The electroforming technology allows to
produce nickel sheets through an extremely
accurate process of galvanic deposition. The
high quality of the product is the result of
nickel growth around three-dimensional
geometries (matrix) obtained by a
photographic process.
This technology is suitable for SMT printing
applications for fine pitch SMD components,
BGA and micro BGA components and also
for wafer bumping applications.
