repariert ganz sicher Leib und
Seele...”; so empfand Gustav
Mahler seine Sommerfrische in
Toblach. Er verweilte im Sommer
von 1908 bis 1910 in
Altschluderbach, wo er 1908 „Das
Lied von der Erde“, 1909 die
Neunte und 1910 die unvollendete
Zehnte schuf.
“È un luogo meraviglioso, questo,
che sicuramente risana il corpo e
l'anima”, così Mahler descriveva
le sue vacanze a Dobbiaco.
Gustav Mahler trascorse l’estate
dal 1908 al 1910 a Carbonin
Vecchia, dove nel 1908 compose
il famoso “Canto della Terra”, nel
1909 la Nona e nel 1910 la
Decima (incompiuta).
“Here it’s wonderful and revives
both heart and soul” - that’s how
Mahler
felt
about
Toblach/Dobbiaco. From 1908 to
1910 he spent his summer holiday
in Carbonin Vecchia, where he
composed the famous Song of the
Earth (1908), the Ninth (1909) and
the incomplete Tenth (1910).
