La richiesta di omologazione deve essere compilato sempre in ogni sua parte ed in modo leggibile e
dovrà pervenire al K.C.S.M. entro il 31 Dicembre dell’anno del conseguimento del titolo, corredata dalla
fotocopia del pedigree ed Euro 10,00 per r/s segreteria e postali se per via ordinaria, ed a discrezione,
Euro 15,00 per via raccomandata semplice.
Il KCSM declina ogni responsabilità per il mancato recapito dei diplomi: Un duplicato verrà inviato
previo comunicazione scritta del mancato ricevimento con Euro 15,00 per il rinvio a/m raccomandata
semplice .
The request for homologation must always be completed very clearly with all the information and
forwarded within Decembre 31th of the year the title was obtained, together with a copy of the
pedigreeform and Euro 10,00 for secretariat and regular mail expenses, Euro 15,00 if so decided by
the applicant, for registered mail The KCSM declines all responsibility for unsuccessful maildelivery.
A copy of the diploma will be forwarded after a written communication has been received with Euro
15,00 for registered mailing.
