Bevor Sie mit der Montage oder mit einem Testlauf des Screenlifts beginnen, lesen Sie bitte

SICHERHEITSHINWEISE
Die nachfolgenden Sicherheitshinweise sollen helfen die Benutzer vor Unfällen und den Screenlift vor Schäden zu schützen:
 Beachten Sie alle Sicherheitshinweise
 Heben Sie die Fernbedienung ausser Reichweite von Kindern auf
 Während des Hubvorganges ist drauf zu achten, dass keine Körperteile oder Kleider in den Funktionsraum des Screenliftes gelangen
 Beim Einbau in ein Möbel ist darauf zu achten, dass keine Klemmkanten und Quetschgefahren
entstehen, beachten Sie hierzu die Maschinenrichtlinien (CE – Kennzeichnung) und erstellen Sie
eine Risikoanalyse
 Während der Montage oder bei Demontagearbeiten am Screenlift ist der Antrieb auszustecken um
elektrische Schläge zu vermeiden
 Die Montage des Screenliftes, des Transformer's sowie der Steuerung ist nicht erlaubt an Standorten mit extremen Temperaturen (z.B. an einem Heizkörper oder einem Heizventilator, die Aufzählung ist nicht abschliessend)
 Um Schäden am Screenlift zu vermeiden, stellen Sie keine Gegenstände auf den Transformer, die
Steuerung oder die Stromkabel.
 Ziehen Sie den Netzstecker in den folgenden Situationen, wenn:
o das Stromkabel oder der Netzstecker beschädigt sind
o Flüssigkeit über den Screenlift, den Transformer oder die Steuereinheit geflossen ist
o der Screenlift, der Transformer oder die Steuereinheit mit Wasser in Berührung kam (auch
durch Regen)
o irgendwelche Reparaturen, Servicearbeiten oder Montagearbeiten am Screenlift vorgenommen werden
LIEFERUMFANG / FUNKTIONSKONTROLLE
Entfernen Sie die Verpackung und prüfen Sie, ob die Lieferung vollständig ist. Überprüfen Sie die Funktion
des Screenliftes. Gehen Sie dabei wie folgt vor (in Bezug zur Zeichnung auf Seite 1):
o Stecken Sie das Kabel des Screenliftes (#1: Lift unit) in die Steuerbox (#3: R.F. Module)
o Stecken Sie das Kabel des Transformers (#2: Power supply) in die Steuerbox (#3: R.F. Module)
o Stecken Sie das Kabel des Kippschalters (#4: Rocker switch) in die Steuerbox (#3: R.F. Module)
o Stecken Sie das Netzkabel des Transformers (#2: Power supply) ans Stromnetz
o Stellen Sie den Screenlift (#1: Lift unit) in eine vertikale Position
o Drücken Sie den Kippschalter (#4: Rocker switch), fahren Sie einige cm hoch und wieder zurück.
Der Kippschalter oder die Fernbedienung muss aus Sicherheitsgründen immer gedrückt werden. Ein
Loslassen des Schalters bewirkt den unmittelbaren Stopp des Screenlifts.
o Drücken Sie an der Fernbedienung (+) (#5: Remote control), fahren Sie einige cm hoch und wieder
zurück (-)
BITTE BEACHTEN SIE:
Während des Hub / Senkvorganges ist der Screenlift immer im Auge zu behalten, somit können Unfälle vermieden werden.

MASSZEICHNUNG
EINBAU DES SCREENLIFTES
Befestigen Sie den Screenlift (#1: Lift unit) im Möbel aus dem der Bildschirm fahren soll. Benutzen
Sie die vorgesehenen Befestigungsbohrungen auf der Rückseite des Screenliftes (4x M6 Abstand 570
oder Montageschlitze im Abstand 512) Achten Sie darauf, dass die volle Hublänge ausgefahren werden kann
Falls Sie die universelle Montageplatte benötigen, montieren Sie diese an den dafür vorgesehenen
Gewinde M6 (Abstand 441) auf der Frontseite
Stecken Sie das Kabel des Screenliftes (#1: Lift unit) in die Steuerbox (#3: R.F. Module)
Stecken Sie das Kabel des Transformers (#2: Power supply) in die Steuerbox (#3: R.F. Module)
Stecken Sie das Kabel des Kippschalters (#4: Rocker switch) in die Steuerbox (#3: R.F. Module)
Stecken Sie das Netzkabel des Transformers (#2: Power supply) ans Stromnetz
Montieren Sie das zu hebende Element am Screenlift oder an die universellen Montageplatte

BITTE BEACHTEN SIE:
Dass während des Hubvorganges keine Körperteile oder Kleider in den Funktionsraum des
Screenliftes gelangen
Dass beim Einbau in ein Möbel keine Klemmkanten und Quetschgefahren entstehen, beachten Sie hierzu die Maschinenrichtlinien (CE – Kennzeichnung) und erstellen Sie eine

BEDIENUNG DES SCREENLIFTES

 Durch drücken der Taste + fährt der Screenlift aus

Die Taste muss während des gesamten Hubvorganges gedrückt werden. Somit wird erreicht, dass die
Hubbewegung überwacht ist, und im Notfall sofort gestoppt werden kann

mit dem Kippschalter
 Durch drücken des Schalters nach oben fährt der Screenlift aus
 Durch drücken des Schalters nach unten fährt der Screenlift ein
Hubbewegung überwacht ist, und im Notfall sofort gestoppt werden kann

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Use the following safety guidelines to help protect your lift from potential damage and to ensure your own
personal safety.

Read an follow all safety instructions

Read all the installation instructions before testing or installing your lift

Keep remote control out of reach of children

To prevent bodily injury keep hands and clothing away from the lift while the lift is in operation

Before installing the lift or working with it’s connections, unplug the lift from the electrical shock

If the Lift is mounted in furniture, please take care that no clamping borders and no danger of
squeezing can be generated. Please watch the CEE Directions for machine and make a risk analysis

Do not install the lift, power supply or R.F. module in places subject to extreme temperatures for
example near a radiator, or heating vent

To avoid damaging the power supply, R.F. module and power cord, do not put anything on it or
place it where it could become damaged

Unplug the lift in the following conditions:
o When the power cord or plug is damaged or frayed
o If liquid has spilled into the lift, power supply or RF module
o If the lift, power supply or RF module has been exposed to rain or water
o If the lift exhibits a distinct change in performance, indicating a need for servicing
FUNCTION CONTROL
Remove all contents from packaging and compare with the listed parts. Test the function of the Screen lift
as follows: (refer to the sketch on page 1):
o Connect the cable of the Screen lift (# 1) to the control box (# 3)
o Connect the cable of the power supply (# 2) to the control box (# 3)
o Connect the cable of the rocker switch (# 4) to the control box (# 3)
o Connect the net cable of the power supply (# 2)
o Put the Screen lift (# 1) in an vertical position
o Press the rocker switch (# 4), drive a few centimetres up and back again. The switch has to be
pressed always due of security reasons. By releasing the switch, the screen lift will stop immediately
o Press the remote control (+) (# 5), drive a few centimetres up and back (-) again. The switch has
to be pressed always due of security reasons. By releasing the switch, the screen lift will stop immediately
PLEASE NOTE:
During the lifting process (up and down) the Screen lift has always been controlled by eye. If
there is a danger, the lift has to be stopped immediately.

MEASUREMENTS
INSATLLATION OF THE SCREENLIFT

Place the Screen lift (# 1) vertically (use a level) on the back panel of the cabinet in a location that
will allow full up and down movement of the TV. Use the intended fixing hole in the back side of the
Screen lift (4 screw nuts M6 in a distance of 570, or the assembly slots in a distance of 512)
By using the mounting bracket, fix it on the front side of the Screen lift. Use the 4 screw nuts M6 in
a distance of 441
Connect the cable of the Screen lift (# 1) to the control box (# 3)
Connect the cable of the power supply (# 2) to the control box (# 3)
Connect the cable of the rocker switch (# 4) to the control box (# 3)
Connect the net cable of the power supply (# 2)
Mount the TV (the lifting element) on the Screen lift (# 1) or and the mounting bracket
PLEASE TAKE CARE, THAT:
During operation, no hands and clothing can be kept in the function area of the Screen lift
No clamping borders and no danger of squeezing can be generated. Please watch the CEE
Directions for machine and make a risk analysis

OPERATION OF THE SCREENLIFT

Operated by the RF remote control (Frequency )
 By pressing the + button the Screenlift will drive up
 By pressing the – button the Screenlift will drive down
The button has to be pressed during the whole lifting or lowering process due of security reasons. By
releasing the switch, the screen lift will stop immediately
o
Operated by rocker switch
 By pressing the switch upside the Screenlift will drive up
 By pressing the switch downwards the Screenlift will drive down
PLEASE NOTE:
During operation (up and down) the Screen lift has always been controlled by eye. If there is
a danger, the lift has to be stopped immediately.

REMARQUES RELATIVES À LA SÉCURITÉ
Les consignes de sécurité qui suivent sont destinées à prévenir tout accident et toute dégradation du
système Screenlift:

Respectez toutes les instructions de sécurité.

Conservez la télécommande hors de portée des enfants.

Lors de l’actionnement du système, veillez à ce qu’aucune partie du corps ni aucun vêtement ne
se trouvent dans l’espace de fonctionnement.

En cas d’intégration dans un meuble, veillez à éviter tout risque de pincement et de coincement.
Pour cela, respectez la Directive machines (marquage CE) et procédez à une analyse des risques.

Durant les travaux de montage ou de démontage du système Screenlift, débranchez l’entraînement
afin d’éviter tout risque de choc électrique.

Il est interdit de monter le système Screenlift, le transformateur et la commande dans des endroits
exposés à des températures extrêmes (par exemple près d’un radiateur ou d’un ventilateur chauffant – énumération non exhaustive).

Pour éviter d’endommager le système Screenlift, ne posez aucun objet sur le transformateur, la
commande ou les câbles électriques.

Débranchez la fiche secteur dans les situations suivantes:
o quand le câble électrique ou la fiche secteur sont abîmés
o quand du liquide a coulé sur le système Screenlift, le transformateur ou la commande
o quand le système Screenlift, le transformateur ou la commande ont été en contact avec de
l’eau (y compris de l’eau de pluie)
o pour procéder à de quelconques réparations et travaux d’entretien ou de montage sur le
système Screenlift
ÉLÉMENTS FOURNIS / CONTRÔLE DE FONCTIONNEMENT
Retirez les emballages et assurez-vous qu’il ne manque aucun élément. Vérifiez le fonctionnement du système Screenlift. Pour cela, procédez comme suit (en vous référant au schéma de la page 1):
o Branchez le câble du système Screenlift (# 1) dans le boîtier de commande (# 3).
o Branchez le câble du transformateur (# 2) dans le boîtier de commande (# 3).
o Branchez le câble du basculeur (# 4) dans le boîtier de commande (# 3).
o Branchez le câble secteur du transformateur (# 2) dans la prise de courant.
o Placez le système Screenlift (# 1) en position verticale.
o Appuyez sur le basculeur (# 4), montez quelqun centimètre et redescendez. Pour des raisons de
sécurité, le basculeur ou la télécommande doivent être maintenus en position enfoncée pour actionner le système. Lorsque vous relâchez l’interrupteur, le système Screenlift s’arrête immédiatement.
o Appuyez sur la télécommande (+) (# 5) pour monter quelqun centimètre, puis redescendez (-).
IMPORTANT:
Ne jamais quitter le système Screenlift des yeux lors du mouvement ascendant et descendant
afin d’éviter tout accident.

MONTAGE DU SYSTÈME SCREENLIFT

Fixez le système Screenlift (# 1) dans le meuble qui doit abriter l’écran. Utilisez les alésages prévus
à cet effet au dos du système Screenlift (4x M6, cote 570, ou fentes de montage, cote 512). Veillez
à ce que le système puisse sortir complètement.
Si vous avez besoin de la plaque de montage universelle, montez-la sur le filetage M6 (cote 441)
prévu à cet effet sur la façade.
Branchez le câble du système Screenlift (# 1) dans le boîtier de commande (# 3).
Branchez le câble du transformateur (# 2) dans le boîtier de commande (# 3).
Branchez le câble du basculeur (# 4) dans le boîtier de commande (# 3).
Branchez le câble secteur du transformateur (# 2) dans la prise de courant.
Montez l’élément à soulever sur le système Screenlift ou sur la plaque de montage universelle.
IMPORTANT:
Veillez à ce qu’aucune partie du corps ni aucun vêtement ne se trouvent dans l’espace de
fonctionnement du système Screenlift lors du mouvement.
En cas d’intégration dans un meuble, veillez à éviter tout risque de pincement et de coincement. Respectez pour cela la Directive machines (marquage CE) et procédez à une analyse des risques.

UTILISATION DU SYSTÈME SCREENLIFT
o
À l’aide de la télécommande (fréquence)
 Appuyez sur la touche + pour faire sortir le système Screenlift.
 Appuyez sur la touche - pour rentrer le système Screenlift.
La touche doit être maintenue enfoncée durant tout le déplacement. Cela permet de surveiller la
course et de l’arrêter immédiatement en cas de problème.
o
À l’aide du basculeur
 Appuyez vers le haut pour faire sortir le système Screenlift.
 Appuyez vers le bas pour rentrer le système Screenlift.

Prima di procedere al montaggio o alla prova dello Screenlift, si raccomanda di leggere le indicazioni e disposizioni di sicurezza riportate nella pagina successiva. Lo Screenlift deve essere
azionato esclusivamente da persone che abbiano letto attentamente le presenti istruzioni.

INDICAZIONI DI SICUREZZA
Le seguenti indicazioni di sicurezza servono ad aiutare gli utenti a prevenire infortuni e a proteggere lo
Screenlift da danni:

Osservare tutte le indicazioni di sicurezza.

Conservare il telecomando fuori dalla portata dei bambini.

Durante la fase di sollevamento, prestare attenzione affinché né parti del corpo né capi di vestiario
entrino nel raggio di azione dello Screenlift.

Integrando il sistema in un mobile, verificare che non si formino bordi con rischio di impigliamento
o pericoli di schiacciamento; al riguardo osservare le Direttive macchine (marcatura CE) e provvedere all’analisi dei rischi.

Durante i lavori di montaggio o smontaggio sullo Screenlift, scollegare l’apparecchio per evitare
scosse elettriche.

Non è consentito montare lo Screenlift, il trasformatore e neanche la centralina su siti soggetti a
temperature eccessive (ad esempio su un termosifone o termoventilatore; l’elenco non è esaustivo).

Per evitare che lo Screenlift subisca danni, non collocare nessun oggetto sul trasformatore, sulla
centralina o sul cavo.

Togliere subito la spina dalla rete elettrica se:
o il cavo e/o la spina risultano danneggiati
o dei liquidi sono caduti sullo Screenlift, sul trasformatore o sulla centralina
o lo Screenlift, il trasformatore o la centralina sono entrati in contatto con l’acqua (intesa anche
l’acqua piovana)
o sono in corso dei lavori di riparazione, manutenzione o montaggio sullo Screenlift.
DOTAZIONE/CONTROLLO DEL FUNZIONAMENTO
Rimuovere l’imballaggio e verificare se la fornitura è completa e integra. Verificare il funzionamento dello
Screenlift, procedendo come segue (con riferimento all’illustrazione a pag. 1):
o Inserire il cavo dello Screenlift (# 1) nella centralina (# 3).
o Inserire il cavo nel trasformatore (# 2) della centralina (# 3).
o Inserire il cavo dell’interruttore basculante (# 4) nella centralina (# 3).
o Inserire il cavo di alimentazione del trasformatore (# 2) nella presa di rete.
o Posizionare lo Screenlift (# 1) in verticale.
o Premere l’interruttore basculante (# 4), far muovere il dispositivo alcuni cm verso l’alto e tornare
indietro. Per motivi di sicurezza bisogna sempre tenere premuto l’interruttore basculante o il telecomando; in caso contrario lo Screenlift si arresta immediatamente.
o Premere il telecomando (+) (# 5), far muovere il dispositivo alcuni cm verso l’alto e tornare indietro
(-).
ATTENZIONE:
Durante il sollevamento/l’abbassamento, tenere sempre sotto controllo lo Screenlift in modo
da evitare infortuni.

DISEGNO QUOTATO
MONTAGGIO A INCASSO DELLO SCREENLIFT

Fissare lo Screenlift (# 1) nel mobile che ospita lo schermo da muovere. A tal fine usare i fori di
fissaggio previsti sul retro dello Screenlift (4 fori M6, passo 570, oppure fessure di montaggio con
passo 512). Assicurarsi che la corsa possa compiersi sull’intera lunghezza.
Se è necessaria la piastra di montaggio universale, avvitarla all’apposito filetto M6 (passo 441) sulla
parte frontale.
Inserire il cavo dello Screenlift (# 1) nella centralina (# 3)
Inserire il cavo nel trasformatore (# 2) della centralina (# 3)
Inserire il cavo dell’interruttore basculante (#4) nella centralina (# 3)
Inserire il cavo del trasformatore (# 2) alla presa di corrente
Montare ora l’elemento da sollevare sullo Screenlift o sulla piastra universale.
ATTENZIONE:
Durante il sollevamento nessuna parte del corpo e nemmeno capi di vestiario devono entrare nel raggio di azione dello Screenlift;
Integrando il sistema in un mobile, verificare che non si formino bordi con rischio di impigliamento o pericoli di schiacciamento. Al riguardo osservare le Direttive macchine (marcatura CE) e provvedere all’analisi dei rischi.

COMANDO DELLO SCREENLIFT
o
Con il telecomando (a radiofrequenza)
 Premendo il pulsante +, lo Screenlift si solleva
 Premendo il pulsante –, lo Screenlift si abbassa
Bisogna tener premuto il pulsante per l’intera durata della corsa. Ciò consente di sorvegliare l’operazione e intervenire subito arrestandola, in caso d’emergenza.
o
Con l’interruttore basculante
 Premendo l’interruttore verso l’alto, lo Screenlift si solleva
 Premendo l’interruttore verso il basso, lo Screenlift si abbassa
Bisogna tener premuto l’interruttore per l’intera durata della corsa. Ciò consente di sorvegliare l’operazione e intervenire subito arrestandola, in caso d’emergenza.

EINBAU DES SCREENLIFTES

Befestigen Sie den Screenlift (# 1) im Möbel aus dem der Bildschirm fahren soll. Benutzen Sie die
vorgesehenen 8 Befestigungsbohrungen an den Seiten des Screenliftes. Achten Sie darauf, dass die
volle Hublänge ausgefahren werden kann. Der Screenlift muss mindestens 4 mm unterhalb der Möbelkante eingebaut werden. Der Screenlift muss vertikal (benutzen Sie eine Wasserwage) im Möbel
eingebaut werden.
Befestigen Sie den Transformer (# 10) mit dem Transformerhalter (#8). Bitte beachten Sie die
Zeichnung auf Seite 1, der Transformer soll rechts vom Screenlift montiert werden.
Befestigen Sie die Steuerbox (# 5) neben dem Transformer (# 10), Achten Sie darauf, dass die Kabel
genügend Raum haben und sich nicht verfangen können.
Um den Kippschalter zu befestigen müssen Sie eine Bohrung an der von Ihnen gewünschten Stelle
anbringen und den Kippschalter einpressen. Achten Sie darauf, dass die Kabel genügend Raum haben und sich nicht verfangen können. Befestigen Sie diese mit Kabelklemmen.

Stecken Sie das Kabel des Transformers (# 10) in die Steuerbox (# 5).
Stecken Sie das Kabel des Kippschalters (# 9) in die Steuerbox (# 5).

Fahren Sie den Screenlift (# 1) in seine höchste Position.
Plazieren Sie den TV an der für Sie besten Position und Schrauben Sie die Befestigungsschienen am
Screenlift fest.
Fahren Sie den Screenlift mit dem montierten TV nach unten. Achten Sie darauf, dass der TV nirgends ansteht und dass er komplett im Möbel einfährt.

Befestigen Sie den Klappenöffner (# 2) im Schlitz am Screenlift mit dem gebogenen Bügel in Richtung Frontseite. Der Klappenöffner muss über dem TV stehen.

Fahren Sie noch einmal in die höchste Position und ziehen Sie alle Schrauben mit einem Schlüssel
fest.
Als Grundlage für diese Anleitung dient der typische Einbau in einem Schrank.
BITTE BEACHTEN SIE:
Dass während des Hubvorganges keine Körperteile oder Kleider in den Funktionsraum des
Screenliftes gelangen

To avoid damaging the power supply, R.F. module and power cord, do not put anything on it or
place it where it could become damaged

o When the power cord or plug is damaged or frayed
o If liquid has spilled into the lift, power supply or RF module

FUNCTION CONTROL
Remove all contents from packaging and compare with the listed parts. Test the function of the Screen lift
as follows: (refer to the sketch on page 1):
o Connect the cable of the Screen lift (# 2) to the control box (# 3)
o Connect the cable of the control box (# 3) to the power supply (# 4)
o Connect the cable of the rocker switch to the control box (# 3)
o Connect the net cable of the power supply (# 4)
o Put the Screen lift (# 2) in an vertical position
o Press the rocker switch, drive a few centimetres up and back again. The switch has to be pressed
always due of security reasons. By releasing the switch, the screen lift will stop immediately

ASSEMBLY OF THE SCREENLIFT

Place the Screen lift (# 1) vertically (use a level) on the back panel of the cabinet in a location that
will allow full up and down movement of the TV. Use the intended fixing hole on the sides of the
Screen lift. The Screen lift has to be mounted about 4mm below the furniture border.
Attach the power supply (# 10) with the power supply bracket (#8). Please follow the drawing on
page 1, the power supply needs to be mounted on the right side of the Screen lift.
Attach the R.F. module (# 5) next to the power supply (# 10). Take care that the wires have enough
space that they cannot get caught.
To attach the Rocker Switch (# 9), you have to drill a hole at the designated position. Than press
the Rocker Switch in. Take care that the wires have enough space that they cannot get caught.
Attach the wires with cable clips.

Connect the cable of the control box (# 3) to the power supply (# 10)
Connect the cable of the rocker switch to the control box (# 5)
Connect the net cable of the power supply (# 10)
Move the TV mounting brackets (# 4) above the Lift brackets (# 3).

Adjust the TV mounting brackets for your TV and attach it to the TV. Make sure the TV is attached
centrically to the mounting brackets.
Drive the Screen lift (# 1) to its upper position.

Place the TV on wanted position and attach the lift brackets to the Screen lift.
Drive down the Screen lift with the attacked TV. Take care that the TV cannot get jammed somewhere and that it breaks in completely to the furniture.

Attach the Lid lifter (# 2) with the bended end to the direction of the front side into the groove of
the Screen lift. The Lid lifter has to stand over the TV.
o
Drive again to the upper position an tight all screws.
Background for this direction is the characteristic of the assembly into a cabinet.
PLEASE TAKE CARE, THAT:
During operation, no hands and clothing can be kept in the function area of the Screen lift

glider. Move the glider to the preferred
position and tighten the screw securely again.

Retirez les emballages et assurez-vous qu’il ne manque aucun élément. Vérifiez le fonctionnement du système Screenlift. Pour cela, procédez comme suit (en vous référant au schéma de la page 1):
o Branchez le câble du système Screenlift (# 1) dans le boîtier de commande (# 5).
o Branchez le câble du boîtier de commande (# 5) dans le transformateur (# 10).
o Branchez le câble du basculeur (# 9) dans le boîtier de commande (# 5).
o Branchez le câble secteur du transformateur (# 10) dans la prise de courant.
o Placez le système Screenlift en position verticale.
o Appuyez sur le basculeur pour monter de quelques centimètres, puis redescendez. Pour des raisons
de sécurité, le basculeur ou la télécommande doivent être maintenus en position enfoncée pour
actionner le système. Lorsque vous relâchez l’interrupteur, le système Screenlift s’arrête immédiatement.
o Appuyez sur la télécommande (+) pour monter de quelques centimètres, puis redescendez (-).

Fixez le système Screenlift (# 1) dans le meuble qui doit abriter l’écran. Utilisez pour cela les 8
alésages prévus à cet effet sur les côtés du système Screenlift. Veillez à ce que le système puisse
sortir complètement. Le système Screenlift doit être monté au moins 4 mm en dessous du bord du
meuble. Le système Screenlift doit être monté à la verticale dans le meuble (utilisez pour cela un
niveau à bulle).
Fixez le transformateur (# 10) à l’aide de la fixation correspondante (# 8). Veuillez consulter le
schéma sur la page 1 – le transformateur doit être monté sur la droite du système Screenlift.
Fixez le boîtier de commande (# 5) à côté du transformateur (# 10). Veillez à ce que les câbles aient
suffisamment de place et ne risquent pas de se coincer.
Pour fixer le basculeur, percez un trou à l’endroit de votre choix et insérez le basculeur dans le trou.
Veillez à ce que les câbles aient suffisamment de place et ne risquent pas de se coincer. Fixez-les
avec des serre-câbles.

Branchez le câble du transformateur (# 10) dans le boîtier de commande (# 5).
Branchez le câble du basculeur (# 9) dans le boîtier de commande (# 5).
Branchez le câble secteur du transformateur (# 10) dans la prise de courant.
Amenez le système en position supérieure pour vérifier que rien ne gêne le mouvement.

Faites coulisser les barres de fixation pour téléviseur (# 4) sur les rails de fixation (# 3).
Positionnez les barres de fixation en fonction de votre téléviseur et fixez le téléviseur sur les barres.
Veillez à ce que le téléviseur soit bien centré lors du montage sur les rails.

Amenez le système Screenlift (# 1) dans la position la plus haute.
Positionnez le téléviseur à l’endroit optimal pour vous et vissez les rails de fixation sur le système
Screenlift.
Redescendez le système Screenlift avec le téléviseur monté. Veillez à ce que le téléviseur ne dépasse
nulle part et à ce qu’il rentre complètement dans le meuble.

Fixez le dispositif d’ouverture du clapet (# 2) dans la fente sur le système Screenlift avec la partie
recourbée tournée vers la façade. Le dispositif d’ouverture du clapet doit être situé au-dessus du
téléviseur.

Amenez à nouveau le système dans la position la plus haute et serrez toutes les vis avec une clé.
Ces instructions sont basées sur le cas typique d’un montage dans une armoire.
IMPORTANT:
Veillez à ce qu’aucune partie du corps ni aucun vêtement ne se trouvent dans l’espace de
fonctionnement du système Screenlift lors du mouvement.

MISE EN SERVICE DE LA TÉLÉCOMMANDE

Reliez le transformateur et le système Screenlift au boîtier de commande. Les deux
fiches sont de taille différente pour empêcher les erreurs de branchement.
Dès que le branchement est effectué, le voyant bleu s’allume.
Appuyez sur la touche Haut ou Bas de la télécommande pour mettre en mouvement
le système Screenlift.
La touche doit être maintenue enfoncée durant tout le déplacement. Cela permet de
surveiller la course et de l’arrêter immédiatement en cas de problème.
APPRENTISSAGE

Si le boîtier de commande ne réagit pas quand vous appuyez sur les touches de la
télécommande, réinitialisez le boîtier de commande (Reset). Puis programmez la télécommande et le boîtier de commande afin qu’ils communiquent.

câble. Amenez la glissière dans la position souhaitée et resserrez la vis.

ATTENZIONE
Prima di procedere al montaggio o alla prova dello Screenlift, si raccomanda di leggere le indicazioni e disposizioni di sicurezza riportate nella pagina successiva. Lo Screenlift deve essere
azionato esclusivamente da persone che abbiano letto attentamente le presenti istruzioni.
INDICAZIONI DI SICUREZZA
Le seguenti indicazioni di sicurezza servono ad aiutare gli utenti a prevenire infortuni e a proteggere lo
Screenlift da danni:

Osservare tutte le indicazioni di sicurezza.

Conservare il telecomando fuori dalla portata dei bambini.

Durante la fase di sollevamento, prestare attenzione affinché né parti del corpo né capi di vestiario
entrino nel raggio di azione dello Screenlift.

Integrando il sistema in un mobile, verificare che non si formino bordi con rischio di impigliamento
o pericoli di schiacciamento; al riguardo osservare le Direttive macchine (marcatura CE) e provvedere all’analisi dei rischi.

Durante i lavori di montaggio o smontaggio sullo Screenlift, scollegare l’apparecchio per evitare
scosse elettriche.

Non è consentito montare lo Screenlift, il trasformatore e neanche la centralina su siti soggetti a
temperature eccessive (ad esempio su un termosifone o termoventilatore; l’elenco non è esaustivo).

Per evitare che lo Screenlift subisca danni, non collocare nessun oggetto sul trasformatore, sulla
centralina o sul cavo.

Togliere subito la spina dalla rete elettrica se:
o il cavo e/o la spina risultano danneggiati
o dei liquidi sono caduti sullo Screenlift, sul trasformatore o sulla centralina
o lo Screenlift, il trasformatore o la centralina sono entrati in contatto con l’acqua (intesa anche
l’acqua piovana)
o sono in corso dei lavori di riparazione, manutenzione o montaggio sullo Screenlift.

DOTAZIONE/CONTROLLO DEL FUNZIONAMENTO
Rimuovere l’imballaggio e verificare se la fornitura è completa e integra. Verificare il funzionamento dello
Screenlift, procedendo come segue (con riferimento all’illustrazione a pag. 1):
o Inserire il cavo dello Screenlift (# 1) nella centralina (# 5)
o Inserire il cavo della centralina (# 5) nel trasformatore (# 10)
o Inserire il cavo dell’interruttore basculante (# 9) nella centralina (# 5)
o Inserire il cavo di alimentazione del trasformatore (# 10) nella presa di rete
o Posizionare lo Screenlift in verticale
o Premere l’interruttore basculante, far muovere il dispositivo un cm verso l’alto e tornare indietro. Per
motivi di sicurezza bisogna sempre tenere premuto l’interruttore basculante o il telecomando; in caso
contrario lo Screenlift si arresta immediatamente.
o Premere il telecomando (+), far muovere il dispositivo un cm verso l’alto e tornare indietro
(-).

MONTAGGIO A INCASSO DELLO SCREENLIFT

Fissare lo Screenlift (# 1) nel mobile che ospita lo schermo da muovere. A tal fine usare gli 8 fori di
fissaggio previsti sui lati dello Screenlift. Assicurarsi che la corsa possa compiersi sull’intera lunghezza. Lo Screenlift deve essere installato ad almeno 4 mm sotto il bordo del mobile. Verificare
anche che lo Screenlift sia allineato correttamente sull’asse verticale nel mobile (usare una livella a
bolla d’acqua).
Fissare il trasformatore (# 10) al relativo supporto (# 8). Si prega di osservare il disegno a pag. 1:
montare il trasformatore a destra dello Screenlift.
Fissare la centralina (# 5) accanto al trasformatore (# 10), assicurandosi che i cavi abbiano spazio
sufficiente per non impigliarsi tra di loro.
Per fissare l’interruttore basculante, è necessario praticare un foro sul punto desiderato e spingere
dentro l’interruttore. Assicurarsi che i cavi abbiano spazio sufficiente per non impigliarsi tra di loro.
Fissateli con delle clip ferma-cavi.

Inserire il cavo del trasformatore (# 10) nella centralina (# 5).
Inserire il cavo dell’interruttore basculante (# 9) nella centralina (# 5).
Inserire il cavo d’alimentazione del trasformatore (# 10) nella presa di rete.
Verificare la procedura di sollevamento, puntando verso la posizione più alta.

Spingere le staffe di supporto del televisore (# 4) sulle staffe di sollevamento (# 3).
Allineare le staffe di supporto del televisore all’apparecchio e fissarlo su di esse. Assicurarsi che il
televisore sia correttamente centrato sulle staffe.
o

Muovere lo Screenlift (# 1) fino alla posizione più alta.
Sistemare il televisore nella posizione prescelta e fissare le staffe allo Screenlift con le viti.
Abbassare lo Screenlift con il televisore montato. Badare che il televisore non sporga da nessuna
parte e che si incassi completamente nel mobile.
o
Fissare la maniglia (# 2) nell’apposita fessura sullo Screenlift, con la parte arcuata rivolta in avanti.
La maniglia deve trovarsi sopra al televisore.
o
Muovere lo Screenlift di nuovo fino alla posizione più alta e stringere tutte le viti con una chiave
adeguata.
Le presenti istruzioni si basano sul tipico modello di montaggio a incasso in un armadio.
ATTENZIONE:
Durante il sollevamento nessuna parte del corpo e nemmeno capi di vestiario devono entrare nel raggio di azione dello Screenlift;
Integrando il sistema in un mobile, verificare che non si formino bordi con rischio di impigliamento o pericoli di schiacciamento. Al riguardo osservare le Direttive macchine (marcatura CE) e provvedere all’analisi dei rischi.

MESSA IN SERVIZIO DEL TELECOMANDO A ONDE RADIO

Collegare il trasformatore e lo Screenlift alla centralina. Poiché i connettori sono di
grandezza diversa, è impossibile confondere gli allacciamenti.
Non appena conclusa l’operazione, si accende un LED blu a luce fissa.
Premere il pulsante di sollevamento o abbassamento sul telecomando e lo Screenlift
si muove nella direzione richiesta.
Bisogna tener premuto il pulsante per l’intera durata della corsa. Ciò consente di sorvegliare l’operazione e intervenire subito arrestandola, in caso d’emergenza.
APPRENDIMENTO

Se la centralina non reagisce quando si premono i pulsanti del telecomando, è necessario azzerarla (reset) e successivamente programmare congiuntamente il telecomando e la centralina.
PROGRAMMAZIONE

Premere il pulsante di apprendimento sulla centralina per meno di 1 secondo.
Premere uno dei pulsanti sul telecomando.
La spia rossa inizia a lampeggiare.
Premere nuovamente uno dei due pulsanti del telecomando e il LED rosso si spegne.
Il telecomando e la centralina sono ora programmati e sintonizzati.
o
Premere e tenere premuto 10 secondi il pulsante di apprendimento (learner button)
sulla centralina (il reset è concluso non appena si spegne il LED rosso).

COMANDO CON L’INTERRUTTORE BASCULANTE

Premendo l’interruttore verso l’alto, lo Screenlift si solleva
Premendo l’interruttore verso il basso, lo Screenlift si abbassa.
Bisogna tener premuto l’interruttore per l’intera durata della corsa. Ciò consente di sorvegliare l’operazione e intervenire subito arrestandola, in caso d’emergenza.
ATTENZIONE:
ADEGUARE L’ALTEZZA DELLA CORSA
Regolare la posizione finale inferiore:
Si può regolare a propria discrezione la posizione finale inferiore, se lo Screenlift non deve abbassarsi completamente.
1. Rimuovere le due coperture.
2. Con una chiave esagonale svitare la vite sul
passacavo. Posizionare il passacavo sul punto
desiderato e stringere di nuovo la vite.
3. Applicare di nuovo le due coperture.

Regolare la posizione finale superiore:
Si può regolare a propria discrezione la posizione finale superiore, se lo Screenlift non deve sollevarsi
completamente.
Con una chiave esagonale svitare la vite
sul passacavo. Posizionare il passacavo
sul punto desiderato e stringere di nuovo
la vite.
