Il sistema costruttivo modulare, unito ad un sistema di chiusura telescopico consente un celere trasporto della casa, che
è interamente costruita e rifinita in azienda, per una immediata abitabilità.
Tutte le strutture possono essere rimosse rapidamente senza alcuna operazione di smontaggio strutturale, preservando
lo stato originario dei luoghi da macerie e materiali di risulta.

SIB CASE MOBILI SRL, the leading company for years in the light building sector, has set up a production of telescopic mobile
homes with innovative characteristics from the point of view of functionality and aesthetics.
The modular building system, together with the telescopic closing system, permits the quick transportation of the mobile
home built and finished in our company. It can be immediately inhabited.
All mobile homes can be removed quickly without any operation of structural dismantling, preserving the original state of
the places.
This building system has been set up by qualified professionals together with the employment of innovative materials. It
has allowed SIB CASE to be first in HOMOLOGATION of mobile homes: our mobile homes can be equipped with their log
book and they are really able to travel on wheels, like a caravan, because they respect the maximum size allowed by law for
road transport.

I modelli Mob 30 - 35 e Mob 33, rispettivamente di 30 - 35 e 33 mq, si
compongono di veranda, cucina, camera matrimoniale e bagno. Possono
ospitare comodamente da 2 a 4 persone.
MOB 30/35” and “MOB 33” are respectively of 30/35 and 33
square metres. They are composed of a veranda, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom.
They can comfortably accomodate up to four people.

Il modello MOB 38, di 38 mq, è composto da veranda, cucina, camera
matrimoniale, bagno e camera con lettini singoli. Può così ospitare
comodamente da 4 a 6 persone.
The mobile home “MOB 38”, of 38 square metres, is composed of veranda, kitchen,
two bedrooms and a bathroom. It can accomodate up to five - six people.

I modelli Mob 45 e Mob 50 rispettivamente di 45 e 50 mq sono entrambi composti da due

composed of a veranda, kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom.
They can comfortably accomodate up to six people.

Il modello Mob 60/70 sviluppa complessivamente una superficie di 60 - 70 mq. Dall’ampia veranda si accede in un unico ambiente dove
un corpo a penisola separa l’angolo cottura dal soggiorno/pranzo. Un gradevole movimento architettonico disimpegna e introduce nella
zona notte composta da due camere da letto e un ampio bagno. La struttura così disposta offre da 4 a 6 comodi posti letto.
The mobile home “MOB 60/70” develops, as a whole, a surface of 60/70 square metres. From the wide terrace you can enter to an open space where a
shelving divides the kitchen from living room. The pleasent presence of columns and arches gives more privacy to other parts of the mobile home where
there are two bedrooms and a spacious bathroom. MOB 60/70 in this way can comfortably accomodate up to six people.

grazie al sistema costruttivo TELESCOPICO, che
consente lo scorrimento del modulo più
piccolo all’interno di quello più grande, sono
rapide da installare e da rimuovere quasi come
roulottes, infatti, la struttura chiusa misura 2,55
mt x 7,10 mt.
The telescopicc system joined to a modular
building system enables the smaller module to
slide inside the larger one: in this way the mobile
home can reduce itself.
Once the telescopic home is close its size is 2,55
metres x 7,10 metres and it can be transported on
wheels and can be installed and removed easily
