L’entrata è dalla terrazza con
pavimento in cotto, semicoperta
da un pergolato di gelsomino,
edera e vite, che si affaccia
direttamente sul giardino.
L’appartamento è suddiviso
in tre ambienti ed è composto
da salotto con zona pranzo e
angolo cottura (quattro fornelli,
frigorifero, lavandino) da una
camera con letto matrimoniale,
da un ambiente su soppalco
con letto matrimoniale, e da un
bagno con doccia.
Appartamento la Parata
(per 2 o 4 persone)
L’entrata è dal giardino,
ombreggiato in parte dal glicine
che copre il pergolato in legno.
L’appartamento è suddiviso in
due ambienti ed è composto
da un salotto con divano letto
matrimoniale, con zona pranzo e
angolo cottura (quattro fornelli,
frigorifero, lavandino), da una
camera con letto matrimoniale
e bagno con doccia. E’ inoltre
presente un camino che ricrea la
tipica atmosfera di una cucina
chiantigiana.
Ogni appartamento ha il suo posto
auto ed è provvisto di televisione, di
biancheria e di quanto necessario
per cucinare. Nel paese (distante
1,5 km.) trovate la farmacia,
negozi di alimentari, e la stazione
di pullman per Firenze e Siena.

The entrance is from the terrace
and is paved in terracotta and
the entrance has a natural arbour
made from Ginestra and Ivy. It
faces directly onto the garden.
The apartment is divided into 3
different living areas. The sitting
room, dining room and kitchen
(stove top, fridge and sink) all in
one, the master bedroom with a
queen size bed and a bathroom
and shower.

(2-4 people)
The entrance is from the garden,
shaded by a wall of Wisteria and
covered by a wooden arbour.
This apartment is divided into 2
different living areas. In the living
room there is a fold out sofa
bed. This open area also has the
dining space and kitchen (stove
top, fridge and sink) The 2nd
area is the bedroom with a queen
size bed and bathroom with
shower. In this apartment there
is also a fireplace which gives a
warm feeling to the room and
is much like the typical Chianti
style kitchen.
Every apartment has a parking
space, television, linens and a
kitchen with all the necessary
elements for cooking. In the nearby
town of Panzano (distance 1,5
km,) there is a pharmacy, stores,
small supermarket and a bus stop
for Florence and Siena.

aus einem Schlafzimmer mit
Doppelbett, ein Zimmer auf
einem Zwischengeschoss mit
einem Doppelbett und einem
Badezimmer mit Dusche.

Der Eingang ist aus dem Garten,
von Glyzinien teilweise über der
hölzernen Pergola beschattet.
Die Wohnung ist in zwei Räume
unterteilt und besteht aus einem
Wohnzimmer mit Schlafcouch,
Essbereich und Küchenzeile
(Vier-Flammen-Gasherd,
Kühlschrank, Spüle), ein
Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett
und ein Badezimmer mit
Dusche. Es ist auch ein Kamin,
der die Atmosphäre einer Küche
Chianti nachstellt.
Jede Wohnung hat einen eigenen
Parkplatz und ist mit Fernseher,
Bettwäsche und alle Notwendige für
das Kochen. Auf dem Land (1,5
km.). Suchen Sie eine Apotheke,
Lebensmittelgeschäfte, Bus und
Bahn nach Florenz und Siena.
