Il Programma
The Program
Il Master intende formare una figura professionale polivalente nell'ambito del management ambientale, che
sappia coniugare le metodologie e le tecniche di misurazione delle problematiche ambientali, con quelle di
carattere gestionale, creando economie di scala in grado di realizzare una gestione ambientale strategica.
Tale profilo trova naturale collocamento:
- nei ruoli manageriali interni a un’azienda e nel settore della consulenza
- all’interno di Pubbliche Amministrazioni, come pure in organizzazioni operanti nel settore dei servizi
rivolti agli Enti sia pubblici che privati.
The Master intends to train a polyvalent professional in the environmental management context.
This figure is able to find connection between environmental assessment methods and management tools;
with the aim of creating a strategic environmental management.
This professional is able to find a placement:
- in the management roles within an enterprise and in the consultancy sector
- within Public Administrations and in organizations working in the sector of the services
offered to both public and private Institutions.
Saranno trattati i seguenti moduli:
- Elementi di gestione e di organizzazione aziendale
- Legislazione, tecniche e tecnologie ambientali
- Sistemi di gestione ambientale
- Corso per Auditor ambientale ed energetico (riconosciuto AICQ-SICEV)
- Strumenti e metodi per la gestione della sicurezza - corso base per svolgere funzioni
di Responsabile/Addetto del Servizio Prevenzione e Protezione (RSPP e ASPP)
accreditato AIFOS - Associazione Italiana Formatori della Sicurezza sul Lavoro
- Gestione dell’energia e del cambiamento climatico
- Life Cycle Management
- Corporate Social Responsibility
- La “green” communication
The following topics will be dealt with:
- Basics of business management and organization
- Environmental regulation and environmental techniques and technologies
- Environmental management systems
- Environmental and energy lead auditor course (accredited by AICQ-SICEV)
- Tools and methodologies to manage health and safety - basic course to perform functions
of Manager / Officer of the Prevention and Protection Service (RSPP and ASPP)
accredited by AIFOS - Italian Association of Trainers for Workplace Safety
- Energy and climate change management
- Life Cycle Management
- The Corporate Social Responsibility
- The Green Communication
Periodo di svolgimento delle lezioni: gennaio-novembre 2013
Period of classes: January-November 2013
Impegno didattico: 328 ore di lezioni in aula e 475 ore di stage o project work; per le lezioni in aula è previsto un impegno variabile e comunque ripetitivo ogni 5 settimane: 8 ore (venerdì pomeriggio e sabato
mattina) per 3 settimane consecutive e 12 ore (venerdì tutto il giorno e sabato mattina) per due settimane.
Frequenza: è richiesto un obbligo di frequenza ad almeno l’80% delle ore di lezione/stage.
Requisiti di ammissione: laurea (sono ritenute valide anche le lauree triennali).
I candidati saranno selezionati sulla base del loro curriculum vitae et studiorum.
Possono presentare domanda di ammissione anche coloro che conseguiranno la laurea
entro e non oltre la data di inizio del Master.
Posti disponibili: 35.
Crediti Formativi Universitari: 60 CFU.
Tassa di iscrizione: Euro 3.746,24 (da versare in due rate).
Foreseen engagement: 328 hours of class lessons and 475 hours of internship training or project work;
class lessons are arranged in 5 week cycles: 8 hours for 3 weeks (Friday afternoon, and Saturday
morning) and 12 hours for 2 weeks (Friday morning and afternoon, and Saturday morning).
Attending: required at least the 80% of lessons and training hours.
Admission requirements: university degree (also junior/bachelor).
The candidates will be selected on the basis of their curriculum vitae et studiorum.
Students getting degree before the course starts, can also apply.
Maximum number of students: 35.
ECTS credits: 60 credits.
Ammissione: la domanda di ammissione alla selezione deve essere inoltrata per via telematica (fino alle ore 10
del 16 novembre 2012) collegandosi al sito https://uniweb.unipd.it secondo le istruzioni riportate nel bando.
In caso di difficoltà legate alla compilazione della domanda è attivo il Servizio Help Desk ai numeri
049 8276373-6374, dal lunedì al venerdì dalle 10 alle 12,30. La domanda, stampata e firmata in originale
dai candidati, dovrà pervenire (a mezzo posta o consegnata a mano) alla Segreteria Organizzativa del
Master entro le ore 13 del 16 novembre 2012 secondo le modalità indicate nel bando. La domanda può
essere spedita anche tramite messaggio di posta elettronica certificata (PEC) all’indirizzo:
[email protected] entro le ore 13 del 16 novembre 2012 con le modalità indicate nel bando.
I risultati delle selezioni saranno pubblicati dal 10 dicembre 2012.

In case of difficulties in completing the application the Help Desk Service is active to the phone number
+39(0) 49 8276373-6374, from Monday to Friday, from 10.00 a.m. to 12.30 a.m. The request, printed and
originally undersigned, must be sent (by mail or hand delivered) to the Master Secretariat by the 1.00 p.m.
of November the 16th 2012, following the procedures indicated in the call for applications. The application
may alsobe sent via e-mail certified (PEC) at [email protected] within 13 a.m. of November,
the 16th, 2012 as specified in the call for applications.
Selection results will be published from December, the 10th 2012.

Who is it addressed?
Il Master in Gestione ambientale strategica è rivolto a neolaureati e a chi ha già un’occupazione
e desidera un’ulteriore qualifica, nell’ottica della formazione continua.
The Master in Strategic Environmental Management is addressed to newly graduates and to already
employed and desiring a further qualification, according to a continuous training perspective.
Diverse le agevolazioni per chi ha già un’occupazione: la programmazione didattica è effettuata in modo
tale da limitare le assenze dal lavoro e da favorire gli spostamenti di chi opera anche fuori Regione;
lo stage in azienda non è obbligatorio (ma consigliato), potendo lo stesso essere sostituito
da un project work anche di tipo compilativo.
Already-employed individuals will enjoy several facilities: classes are concentrated in few days a week,
planned to minimize travels and easy who comes from outside the Veneto Region; the internship training
period is not compulsory (but recommended) and can be changed into a project work.
I neolaureati hanno la possibilità di acquisire, tramite la formazione in aula e lo stage, competenze nel
campo della gestione ambientale difficilmente ottenibili tramite un percorso universitario tradizionale.
The Master offers to newly graduates a good chance to achieve essential skills to environmental
management, usually hard to build-up in an ordinary university course.
This becomes possible thanks to class lessons and internship training period.

Il profilo professionale dei partecipanti alla fine del corso risulterà particolarmente qualificato,
grazie a una serie di certificazioni e titoli riconosciuti, facilmente e direttamente spendibili
nel mondo del lavoro e ottenibili superando positivamente gli esami all’interno del corso.
At the end of the Master, the professional profile of the participants will be especially qualified through
a series of certifications and recognized awards, that can be fruitfully and directly applied in a job,
achieving them passing specific tests within the course.
Oltre al titolo di Master Universitario, è infatti possibile conseguire senza costi aggiuntivi:
il titolo di auditor interno e consulente EMAS (ed essere inseriti negli appositi registri nazionali mantenuti
dall’ISPRA); il titolo di Auditor ambientale e il titolo di Auditor energetico (accreditati AICQ-SICEV);
il corso base - Modulo A per svolgere l’attività di RSPP e ASPP, accreditato AiFOS.
In addition to the title of Master, it is possible to achieve without any additional costs:
the title of the internal auditor and consultant EMAS (and included in the national registers maintained
by ISPRA), the title of Environmental Auditor and the title of Energy Auditor (accredited by AICQ-SICEV),
the basic course - Module A to carry out the RSPP and ASPP function, accredited by AiFOS.

e della Tutela del Territorio e del Mare, ACCREDIA, UNI, ISPRA, ARPA Veneto, enti di certificazione.

The application, one for each single course that you wish to apply for,
should be completed using the form attached to the call for application (Attachment A).
The paper application, signed original must be sent (by mail or hand delivered) to the Secretariat
of the Master, within 5 working days before the courses starting.

Objective of the NATIONAL EMAS SCHOOL
To create qualified professionals (internal auditors and consultants)
to support Public Administrations towards the EMAS Registration.
