Queste ritmiche - oltre al piacere di suonarle - vi permettono di scoprire e di lavorare su tutte le tecniche che
contribuiscono a creare ottimi accompagnamenti Funk: ghost notes, triadi, rivolti, il suonare staccato, palm mute,
motivi ritmici a note singole, ecc. Un capitolo preliminare vi presenta le nozioni essenziali della ritmica Funk per
quanto riguarda il ritmo, gli accordi e le tecniche caratteristiche.
Il DVD Video permette di ascoltare e visualizzare i 50 accompagnamenti a velocità normale poi ridotta, dandovi
in questo modo la possibilità di effettuare i gesti giusti, scegliere le diteggiature adatte nonché suonare a tempo!
Il CD mp3 invece è composto da tante basi musicali quante ritmiche, ossia 50 playalongs suonati con due tempi
(metronomici) diversi: il primo è la velocità normale cioè il tempo da raggiungere, mentre il secondo è una velocità
ridotta per aiutarvi nello studio. Questi playalongs hanno una durata volontariamente lunga (da 4 a 5 minuti o
gnuno, ossia più di 7 ore di musica in tutto!) per darvi il tempo di esercitarvi nelle migliori condizioni possibili.
