Regulating the lamp
Allentando la ghiera A, l’asta B può
scendere per una corsa massima di 500
mm. Scegliere la posizione desiderata e
bloccare l’asta fissando la ghiera A. Il
cavo di alimentazione è fornito per la
maggiore estensione delle aste. una
volta stabilita la dimensione desiderata,
tagliare il cavo in eccesso ed eseguire i
collegamenti elettrici.

After loosening the threaded ring, rod B
can be shortened to max. 500mm.
Choose the desired size and fix the rod
by locking the threaded ring A, and then
cut the exceeding wire. The electrical
wire is supplied for the rod’s maximum
lengths.

A horizontal storage unit and a wall mounted cabinet in MDF the edges are angled at 45°. The
curve shaped door opens downward by means of a gas piston and steel rods. The sledge frame
is made in 22 mm. tubolar stainless steel. The interior and exterior of the cabinet is in a matt
white RAL 9010. The inside panel behind the handle and the drawer front is dark blue for the
white version (matt and glossy). Accessories: lateral lacquered shelves on the same furniture
finish. Central drawers with fronts lacquered white/blue.

The wall upright support allows the shelves to be positioned every 55 mm.
The maximum centre distance between uprights must not exceed 900 mm.

Piede e spintore, diametro 120 mm., sono sempre nella finitura argento.

A) Fissare la flangia dello spintore a soffitto
(1) mediante le apposite viti in dotazione,
tenendo presente che tra asse e asse
del montante ci sia la dimensione di 750
o 900 mm. in base alla configurazione
della composizione.
B) Inserire il montante dopo avere estratto
lo spíntore a soffitto (2) nella posizione
ideale e mediante un cacciavite metterlo
in spinta, controllare con livella e filo a
piombo la posizione dei montanti e ad
operazione conclusa serrare con forza lo
spintore a soffitto.
C) Dopo aver caricato la libreria controllare
il serraggio degli spintori e fissare la
ghiera di sicurezza (3).
A) Fix the top plate to the (1) ceiling with
screws provided, ensure that the
dimensions between centre to centre of
the uprights are 750 or 900 mm. relative
to the configuration required.
B) Insert the uprights after having pulled the
adjustable spindles (1) to the ideal
position and with a screwdriver and a
plumb line adjust the uprights and to
conclude the operation tighten very hard.
C) After initial loading of the shelves retighten all the spindles and fix the
security ring (3).
The “CONTINuA CENTRE” bookcase has a structure composed of: central uprights with an adjusting telescopic pusher for fixing to ceiling with a
maximal excursion of 385 mm., painted with epoxy powders colours silver, white and black.
Foot and pusher, diameter 120 mm., are always silver colour.
Shelves, shelf brackets, book-ends and containers are the same utilised for “CONTINuA” wall bookcase.
“Centre” upright allows for one side and two side bookcase compositions.
After loading the bookcase, it is necessary to check the telescopic pusher of the uprights.

Export sales conditions
Delivery terms
Delivery terms are reported in the order confirmation and should be considered as just an indication of the date in which goods are ready to
be collected by the forwarding agents or trasporters.
We do not accept either penalties and / or cancellation of the order due to delay in delivery.
Complaints
Claims for any sort of manufacturing damage and / or manufacturing defect are accepted only if duly advised by the Client and through
registered letter within and not later than 8 days as from the date in which goods have been received.
Transport claims
Claim for transport damages will be accepted only if noted in the form and sent to Kubo srl in writing within 7 days from delivery.
Returns
Returns are not accepted unless previously authorized by our company.
Guarantee
All our products are guaranteed up to 24 months from delivery date in the event of manufacturing defects, afterwhich we will no longer be
responsible for any repairs. Guarantee does not include any damage caused by improper used.
Failure to pay
unpaid invoices will entitle Kubo srl to claim interests from date when payment falls due, until date of full settlement.
Modifications
Kubo srl reserves the right to modify and improve models either technically or estethically without warning.
We reserve the right to alter prices and or specification without prior notice.
Tollerance
Colours used for materials, paints etc. are only indicative as it is not possible to technically or estetthically ensure a constant colouring over a
period of time. It is assumed that the customer agrees to accept colour tollerance when orders are placed.
Competence
In the event of any controversy the competent authority will be exclusively the Law Court of Treviso.
Transportation costs
Unless otherwise stated, shipping is ex works. Goods are collected from Kubo srl headquarters, freight, customs and handling charges are
at purchaser’s expense.
The consignee must verify the weight of the goods, number of pieces and state of packaging before signing for acceptance and if necessary
communicate complaints to the carrier or shipper, since the latter are responsible for damage or loss which may in no way be blamed on the
supplier.
Transport Austria; Belgium; Germany; Holland; Switzerland; Spain (islands excl.)
The goods will be delivered without any freight expenses for minimum order net of Euro 600 - Otherwise 40
Euro are charged as freight costs. Weight, number of packages and condition of the goods must be checked
before acceptance. In case of damages you have to put a reserve note on the shipping document. Any
responsabilities due to transportation can be attributed to the supplier.
Transport Great Britain; Portugal; Baleari Islands
The goods will be delivered without any freight expenses for minimum order net of Euro 1.200 - Otherwise 75
Euro are charged as freight costs. Weight, number of packages and condition of the goods must be checked
before acceptance. In case of damages you have to put a reserve note on the shipping document. Any
responsabilities due to transportation can be attributed to the supplier.
Images ad company logo Pallucco can be used on the web only after authorization by
Kubo. Kubo deserves to confirm possible orders within 60 days from receipt. In case no
confirmation is sent within a.b. terms, the order shall be considered as non accepted.
