HYDRAULIC CRAWLER DRILL
C5XP is the brand new multipurpose crawler drill
rig designed by Casagrande to perform micropiles, anchors drilling and jet grouting.
The crawler rig is equipped with modular mast,
articulation with “Front The Wall” joint. It is such
small and easy-to-use so that it can work in narrow spaces such as tunnels or inside buildings.
A PLC controls the power distribution in order to
increase the performance and to reduce the fuel
consumption.
The hydraulic system is “Full Load Sensing” with
electro-proportional control arrangement; a
smart software allows the set-up to be personalized according to the project requirements.
Thanks to the XP technology and to the powerful
engine Casagrande EP (patented) rotary heads
can be mounted on the machine as well as hydraulic drifter
The new C5xp is a compact crawler drill rig, easy
to truck and maneuver thanks to the ergonomic
remote control and the handy console on board.
C5XP è la nuova perforatrice idraulica multifunzione ideata da Casagrande per eseguire micropali, ancoraggi e jet grouting.
Le dimensioni ridotte, il mast modulare, l’articolazione con snodo “Front The Wall” rendono
la macchina adatta all’impiego in spazi limitati
come all’interno di gallerie o di edifici.
Un PLC gestisce il controllo della potenza con taratura dinamica dell’assorbimento di carburante
per ottimizzare le prestazioni in base all’utilizzo
e per ridurre i consumi di gasolio.
L’impianto idraulico è di tipo “Full Load Sensing”
con sistema di controllo elettro-proporzionale; il
set-up tramite software permette la semplice personalizzazione dei parametri di lavoro.
La flessibilità della tecnologia XP e l’elevata
potenza fornita dal motore permettono l’uso di
teste di perforazione EP brevettate e di martello
idraulico.
La C5xp è facile da manovrare grazie all’ergo–nomico radiocomando e alla pratica consolle di comando a bordo macchina.
