eventi atmosferici,
calamità naturali, da caduta di alberi, rami o pigne, da incendio, da insetti, da malattie, ivi comprese quelle
delle piante o forza maggiore.
19. Pur garantendo la sorveglianza continua del Villaggio, La Direzione non assume alcuna responsabilità per
eventuali furti o perdite. Ciascun ospite è tenuto a custodire gli oggetti di sua proprietà.
20. L’uso del grill è consentito solo nei modi e nelle condizioni atmosferiche tali da non poter costituire
pericolo e disturbo.
21. Nel nostro villaggio è in atto la raccolta differenziata dei rifiuti. Si prega vivamente di gettare negli appositi
contenitori i rifiuti solidi chiusi in sacchetti di plastica. Non è consentito lo scarico di acque reflue nel pozzetto
di ogni colonnina di acqua potabile.
22. La Direzione si riserva il diritto di emanare in qualsiasi momento norme e regolamenti che si rendessero
necessari a garantire la tranquilla convivenza.
ORARI DI SILENZIO: dalle ore 13.00 alle ore 15.00 e dalle ore 23.30 alle ore 7.00 del mattino.
ORARI DI PARTENZA:Piazzole entro le ore 12.00 del mattino.-Unità abitative entro le ore 10.00 del mattino.
ORARIO DI CASSA: da domenica a giovedì: dalle ore 9.00 alle ore 14.00
venerdì e sabato
: dalle ore 9.00 alle ore 16.00.
CAMPING-ORDNUNG
1. Die Gäste sollen bei Ankunft einen Personalausweis für die Eintragung hinterlassen und sollen die anliegende
Vorschriften in Einsicht nehmen. Aus Sicherheitsgründen ist jeder Gast verpflichtet, das Pass-Armband gut sichtbar
während des ganzen Aufenthalts zu tragen. Ohne Armband ist es nicht erlaubt, über den Camping zu gehen.
2. Der Eintritt ist untergeordnet an die Genehmigung der Direktion. Sie hat das Recht, ohne Einwände, die überzählige
Gäste, sowie jene, die die Regeln nicht beachten oder die Harmonie und den Ansiedlungsdienst stören, zum Verlassen
der Anlage zu zwingen.
3. Minderjährige (unter 18 J.) werden nur in Begleitung der Eltern aufgenommen und müssen mit diesen zusammen
wohnen, damit die Beaufsichtigung und ein korrektes Verhalten der Jugendlichen gewährleistet ist. Die Eltern werden
im Fall des Falles zur Rechenschaft gezogen.
4. TAGESBESUCHER: die Besucher unserer Gäste sind verpflichtet, am Eingang einen Ausweis zu hinterlegen. Bis
zu einer Stunde ist der Besuch kostenlos, darüber hinaus wird für jede Person den Tagesbesuchertarif laut Preisliste
angewandt. Der Zutritt, sowie die Anwesenheit von Unbefugten innerhalb des Feriendorfes führt zu:
-Verletzung des Gesetzes zum Schutz der öffentlichen Sicherheit; Verletzung von Art. 633 cd (Verletzung des
Eigentumsrechts);
- Verletzung von Art. 624 cp (Dienstleistungsdiebstahl);
- Vertragsbruch
Die Direktion hat das Recht darauf, die Eintrittserlaubnis jederzeit widerzurufen, sowie den Eintritt zu verbieten. Die
Besucher können ausschließlich zu Fuß eintreten, von 9.00 Uhr bis 19.00 Uhr. Auf jeden Fall sie müssen das
Feriendorf spätestens 22.00 Uhr verlassen.
5. Das Mitbringen von Haustieren muss im Augenblick der Reservierung und bei der Ankunft im Campingplatz mitgeteilt
werden. Gäste mit Haustiere müssen einen Stellplatz/Wohneinheit in dem dafür vorgesehenen Bereich beziehen (siehe
Lageplan). Tiere in den Gemeinschaftsräumen (Schwimmbad- Bar-Restaurant- Pizzeria) sind allerdings grundsätzlich
verboten. Hunde dürfen nur angeleint und mit Maulkorb mit geführt werden. Die Hundebesitzer werden gebeten die
Hunde regelmäßig außerhalb des Campingplatzes zu bringen, um Unreinheiten zu vermeiden. Alleinverantwortlicher
für Verletzungen und Schäden an Personen oder Dingen ist der Tierbesitzer.
6. Erwachsenen sind für das Verhalten der Minderjährige verantwortlich und haben dafür Sorge zu tragen, dass
sie die Sicherheit und Ruhe der anderen Gäste des Campingplatzes nicht stören. Kleinkinder dürfen nur in
Begleitung Erwachsener die Sanitäranlagen benutzen, sowie zum Strand, zum Schwimmbad, zum Spielplatz, usw.
gehen Diesbezüglich lehnt die Direktion jede Haftung ab.
7. Einfahrt/Ausfahrt (Schranken geöffnet): von 7.00 Uhr bis 13.00 Uhr- von 15.00 Uhr bis 23.30 Uhr. Ausfahrt von
07.00 Uhr nur für die abfahrende Gäste die am Vortag ausgecheckt haben. Die Quittung der letzten Zahlung muss
dem Aufsichtspersonal bei der Abreise vorgezeigt werden.
8. Um Ruhe und Sicherheit aller Gäste zu gewährleisten Sie sind gebeten, das Auto so wenig wie möglich in Betrieb
zu setzen. Wenn es unumgänglich ist, bitte nur die asphaltierten Straßen zu benutzen und nur im Schritt-Tempo
fahren, auf keinen Fall jedoch die 10km/h - Grenze überschreiten. Die Benutzung der Fahrzeuge ist während der
Mittagsruhe und in den Nachtstunden untersagt (siehe Punkt 7 vorliegender Hausordnung). Zusätzliche Fahrzeuge
sind auf dem Campingplatz nur dann gestattet,
wenn es genügend freie Parkplätze gibt. Die Fahrzeuge müssen in den zugewiesenen Plätzen geparkt werden. Die
Wege sind freizuhalten und nicht als Parkplätze zu benutzen
9. Das Rauchen in den Wohneinheiten ist verboten.
10. Der Gast hat immer auf die anderen Gäste Rücksicht zu nehmen, vor allem während der Ruhestunden ist der
Gebrauch von Motorfahrzeugen, Fernseh- und Radioapparaten und anderen Lärm verursachenden Geräten und
Gegenständen untersagt. Das Auf- und Abbauen von Zelten ist während dieser Zeit nicht gestattet. Auch Gespräche
und Dialoge zwischen die Gäste sollen leise gehalten werden.
11. Es ist absolut verboten, Pflanzen zu beschädigen, Schnüren, Schlingen oder andere Sachen an Bäumen vom
Campingplatz zu festigen, sowie auch Löcher und Furchen um das Zelt zu graben, heiße und salzige Flüssigkeiten
oder Abfall auf den Boden zu gießen, und ein Feuer am Strand oder im Campingplatz anzulegen. Es ist nicht erlaubt,
Zeltbahnen an Bäume zu festigen und Metallgerüste übers Caravan und der Veranda zu bauen. Es wird nicht für
Schäden von gefallenen Bäumen oder Zweigen oder andere Schäden von Natureinflüssen und ähnliches gehaftet.
Es ist strengstens verboten Bäume, Blumen oder Campingeinrichtungen zu beschädigen, Geschirr oder Wäsche
neben dem Zelt/Caravan oder sonst außerhalb des angewiesenen Gebietes zu waschen. Es wird empfohlen nicht
unnütz Leitungswasser für den Eigenbedarf laufen zu lassen(um Wasservergeudung bei Wassermangel zu vermeiden).
12. Die Leitung behält sich das Recht vor, jede Ausstattung (Zelte, Pflöcke, Seile, Abdeckungen, etc.) ändern oder
fortschaffen zu lassen, wenn sie den Anstand des Campingplatzes beschädigen oder die Sicherheitsvorschriften
nicht entsprechen.
13. Jeder Gast, der bei Vandalismus oder Diebstahl angetroffen wird, den Swimmingpool außerhalb der Öffnungszeiten
benutzt oder die Verhaltensregeln des Campingplatzes missachtet, wird sofort vom Campingplatz verwiesen und
gegebenenfalls bei der zuständigen Behörde angezeigt.
14. Die Schwimmbecken sind nur ohne Straßenschuhe bzw. Badeschuhe durch die Dusche zu betreten, wo
die Füße gewaschen werden. Baden ist in den Schwimmbecken nur zu den angegebenen Zeiten erlaubt (am
Schwimmbadeingang angezeigt). Die Benutzung der Schwimmbäder außerhalb der Öffnungszeiten ist streng verboten.
Das Springen vom Beckenrand ist untersagt.
15. Die Öffnungszeiten der Rezeption und andere Dienstleistungen sind in den eigenen Bereichen angezeigt. Außerhalb
dieser Zeiten ist es nicht möglich, Zahlungen zu leisten, Dokumente zu sammeln, usw.
16. Die Gäste können ihre eigenen Klimaanlage bis zur Höchstgrenze von Verfügbarkeit von Strom in ihre Tonhöhe
zu verwenden. Sollten andere Gäste beschweren sich über Lärm des Klimaanlagen, behält sich die Direktion das
Recht vor, sie abgeschaltet zu werden.
17. Ihre persönlichen Daten werden in der Datei von Campingplatz eingegeben. Sie sind jederzeit berechtigt, laut
Datenschutzgesetzt Nr. 675/96, schriftlich Änderungen, Berichtigungen oder Annullierung zu fragen.
18. VERANTWORTUNG: die Campingleitung haftet für Dritte, Sach- und Personenschäden innerhalb der Grenzen
der dafür vorgesehenen Versicherungspolice des Campingplatzes. Das Camping-Village übernimmt keine Haftung
für verlorengegangene oder gestohlene Gegenstände und Wertsachen sowie für Personen- und Sachschäden, die
nicht direkt auf Nachlässigkeit des Campingplatzpersonals zurückzuführen sind. Die Direktion lehnt jegliche Haftung
für Verluste, verlorengegangene Gegenstände, Diebstahl, durch höhere Gewalt, Unglücksfälle, Unruhen
verursachte Schäden sowie durch andere Gäste, Insekten, Epidemien und Krankheiten - einschließlich der durch
Pflanzen bedingten- verursachte Schäden ab.
19. Im Feriendorf ist eine laufende Überwachung durchgeführt. Die Leitung übernimmt jedoch keine Haftung für
verlorengegangene oder gestohlene Gegenstände. Jeder Gast ist verpflichtet, seine eigenen Gegenständen zu behalten.
20. Die Benutzung der Grills ist nur bei entsprechenden Wetterverhältnisse erlaubt, sodass Sie keine Gefahr darstellen
bzw. niemanden stören können.
21. Im Feriendorf wird die getrennte Müllsammlung durchgeführt. Wir bitten sie, den Hausmüll in Plastiksäcke zu geben,
diese zu schließen und die dafür vorgesehen Container abzulegen. Es ist strengstens verboten, Hilfe Flüssigkeiten
oder Abwasser auf den Boden sowie in den Abfluss der Wassersäule zu gießen.
22. Die Direktion behält sich das Recht vor, zu jedem Zeitpunkt Regeln und Vorschriften aufzustellen, die ein ruhiges
Zusammenleben garantieren sollen.

KASSENÖFFNUNGSZEITEN: von Sonntag bis Donnerstag: 9.00 / 14.00 Uhr
Freitags +Samstags: 9.00 / 16.00 Uhr
CAMPING REGULATIONS
1) Upon arrival, guests are requested to produce their own identity papers for registration and to look at the Rules
and Regulation of the Village.
It is compulsory to wear the "PASS-bracelet” on the wrist all the time and to return it back to the reception office
when checking out. Those not wearing the bracelet are meant to be intruders.
2) To enter the Village is subject to the Management approval. Anyone who does not follow the rules or takes the
attitude to cause damages or injuries will be expelled immediately. The Management also reserves the right to refuse
admission for guests who are exceeding the number of guests allowed in their accommodation.
3) Underage guests (-18 years) are admitted only when accompanied for the entire stay by their parents, who are
held responsible for their behaviour.
4) VISITORS: visitors are kindly requested to leave an identity paper at the Reception. Visitors staying less than 60
minutes can enter free of charge. For a longer stay, they will be charged the daily fee according to the current price
list, regardless of their age. The entry and the presence of unauthorized people means:
violation of Public Security
violation of Art. 633 cd (invasion of property)
violation of Art. 624 cp (theft of services)
contract fraud.
Authorised visitors are allowed to enter the Village only on foot and stay within the Village from 9.00 a.m. to 7.00
p.m. They shall definitively go out by 10.00 p.m. The Management reserves the right to allow or not to allow
entrance to daily visitors.
5) Pets must be notified when booking in and upon arrival and must comply with health regulations. Pets are welcome
only in the assigned area (see map) and are not allowed in public places (swimming-pool, bar, restaurant, pizzeria).
They must be kept on a leash, muzzled and taken outside the Village for cleanliness purposes. Pet waste must be
picked up and thrown away in a trash container. Pet owners will be held responsible for any disturbances or personal
injuries that may result from their pets behaviour.
6) The adults are directly responsible for the behaviour of their children. Please pay attention so that their brightness
will not cause nuisance to other guests. Moreover, the small children should always be accompanied by an adult to
toilets and showers, to the beach, pools and playground. The Management accepts no responsibility.
7) Gates open for the movement of cars: from 07.00 to 1.00 p.m. and from 3.00 to 11.30 p.m.
Exit from 07.00 a.m. only for guests on departure who did check out the previous day. The receipt of final payment
must be presented for inspection at the time of departure.
8) For reasons of safety and quietness, the use of motor vehicles in the holiday Village is to be kept to an absolute
minimum. When necessary, please drive on the asphalt paved road and not exceed 10 km / h. Driving is forbidden
during Silence Time and during the night. Additional vehicles will only be allowed under payment when parking space
is available. Cars/motorcycles must be parked on the pitch (next to the tent/caravan) by camping guests and in the
assigned parking space, in compliance with Reception Office instructions, by the residence guests.
9) Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the house units.
10) Guests are requested to observe each other’s quiet for a good community living. Any kind of noise and disturbance
must be avoided at any time of the day, especially during Silence Time (look point 7 of this regulation). During Silence
Time it is also forbidden to drive in/out and inside the Village, as well as to pitch tents and patios. Radios, television sets,
music systems, or any other appliances or items which may cause noise, etc must be turned down to a level of sound
that does not annoy or interfere or disturb other residents. Conversations among the guests have to be toned down.
11) It is absolutely forbidden to damage plants, to attack strings, ropes, camping equipment or anything else to
trees. It is also forbidden to dig holes or canals in the tent ground, pour off hot, salty or waste liquids on the ground
or light fires on the beach and in open air. It is not allowed to set up and attach sheets to trees as well as to put
metal scaffold on to caravans and patios or to fence pitches. It is strictly forbidden to damage Campsite facilities and
equipments, to use fountains and other water supplies for personal hygiene and for washing dishes and linen. Do not
let the water run from the tap for household purposes when not strictly necessary (in order to avoid waste of water).
12) The Management reserves the right to adjust or remove any equipment ( tents, ropes, covers, etc) when not in
compliance with the Campsite decorum or not in accordance to safety regulations.
13) Anyone caught vandalizing and/or stealing property, using swimming- pool outside opening hours, or doesn’t
respect the regulations will immediately be requested to leave the Village. If necessary, it will be reported to the
Public Authorities.
14) Access to the swimming-pool is allowed only when barefoot and after shower. Swimming is allowed only during
the pool opening times, which are displayed at the entrance. To dive from the edges of the pool is forbidden. The
use of the swimming pool during its closing times is strictly prohibited.
15) The opening times of the Reception and other services are displayed in the proper areas. Outside of these times
it is not possible to make payments, collect documents, etc.
16) The guests can use their own air conditioning up to the maximum limit of availability of electricity in their pitch.
Should other guests complain about too much noise caused by the conditioner, the Management reserves the right
to get it switched off.
17) Your name and full address will be added to the Villaggio Adriatico marketing database. According to the Italian
Law 675/96, it is possible to delete or modify your data anytime, by writing request.
18) RESPONSIBILITY: the Management will be not held responsible for: any lost or stolen items-damages caused
by other guests-losses-theft-atmospheric agents- act of God-falling trees, branches or cones-fire-insects-diseases
(including these caused by plants)-force majeure.
19) While ensuring continuous monitoring of the Village, the Management assumes no responsibility for any theft or
loss. Each guest is required to keep its own objects.
20) Cooking on a grill or barbecue is permitted only when not causing danger or nuisance to other guests and
under good weather conditions.
21) A differentiated waste collection is carried out at our Resort. Guests are therefore kindly invited to dispose of
trash in the appropriate bins and containers. It is not allowed to dispose of waste water in the catch basin of any
drinking water fountain.
22) The Management reserves the right at any time to issue rules and regulations which could be necessary to
grant a good community living.
SILENCE TIME: from 1 p.m.to 3 p.m. and from 11.30 p.m.to 7 a.m.
DEPARTURE TIMES: Pitches by 12.00 a.m. – House units by 10.00 a.m.
CASH DESK TIMES: from Sunday to Thursday: from 9.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m.
Saturdays and Sundays: from 9.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m.
