DICHIARAZIONE DI CONFORMITÀ DEI MATERIALI E DEGLI OGGETTI IN
ALLUMINIO DESTINATI A VENIRE A CONTATTO CON ALIMENTI
Con la presente si dichiara che gli articoli da noi forniti:

sono conformi:

Alla seguente legislazione comunitaria:
Regolamento 1935/2004/CE
Regolamento 2023/2006/CE

Alla seguente legislazione italiana:
DPR 777/82 e successivi aggiornamenti
e modifiche
Decreto Ministeriale n. 76 del 18 Aprile 2007
e sono idonei al confezionamento e al contatto con gli alimenti.
Condizioni d'uso prescritte:
- Contatto breve: senza particolari limiti di temperatura per tempi inferiori a 24 ore.
- Contatto prolungato a temperatura refrigerata: tempi superiori a 24 ore.
- Contatto prolungato a temperatura ambiente: tempi superiori a 24 ore limitatamente agli
alimenti riportati nell’allegato IV del DM n. 76 del 18 aprile 2007.
I contenitori, i vassoi e i rolli di alluminio non sono idonei:
- Al contatto con alimenti fortemente acidi o fortemente salati.
- Al diretto contatto con fiamma libera o resistenza elettrica.

L’utilizzazione in sede industriale o commerciale del materiale indicato nella presente Dichiarazione è
subordinato all’accertamento della sua idoneità tecnologica allo scopo cui è destinato da parte
dell’utilizzatore.
Questa dichiarazione ha validità a partire dalla data sotto riportata e sarà sostituita quando interverranno
cambiamenti sostanziali nella produzione del materiale in grado di mutare alcuni requisiti essenziali ai
fini della conformità o quando i riferimenti legislativi saranno modificati e aggiornati in modo da
richiedere una nuova verifica ai fini della conformità.

DECLARATION OF COMPLIANCE FOR PLAN ALUMINIUM FOIL AND
ALUMINIUM FOOD CONTACT ITEMS
We declare that the items supplied by Zenith Alluminio:
ALUMINIUM CONTAINERS, TRAYS AND ROLLS
Comply with the requirements provided by:

European Regulation:
Regulation 1935/2004/CE
Regulation 2023/2006/CE

Italian Regulation:
DPR 777/82 and subsequent updates and changes
Decreto Ministeriale n. 76 of 18 April 2007
and are suitable for packaging and use in contact with food.
Directions for use:
- Short contact: without any particular limit of temperature for contacts within 24 hours.
- Long contact at refrigerated temperature: more than 24 hours.
- Long contact at ambient temperature: more than 24 hours for the foodstuffs listed in the attachment
“allegato IV of DM n. 76 of 18 April 2007”
Aluminium containers, trays and rolls are not suitable for:
- Contact with strong acid or strong salty foods;
- Direct contact with open flame or electrical resistance.

The use in of the material described in this Declaration in industrial or commercial areas is subjected to the
assessment of its technological suitability effected by the user according to the purpose of the activity.
This declaration is valid starting from the below written date and it will be substitute when substantial changes in
the production of the materials will change the essential requirements for compliance or when the legislation will be
modified or updated to require a new test of conformity.

DECLARATION DE CONFORMITE' DES MATERIAUX ET ARTICLES EN
ALUMINIUM DESTINES AU CONTACT ALIMENTAIRE
Nous déclarons que les articles fabriqués par Zenith Alluminio:
BARQUETTES, PLATEAUX ET ROULEAUX EN ALUMINIUM
san conformes:
- à la législation de l'UE :
Règlement 1935/2004/CE
Règlement 2023/2006/CE
- à la législation italienne:
DPR 777/82 et ses modifications ultérieures
Decreto Ministeriale n. 76 du 18 Avri/2007
et sont indiqués pour le conditionnement et le contact alimentaire.
Conditions d'emploi:
- Contact bref sans limites spéciales de température pour temps inférieurs à 24 heures.
- Contact prolongé à température réfrigérée: temps supérieurs à 24 heures.
- Contact prolongé à température ambiante: temps supérieurs à 24 heures pour /es aliments dont à
l'annexe IV du DM n. 76 du 18 Avri/2007.
Les barquettes, plateaux et rouleaux ne sont pas indiqués:
- Au contact avec /es aliments très acid es ou très salés..
- Au contact direct avec une fiamme ou résistance é/ectrique
(rif. Decreto Ministeriale n. 76 du 18 Avri/2007).
Cette déclaration est mise à jour périodiquement età chaque modification de la législation en
vigueur.
