Salamella sausage
These sausages are made from
lean pancetta and rump, which is
particularly sweet and soft. Fresh
salamella sausage is ideal for making
risotto, for stuffing or for grilling.
Our sausage is not only good but fresh
too: after a brief maturation period it
is delicious enjoyed with bread, just
like all our sliced meats.
