l centro di taglio UNIVER SCARABEO 550 è una macchina automatica per il
taglio di profilati in alluminio e P.V.C. composta da cinque differenti gruppi di lavoro collegati fra loro.
Magazzino carico profilati con movimento a catena comandato da un motoriduttore elettrico trifase con sei stazioni utili di carico a morsa che permettono di
caricare indipendentemente dal tipo di profilo, una o due barre per ogni una, per
un totale di 12 barre. La prima di queste stazioni di carico è dotata di unità di
sollevamento composta da un dispositivo ruotante, sul quale si possono montare quattro diversi tipi di controsagome, in modo da poter cambiare tipo di profilo
con la massima rapidità. (circa 1 min.). - Alimentatore profilati ad asse controllato con unità lineare per il movimento delle barre, comandato da motore Brushless con riduttore epicicloidale. Pinza pneumatica per il bloccaggio e la movimentazione delle barre in direzione dell’ unità di taglio. - Unità di taglio con lama diametro 500 mm. standard (d. 550 mm. a richiesta) , motore elettrico trifase
HP 3. e supporto oscillante che permette di eseguire tagli a 135° - 90° - 45°. 2
bloccaggi pneumatici verticali e 2 bloccaggi pneumatici orizzontali. - Gruppo
scarico pezzi tagliati ad asse controllato con unità lineare di movimento, comandata da motore Brushless con riduttore epicicloidale. Pinza pneumatica per
il bloccaggio e la movimentazione dei pezzi. - Magazzino scarico pezzi tagliati
con movimento a cinghie comandato da un motoriduttore elettrico trifase, che
permette di immagazzinare un totale di 16 pezzi tagliati a varie misure.
Questa macchina è corredata inoltre di cabina di protezione insonorizzata e recinzione esterna di sicurezza.
La macchina è gestita da un computer industriale con: schermo LCD TFT a colori, Hard Disk, tastiera a sfioramento, floppy disk 1.44 Mb, che comunica con
P.L.C. per la gestione del ciclo di lavoro.
Il programma permette di: Memorizzare archivio profili. Ricevere le liste di taglio
tramite Floppy Disk in formato ASCII. Ottimizzare le liste di taglio sia per il taglio
con barra singola che con barra doppia. Visualizzare e/o modificare liste di taglio. Creare e modificare il formato preferito per le etichette da applicare sui
pezzi. Eseguire l’assistenza remota tramite modem.

Bar loading magazine with chain movement system powered by a three-phase electric motor reducer with six clamping and loading stations capable of loading one or two profiles each, of any type, up to a total of 12. The first of these loading stations has a lifting unit with a
rotating mechanism, with the possibility of fitting four different types of mounting blocks, for very quick profile changeovers (about 1
minute). - Controlled-axis bar feeder with linear handling system, powered by a brushless motor with an epicyclic reduction gear. Pneumatic clamp for holding the bars and moving them in the direction of the cutting unit. - Cutting unit with standard 500 mm diameter saw
blade (550 mm diameter available as optional), 3 HP three-phase electric motor and oscillating support for making cuts at 135° - 90° - 45°.
2 vertical pneumatic clamping kits and 2 horizontal pneumatic clamping kits. - Controlled-axis cut bar unload unit with linear handling
system, powered by a brushless motor with an epicyclic reduction gear. Pneumatic clamp for holding and moving the bars. - Unloading
magazine for cut bars with belt movement system, powered by a three-phase electric motor reducer, with storage capacity for a total of 16
profiles of different sizes.
The machine also has a soundproofed operator booth and an external safety barrier.
The machine is managed by an industrial computer with the following characteristics: LCD TFT colour monitor, hard disk, touch-sensitive
keyboard, 1.44 Mb floppy disk drive, dialogue with PLC for work cycle management.
Storage of profile files: Receiving cutting lists from floppy disk in ASCII format. Optimising cutting lists both for single bar and double bar
cuts. Viewing and/or editing cutting lists. Creation and editing of label, with choice of format, for affixing to section bars. Remote assistance
via modem.

as Bearbeitungszentrum UNIVER SCARABEO 550 ist eine automatische Maschine zum Schneiden von Aluminium- und PVC-Profilen und
besteht aus fünf verschiedenen miteinander verbundenen Arbeitsstationen.
Lademagazin der Profile mit Kettenantrieb, das durch einen Drehstrom- Getriebemotor gesteuert wird, und sechs mit Spannbacken versehenen
Ladestationen, die unabhängig vom Profiltyp das Laden einer oder zwei Stangen pro Station- insgesamt bis zu maximal 12 Stangen - gestatten.
Die erste Ladestation beinhaltet einen Hebemechanismus mit Drehvorrichtung, auf der vier verschiedene Matrizen montiert werden können, wodurch ein äußerst schneller Profilwechsel möglich ist (ca. 1 Minute). - Achsgesteuerter Profilzuführer mit Lineareinheit zum Stangenvorschub,
durch einen Brushless-Motor mit Planetengetriebe angetrieben. Pneumatisches Spannfutter zum Einspannen und Vorschieben der Stangen in
Richtung Schneideinheit. - Schneideinheit mit Schnittblatt Standarddurchmesser 500 mm (auf Wunsch mit Durchmesser 550 mm), DrehstromElektromotor 3 PS und einem Gelenklager, das die Ausführung von Schnitten mit Winkeln von 135° - 90° - 45° gestattet. Jeweils 2 senkrechte
und waagerechte pneumatische Spannvorrichtungen. - Achsgesteuerte Entladestation der geschnittenen Teile mit linearer Vorschubeinheit,
durch einen Brushless- Motor mit Planetengetriebe angetrieben. Pneumatisches Spannfutter zum Einspannen und Vorschieben der Teile. - Entlademagazin der geschnittenen Teile mit Riemenantrieb über einen Drehstrom-Getriebemotor und einer Aufnahmekapazität von bis zu 16 geschnittenen Teilen in verschiedenen Abmessungen.
Die Maschine ist darüber hinaus mit einer schalldichten Schutzkabine und einer äußeren Sicherheitseinzäunung ausgestattet.
Die Maschine wird über einen Industriecomputer mit folgenden Eigenschaften gesteuert: Farbbildschirm LCD TFT, Festplatte, berührungsempfindliche Tastatur, Diskettenlaufwerk 1,44 Mb; der Computer kommuniziert mit der SPS zur Verwaltung des Arbeitsablaufs.
Programmmöglichkeiten: Speicherung des Profilarchivs. Einlesen der Schnittlisten über Diskette in Format ASCII. Optimierung der Schnittlisten
zum Schneiden von Einzel- sowie Doppelstangen. Anzeige und/oder Bearbeitung der Schnittlisten. Erstellung und Bearbeitung des auf die Teile
zu klebenden Etikettenformats. Fernservice über Modem.
