La fascia frenante viene ricavata da lastre di acciaio tramite
taglio
laser e successivamente subisce un trattamento termico che
ne tempra
tutto lo spessore.
L"asolatura garantisce la dissipazione delle polveri, dei gas e
del calore prodotti dalle pastiglie durante la frenata.
Il mozzetto in Ergal è anch"esso ricavato dal pieno e
lavorato con la
massima precisione da macchine utensili CNC. La
colorazione viene
ottenuta tramite ossidazione anodica, che assicura la
protezione
dell"alluminio durevole nel tempo.
L"accoppiamento tra fascia e mozzetto è affidato a
nottolini assiali in
Ergal trattati con ossidazione dura che conferiscono al disco
una
flottanza ottimale.
I materiali impiegati e i trattamenti cui vengono sottoposti
garantiscono oltre ad un notevole incremento della potenza
frenante,
un"estrema resistenza a stress termo-meccanici prolungati ed
un"assoluta
costanza nelle prestazioni.
