Il biglietto
Particolari le condizioni di ingresso che sarà libero, per tutti, il venerdì e sabato. Il biglietto per
la domenica avrà un costo a €20 e includerà l’accesso al paddock. Il ticket sarà ridotto a €
15 per i tesserati FMI, under 18 e donne; gratis per gli under 14.
La promozione
Grande attenzione alla diffusione del “prodotto” CIV 2009. Il sabato precedente la tappa, un
corner personalizzato verrà allestito nella piazza principale di una città vicina alla sede di
gara, per attività di volantinaggio e informazione.
Il tutto sarà completato da visibilità nei comuni limitrofi e distribuzione di locandine nei
principali locali e punti di ritrovo giovanili.
Fun Area
Non sarà solo il cuore logistico di team, piloti e addetti ai lavori. Il paddock si trasformerà in
una Fun Area, una vera e propria zona commerciale e del divertimento animata fino a sera,
con gli stand delle aziende partner e tante attività di intrattenimento, tra cui concerti, mostre
e tanto altro. Spazio anche al benessere con GymBox, la palestra itinerante collocata proprio
nella Fun Area dei circuiti. La tenda del fitness, con struttura rinnovata e nuovo programma
sportivo, offre attrezzature all'avanguardia per l'allenamento del motociclista.
CIVa di ridere
Tra le attività della Fun Area, c’è la grande attrazione della stagione. Sarà infatti un CIV tutto
da ridere, grazie alla partecipazione degli straordinari comici di Zelig – vero e proprio
programma cult degli ultimi anni - che animeranno il villaggio-paddock ogni sabato sera
prima della gara, con ingresso naturalmente aperto a tutti.
Una vera chicca che arricchirà la proposta per il pubblico, a conferma del progetto di un
evento a 360°, capace di coinvolgere ed attrarre un target vasto.

MotoTuristi per..Civ
L’altra novità, probabilmente la più gradita per i Turisti delle due ruote, riguarda i Motoraduni
che affiancheranno l’intera stagione del CIV. Tra questi, spicca una tappa del Trofeo Turistico
Nazionale in occasione dell'atto finale del Campionato Italiano, l'11 ottobre al Mugello.
Per i partecipanti all’iniziativa (realizzata con il supporto della Commissione Turistica FMI e
ribattezzata MotoTuristi per CIV) la possibilità di un pacchetto speciale a €15 (€10 Tesserati
FMI) valido per lo spettacolo comico del sabato sera e la gara della domenica, con tanto di
parking interno riservato. Per la tappa del 3 maggio a Monza sarà disponibile anche il
campeggio dell'Autodromo.
Per iscriversi ai raduni basterà inviare un semplice sms, anche “last minute” (fino alla
domenica mattina della gara) al numero 331.5323338 oppure una e-mail all’indirizzo

Civ & Superbike, partnership importante
L’accordo tra la Federazione Motociclistica Italiana e Infront Motor Sports , società che
detiene e gestisce i diritti del Mondiale Superbike 2009, prevede una collaborazione tra il CIV
e il WSBK, con interessanti opportunità per gli spettatori.
Chi acquisterà un biglietto per una delle sei tappe del Campionato Italiano potrà, infatti,
usufruire di uno sconto del 10% per l’ingresso alla successiva gara del Mondiale Superbike
che si disputa in Italia (Monza 8-10 maggio, Misano 19-21 giugno, Imola 25-27 settembre).
Al tempo stesso, chi acquisterà il ticket per uno dei tre round del WSBK, avrà la possibilità di
ottenere il biglietto ridotto per la tappa, precedente o successiva, del CIV.
La partnership prevede, inoltre, l’ingresso scontato del 10% su tutti i biglietti per i tesserati
2009 FMI, in occasione delle stesse tappe del Mondiale Superbike 2009.
Infine, una ulteriore iniziativa è inserita nell’accordo FMI-Infront Motor Sports : ai tesserati
online del Moto Club Italia, sarà riservato un concorso che metterà in palio, sempre per
ognuno dei tre appuntamenti, sei pass paddock ed un “pit walk” con posto riservato per
assistere alla gara domenica.
Il Venerdì con Davide Brivio in “cattedra”
Dopo tante attenzioni per il pubblico, è il momento di dedicarsi anche agli addetti ai lavori.
Parliamo di una serie di incontri in cui Davide Brivio svilupperà le tematiche relative a come
gestire nel modo corretto un team di motociclismo.
Tre momenti di formazione in cui il Team Manager Yamaha Racing MotoGp metterà a
disposizione dei partecipanti la sua grande esperienza, offrendo la possibilità di un confronto
diretto su un argomento che ha assunto sempre più importanza.

The audience: the project o
The ticket
Particular conditions for the entrance have been fixed, in fact it will be free for everybody on Friday
and Saturday. The Sunday ticket is going to cost 20€ and it will be inclusive of the paddock access.
The ticket is going to be reduced to 15€ for FMI affiliates, people under 18 and women; it is going
to be free for people under 14.
The promotion
There will be massive attention to spread the “brand” 2009 CIV. It will be created a personalized
corner in the main square of the chief town close to the race circuit, on the Saturday preceding the
race. Information sheets will be hand out and pieces of information will be provided.
This will be completed through a promotional campaign done in the closest municipal districts
and the distribution of information sheets in the main clubs or youth’s meeting points.
Fun Area
The paddock will not be just the logistic centre for teams, riders and workers. It is going to became
an Fun Area, a real commercial and amusement zone enjoyable till night. It will host the stands of
the manufacturers who support the CIV and many other fun activities as concerts, expositions and
much more. Wellness will be guaranteed through GymBox, the mobile gym located in the Fun
Area of the circuits. The fitness area has a renewed facility and a new sporting program, it will
offer the newest equipment useful for the motorcycling training.
CIV..let’s laugh a bit
Among the activities of the Amusement Area there is the large event of the season. In fact people
are going to laugh a lot thanks to the involvement of the amazing comic actors of Zelig – one of
the most successful Tv shows of the latest years – who are going to keep alive the village –
paddock every Saturday night before the race. Free entrance is guaranteed for everybody.
This great novelty is going to enhance the proposal offered to the audience and it represents an
overall project which can involve and attract different kind of people.

Motorcyclists - tourists for..CIV
The other novelty, probably the most appreciated for motorcyclists - tourists, is about the
Motorcycle Rallies which will take place at the same time of the CIV races. In the calendar appears
clearly a round of the National Tourist Trophy planned on the 11th of October at the Mugello
circuit where the final race of the CIV will be disputed on the same day.
For the participants to this initiative (organized with the support of the FMI Tourist Commission
and called “Motorcyclists – Tourists for CIV”) there is the possibility to have a special package for
15€ (10€ for FMI affiliates) and watch the comic show, scheduled for Saturday night, and the
Sunday race. It is also included a reserved parking place at the inside of the facility. On the 3rd of
May in Monza the camping area of the circuit will be also available.
To sign in at the Motorcycle Rallies people are simply required to send a text message, also a “last
minute” one (till the morning of the Sunday race), at the number +39 331 5323338 or send an email to [email protected] .
CIV & Superbike, important partnership
The agreement between the Italian Motorcycling Federation and Infront Motor Sports, the
company which detains and manages the rights of the 2009 Superbike World Championship,
includes a collaboration between CIV and WSBK. There will many interesting opportunities for
the crowd.
People who will buy a ticket for one of the six rounds of the Campionato Italiano Velocità could
get a reduction of the 10% on the ticket for the next race of the Superbike World Championship
which will be disputed in Italy (Monza on May 8th – 10th, Misano on June 19th – 21st, Imola on
September 25th-27th). At the same time who will buy a ticket for one of the three rounds of the
WSBK, could have a reduced ticket for the previous or the following round of the CIV.
The partnership provides a 10% reduced ticket entrance for the 2009 FMI affiliates for the
mentioned rounds of the 2009 World Superbike Championship.
There is finally a further proposal submitted in the agreement FMI – Infront Motor Sports: there is a
special contest for people who became affiliates of the Italy Moto Club through the net. For each
of the three appointments six paddock passes and a “pit walk” with a reserved place to watch the
Sunday race will be given as prizes.
The Friday with Davide Brivio on the “desk”
After many cares for the audience, it is time to think also about the workers. We are referring to
many meetings where Davide Brivio is going to explain the useful strategies to manage a
motorcycling race team in the correct way.
During the three planned appointments the Yamaha Racing MotoGP Team Manager will place
his great experience at the participants’ disposal and offer the chance for a straight comparison
connected to a topic that is becoming more and more significant.

La visibilità

Moto TV
Il canale tematico (canale 237 SKY) trasmetterà in diretta tutte le tappe del Campionato
Italiano Velocità 2009. Grazie all’accordo raggiunto tra la Federazione Motociclistica Italiana e
Digicast S.p.A. tutti gli appassionati potranno seguire in tempo reale le tappe del campionato
tricolore.
MotoTv rafforza ulteriormente il suo impegno nel settore Velocità, con un occhio di riguardo
al panorama agonistico tricolore.
In programma, per ogni domenica di CIV, la diretta delle cinque classi. Dallo studio all’interno
dei circuiti, i giornalisti commenteranno le gare con ospiti d’eccezione e lanceranno i
collegamenti con gli inviati ai box, pronti a raccogliere a caldo le parole dei protagonisti.
Raisport Più
Importante anche la copertura di Raisport Più (canale 227 SKY e digitale terrestre) che tutti i
martedì post tappa (ore 22.45 circa) proporrà un'ampia sintesi di tutte le classi del CIV, con il
racconto delle gare e le interviste ai protagonisti.
FMI Magazine
In occasione delle tappe del CIV il magazine tv autoprodotto dalla FMI sarà interamente
dedicato all'evento. La trasmissione, come tradizione, è destinata ad un pool di un centinaio
di tv areali su tutto il territorio nazionale.
Civ.tv
Grande attenzione sarà riservata dal nuovo sito ufficiale dell'evento ai contenuti video. La
domenica sera posta gara, saranno disponibili gli highlights delle cinque classi, mentre nelle
giornate di prova, sarà realizzato un Tg Civ con interviste e news per raccontare quel che
accade in pista e non solo.
L’impegno per il web prosegue grazie anche alla pagina ufficiale CIV creata su Facebook
dove, oltre agli appuntamenti agonistici e agli eventi collaterali, tutti i “fan” possono caricare
video e foto del CIV.
Espn Brasile
Il CIV sbarca anche all'estero. Grazie all'accordo con ESPN il più prestigioso network
sudamericano, gli highlights del Campionato Italiano saranno trasmessi dal sito web di ESPN
Brasile la settimana successiva ogni tappa.
Virgin radio
E’ la novità, graditissima, dell’ultima ora. Uno dei più prestigiosi network nazionali ha scelto di
essere official radio del CIV 2009, sposando un progetto che si propone come globale, ovvero
andare oltre i confini esclusivamente sportivi. Tante le iniziative in cantiere che saranno
sviluppate in partnership durante il corso della stagione.
Dvd ufficiale
A fine stagione verrà realizzato il Dvd ufficiale CIV 2009 con le immagini di gara, interviste e
backstage. La distribuzione sarà curata da Cineholliwood, leader italiano del settore.

The visibility
o
Moto TV
Moto TV is the telecommunication channel (SKY channel 237) which will live broadcast all the
rounds of the 2009 Campionato Italiano Velocità. This will be possible thanks to the agreement
between the Italian Motorcycling Federation and Digicast S.p.A., so all the fans can follow live the
rounds of the National Championship. In this way Moto TV strengthens its commitment in the
Road Racing Area, paying attention to the national race program.
Every Sunday a CIV round is going to be disputed, the five classes will be live broadcasted. The
journalists will comment on the races from the studio located in the circuits, they will be joined by
special guests and will keep connected with the correspondents at the pit lane ready to grasp the
statements of the riders.
Raisport Più
The Raisport Più (SKY channel 227 and digital terrestrial) coverage is important too. Every Tuesday
after the race (at around 10.45 pm) a wide summary of all the CIV classes will be displayed with
the races commentaries and the interviews of the protagonists.
Hard Trek
In occasion of the CIV rounds , the Tv Magazine in – house produced by the FMI will be entirely
focused on the event. By tradition, the programme is intended for a group of about a hundred
local televisions spread all over the national territory.

The new official web site of the event will draw the attention to the video contents.
The highlights of the CIV five classes will be available on the Sunday night after the race; during
the test days a so called “CIV News” will be created with interviews and news to inform what
happened on the track but not only this.
The presence on the web follows courtesy of the official CIV page created on Facebook, where all
the fans can upload CIV videos and pictures apart from taking a look at the agonistic
appointments and other events.
Espn Brasil
The CIV will land even abroad. Thanks to the agreement with ESPN, the most prestigious SouthAmerican network, the highlights of the Campionato Italiano Velocità will be broadcasted by the
ESPN Brasil web site the week after each round.
Virgin radio
It is the latest piece of news and very appreciated innovation. One of the most important national
networks chose to be the official radio for the 2009 CIV by linking with the project whose aim is
global, in fact it goes beyond the sporting borders. There are many projects to be finished and they
will be developed through a partnership during the season.
Official Dvd
At the end of the season the 2009 CIV official Dvd will be created and it will contain the images of
the races, the interviews and the backstage. Distribution will be handled by Cinehollywood, the
Italian leader in the field
