VISIBILITÀ Grazie alla testata lavante e al tergitore contiguo,
l’operatore è in grado di controllare perfettamente l’azione di
lavaggio e asciugatura, evitando danni accidentali e di manovra.
PULIZIA NEGLI ANGOLI Il gruppo lavante posizionato nella
parte anteriore, come nella maggior parte delle uomo-a-terra,
consente di arrivare con un’efficace azione di lavaggio anche negli
angoli, riducendo al minimo le zone da riprendere manualmente.
PULIZIA DI FONDO Utilizzo possibile in tutti gli ambienti
grazie all’elevata pressione della testata con doppia spazzola
che la distribuisce uniformemente su tutta la superficie lavata.
La regolazione della pressione consente sia la pulizia di fondo
sia di manutenzione ed in presenza di qualsiasi sporco, da
quello da calpestio a quello più difficile ed ostico delle industrie
meccaniche.
RISPARMIO ECONOMICO Le caratteristiche prestazionali di
una lavasciuga uomo a bordo e costi di acquisto e gestione di
una uomo a terra consentono di raddoppiare la produttività,
dimezzandone il costo in uso (€/m2 lavato).
EFFICIENZA l’utilizzo di un solo motore per la rotazione
delle spazzole, ed un ingegnoso sistema per la trasmissione
alla seconda spazzola, consente di contenere l’assorbimento
elettrico, aumentandone l’efficienza in termini di prestazioni e
durata.
SICUREZZA L’asciugatura anteriore alle ruote consente di
operare in lavaggio di manutenzione sempre su una superficie
asciutta. Mentre nelle pulizie di fondo la trazione posta sulle due
ruote posteriori garantisce stabilità anche su pavimenti bagnati.
ILav65 è dotata di un dispositivo automatico di riduzione della
velocità collegato all’angolo di sterzata attivo sia in avanzamento
sia in retromarcia, per garantire la massima sicurezza in tutti gli
ambienti e su tutte le superfici.
ELETTRONICA Per fornire al cliente il massimo dell’affidabilità
e robustezza, sulla ILav65 sono state adottate soluzioni
tecniche con un calibrato impiego dell’elettronica (solo per la
trazione) privilegiando, su alcune funzioni, l’elettromeccanica.
MANUTENZIONE Tutte le operazioni di manutenzione
ordinaria come la pulizia e la sostituzione delle gomme del
tergitore, la pulizia del filtro dell’acqua pulita, la sostituzione
delle spazzole, sono semplici e rapide. La pulizia del serbatoio
di recupero, grazie all’ampia apertura nella parte superiore,
avviene senza fatica e perdita di tempo. La diagnostica di
serie e il contaore d’esercizio agevolano la manutenzione
programmata e straordinaria.

VISIBILITY The strategic positioning of the washing unit and the
squeegee system, allows the operator for an easy and complete
control over the washing and drying actions avoiding accidental
injuries.
CLEAN THE CORNERS The washing set positioned at the
front, as in major cases of walk-behind, allows to reach any
corners with an effective washing to minimize successive manual
stages.
DEEP CLEANING Suitable for all environments thanks to the
high down pressure value performed by the double brushes
system allowing for the uniform distribution on the washed area.
The adjustable down pressure, offers the great advantage of
perfect results for in-depth or maintenance cleaning operations
with any kind of debris, from the easier tread to the more difficult
and hard of the mechanical industries.
ECONOMIC SAVING The main performances of a ride-on
scrubber dryer with investment and running costs as a walkbehind allowing to duplicate the productivity and halve the
operation cost (€/m2 washed).
EFFICIENCY The use of a single motor for the brushes, with
a transmission geared system, allows to reduce the electrical
absorption increasing the efficiency in term of performances and
average life.
SAFETY The positioning of the drying system at the front of
the wheels allows the running of maintenance cleaning always
on dry surface. Whilst for in-depth cleaning the propelling
system located on the two back wheels grants stability even
if on wet floor. ILav65 is equipped with an automatic speed
reduction system interfaced to the swerve angle (forward and
reverse motion) in order to grant the max safety standard for all
environments and for all surfaces.
ELECTRONIC In order to maximize the reliability and solidity
for the end-user, the ILav65 is equipped with advanced tech
solutions as a calibrated employment of electronic (only for
propeller) favoring, on certain functions, the electro-mechanical
systems.
MAINTENANCE All ordinary maintenance operations such as
cleaning and replacement of the squeegee rubber, cleaning
of the fresh water filter, replacement of the brushes, are easy
and fast. Easy access recovery tank for quick and comfortable
cleaning thanks to a wide opening in the upper part. The
standard self-diagnostic and count-hours systems are a great
help in scheduling the preventive or exceptional maintenance.
