ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS : Intense ruby red colour, consistent flavour and rich in fruits, the alcoholic strength blends into an aftertaste of wood and liquorice with a fresh and ripe bouquet and at the same time with a fruity and leathery blend. RECOMMENDED CUISINE : Savoury soups, red meats and medium term aged cheeses.
