Collezione Traffic
La collezione Traffic è suddivisa in due linee prodotto, Evolution Traffic Industry e Evolution Traffic Trade
entrambe sono pavimentazioni viniliche auto adagianti composte da una mescolanza omogenea di resine
viniliche non riciclate, plastificanti, additivi inorganici, pigmenti coloranti e cariche minerali inerti. Prodotta
mediante pressa ad iniezione con superficie “a bolli” con effetto “buccia d’arancia” o finitura “ardesia”. Le
due collezioni si differenziano per la tipologia degli incastri, Evolution Traffic Industry presenta incastri a
vista mentre Evolution Traffic Trade presenta incastri a scomparsa con una bisellatura lungo il perimetro
della mattonella; entrambe le collezioni sono destinate a locali soggetti a forte traffico e/o in ambienti
non cantinati e non protetti contro le infiltrazioni di umidità di risalita. La versione Industry resiste anche
al passaggio di muletti a quattro ruote di peso totale a pieno carico non superiore ai 40 ql. purché
muniti di ruote di gomma con sezione adeguata; il materiale è disponibile anche nello spessore 10 mm
idoneo anche per il passaggio di muletti a tre ruote di peso totale a pieno carico non superiore a 40 ql.
Collection Traffic
La collection Traffic est subdivisée en deux lignes de produits, Evolution Traffic Industry et Evolution
Traffic Trade; toutes les deux sont des revêtements de sols vinyles autoportants, composées par un
mélange homogène de résines vinyliques non recyclées, plastifiants, additifs inorganiques, pigments
colorants et charges de minéraux inertes. Produite par presse à injection avec surfaces “à pastilles” avec
effets “peau d’orange” ou finition “ardoise”. Les deux collections se différencient de par la typologie
des encastrements; Evolution Traffic Industry présente des encastrements à vue alors que Evolution
Traffic Trade présente des encastrements rentrants avec biseautage le long du périmètre du dallage ;
les deux collections sont destinées à des locaux sujets à passage intense et/ou à des environnements
non en sous-sol et non protégés contre les infiltrations de remontée d’humidité. La version Industry
résiste aussi au passage de chariots élévateurs à quatre roues d’un poids total à pleine charge qui
ne dépasse pas les 4000 kg, à condition qu’ils soient munis de roues en caoutchouc de section
adéquate ; le matériel est aussi disponible en épaisseur 10 mm approprié aussi pour le passage
de chariots élévateurs à trois roues d’un poids total à pleine charge ne dépassant pas les 4000 kg.

EVOLUTION TRADE
Traffic Collection

Traffic collection is divided into two product lines, Evolution Traffic Industry and Evolution Traffic
Trade, both are vinyl interlocking floorings composed of a homogeneous mix of non-recycled vinyl
resins, plasticizers, inorganic addittives, colouring pigments and inert mineral fillers. Produced by
injection moulding machines, with a “raised disk” surface by the “smooth texture” effect or in
“slate” finish; the two collections differ in the type of joint. Evolution Traffic Industry appears with
exposed joints, while Evolution Traffic Trade appears with hidden joints with a bevel around the tile’s
perimeter; both collections are destined for areas subject to heavy traffic and/or environments which
are not protected against infiltration of dampness. The Industry version also resists the passage of
four-wheeled forklifts for a total laden weight of no more than 4000 Kg, which must be equipped
with rubber wheels of suitable width; the material is also available in 10 mm thickness which is
suitable for the passage of three-wheeled forklifts for a total laden weight of no more than 4000 Kg.
Kollektion Traffic
Die Kollektion Traffic teilt sich zwei Produktionslinien auf. Evolution Traffic Industry und die Linie
Evolution Traffic Trade. Beide Linien gehören der Vinylgruppe an, sie bestehen aus einer homogenen
nicht aus Wiederverwertung herkommender, selbsthaftenden, plastifizierten Vinylharzmischung mit
anorganischen Farbpigmenten und Zusatz von inertem Mineral. Der Produktionsprozess erfolgt mit
der Presse durch Einspritzung, die Oberfläche erhält dadurch “Blasen” mit dem “Orangenhaut” Effekt
oder dem „Schiefer“ Effekt. Die beiden Kollektionen unterscheiden sich in der Verlegungstypologie. Die
Evolution Traffic Industry zeigt die vom Auge wahrnehmbare Verlegung, hingegen die Linie Evolution
Traffic Trade verdeckt bleibt und nur die Kanten der Fliese sichtbar bleibt. Beide Kollektionen sind für
Räumlichkeiten gedacht, welche starker Abnutzung ausgesetzt sind und die nicht gegen eindringende
Feuchtigkeit geschützt sind. Die Version Industry hält auch starkem Druck von vierradbetriebenen
Stapelträgern mit entsprechend passender Gummibereifung stand, deren Gesamtgewicht jedoch
4000 Kg nicht übersteigt; verfügbar sind die Fliesen auch in der Dicke von 10 mm, geeignet ist
diese Version für Dreirad-Stapelträger mit einem Ladegesamtgewicht von nicht mehr als 4000 Kg.

La Posa
Di facile e immediata applicazione Evolution Traffic Industry e Evolution Traffic Trade possono essere
posati su qualsiasi superficie dura con pochissima o nessuna preparazione, migliorando la qualità delle
pavimentazioni povere, usurate e alterate dall’umidità purché siano ben livellate.
Vengono applicati in posa flottante sul preesistente pavimento mediante esclusivi meccanismi ad incastro
di facile installazione. Non sono necessari attrezzi particolari: basteranno un martello di legno o in gomma
un seghetto ed un traccialinee. È consigliabile iniziare la posa partendo dal centro del locale verso l’esterno
seguendo una traiettoria circolare.
A pavimento finito, l’incastro rimarrà a vista sulla versione “Industry” mentre scomparirà completamente
nelle versioni “Trade” e ”Ardesia”.
Per pose in ambienti con variazioni minime di temperatura, è opportuno lasciare uno spazio libero di 5
mm tra le piastrelle e i punti fissi (ad esempio pareti e/o macchinari) per permettere alle piastrelle di
espandersi e contrarsi liberamente. In ambienti con sbalzi di temperatura elevati (temperatura ambiente
+/- 20° C) ed in zone esposte ai raggi diretti del sole o caratterizzate da alte temperature è consigliato
l’uso di un adesivo.
La Pose
D’application facile et immédiate, Evolution Traffic Industry et Evolution Traffic Trade peuvent être
posées sur toute surface dure ayant très peu ou aucune préparation, améliorant ainsi la qualité des
revêtements de sols pauvres, usés et altérés par l’humidité, à condition qu’ils soient correctement nivelés.
Elles sont appliquées en pose flottante sur le revêtement de sol existant grâce à des mécanismes exclusifs
à encastrement d’installation facile. Aucun outil particulier n’est nécessaire : il suffira d’un marteau en bois
ou en caoutchouc, d’une scie et d’un traceur de lignes. Il est conseillé de commencer la pose en partant du
centre du local en allant vers l’extérieur et en suivant une trajectoire circulaire.
Un fois le revêtement posé, l’encastrement restera à vue pour la version “Industry” alors qu’il sera
complètement invisible dans les versions “Trade” et ”Ardesia”.
Pour la pose dans des environnements subissant des variations minimum de température, il est opportun
de laisser un espace libre de 5 mm entre les dallages et les points fixes (par exemple parois et/ou machines)
pour permettre aux dallages de s’étendre et de se contracter librement. Dans des environnements
subissant des écarts de température élevés (température ambiante +/- 20° C) et dans des zones exposées
à la lumière du soleil ou caractérisées par des températures élevées, il est conseillé d’utiliser un adhésif.

Laying
Easy and immediate to install, Evolution Traffic Industry and Evolution Traffic Trade can be
placed on any kind of hard surface with little or no preparation, these systems will improve the
quality of poor, worn and moisture weathered flooring, as long as they are properly levelled.
Our flooring system is applied as a floating floor on the existing flooring via an exclusive joint mechanism
which makes it very easy to install. No particular tools are necessary: only a wooden or rubber hammer,
a hacksaw and a striping tool will be used for the installation. It is advisable to start laying the floor
starting from the centre of the area moving outwards, following a circular trajectory.
Once the floor is finished, the join will show on the “Industry” version, while it will completely disappear
in the “Trade” and “Slate” versions.
For laying in areas with minimal temperature variations, it is advisable to leave a 5 mm gap between
the tiles and the fixed points (such as walls and/or machinery) in order to allow the tiles to expand
and retract freely. In areas with high temperature changes (room temperature +/- 20° C) and
in areas in direct sunlight or characterized by high temperature, we suggest using an adhesive.
Verlegung
Die einfache und schnelle Verlegung von Evolution Traffic Industry und Evolution Traffic Trade können
auf jeder harten Oberfläche eingesetzt werden, erfordern wenig oder gar keine Vorbereitung, verbessern
die Qualität des abgenutzten und durch Feuchtigkeit veränderten Bodenbelags, einzige Voraussetzung,
der Boden muss schön eben sein.
Es werden keine speziellen Werkzeuge benötigt: ein Holz- oder Gummihammer, eine kleine Säge und
eine Hilfe für die Linienfestlegung genügen. Es ist ratsam die Verlegung von der Raummitte nach
außen zu beginnen, dabei kreisförmig vorgehen. Nach der Verlegung wird bei der Version “Industry”
die Verzahnung sichtbar sein, bei der Version “Trade” und ”Ardesia” hingegen ist die Verzahnung
völlig unsichtbar.
Bei der Verlegung in Bereichen mit wenig Temperaturschwankung ist es opportun einen freien
Zwischenraum von 5 mm zwischen Fliese und den fixen Punkten zu lassen (zum Beispiel Wände
u/o Maschinen) damit die Fliese sich frei expandieren anpassen kann. In Bereichen mit hohem
Temperaturwechsel (Raumtemperatur +/- 20° C) sowie in Zonen die dem Sonnenlicht ausgesetzt
sind, oder wo hohe Temperaturen herrschen, ist die Verlegung mit einem Klebstoff angesagt.

Manutenzione e avvertenze speciali
La superficie inattaccabile di Evolution Traffic consente una pulizia rapida ed agevole ed è particolarmente
adatta all’uso di nebulizzatori o spugne ruvide. Dopo la posa, per migliorare e mantenere l’aspetto è
consigliabile il trattamento di cere metallizzate.
Non pulire le superfici con solventi quali trielina acetone ecc. La sosta prolungata di pneumatici può
causare la formazione di macchie scure indelebili sul pavimento. Pertanto nei locali interessati a questo
tipo di problema (es.: Saloni per le esposizioni di automobili) è indispensabile il trattamento preventivo
del pavimento e successivamente il mantenimento regolare, con le specifiche cere di ultima generazione
che garantiscono una sicura barriera contro la trasmigrazione dei plastificanti e degli anti invecchianti
contenuti nella mescola dei pneumatici.
Entretien et avertissements spéciaux
La surface inattaquable de Evolution Traffic permet un nettoyage rapide et aisé et est particulièrement
adapté à l’utilisation de nébulisateurs ou d’éponges rugueuses. Après la pose, pour améliorer et conserver
l’aspect, il est conseillé de traiter la surface avec des cires métallisées.
Ne pas nettoyer les surfaces avec des solvants tels que le trichloréthylène, l’acétone, etc. Le stationnement
prolongé de pneus peut causer la formation de taches foncées indélébiles sur le sol. C’est pourquoi
dans les locaux intéressés à ce type de problème (ex.: Salon pour les expositions d’automobiles), il est
indispensable de traiter préalablement le sol et successivement de l’entretenir régulièrement en utilisant
des cires spécifiques de dernière génération qui garantissent une barrière sûre contre la transmigration
des plastifiants et des produits anti-usure contenus dans le mélange des pneus.

Maintenance and special warnings
The resistant surface of Evolution Traffic is easy and fast to clean and it is particularly suitable to be
cleaned with nebulizers or rough sponges. After the installation, in order to improve and maintain the look
of the flooring, we suggest treatment with metal waxes.
Do not clean the surfaces with solvents such as turpentine, acetone etc. The prolonged stop of tyres can
cause the formation of dark indelible stains on the floor; therefore in the areas affected by this problem
(car showrooms) it is necessary to treat the floor in advance, and to continue the treatment with the
specific latest generation waxes which guarantee a safe barrier against the transfer of plasticizers and anti
aging materials contained in the tyres compound.
Instandhaltung und spezielle Hinweise
Die beständige Oberfläche von Evolution Traffic erlaubt eine schnelle und mühelose Reinigung. Speziell
geeignet sind Reinigungssprühgeräte oder scheuerbeständige Reinigungsschwämme. Für die Wahrung
des Aussehens ist es ratsam nach der Verlegung den Bodenbelag mit metallisiertem Wachs zu behandeln.
Die Oberfläche nicht mit Lösungsmitteln wie Trichloräthylon, Aceton oder ähnlichem behandeln. Reifen
können auf dem Boden dunkle, nicht entfernbare Flecken verursachen. Deshalb ist es unerlässlich,
in Lokalen, die dieser Problematik ausgesetzt sind (z. B. Autosalone), de Bodenbelag präventiv zu
behandeln. Danach eine reguläre Nachbehandlung mit speziellen, aktuellen Bohnerwachsmitteln
vornehmen, die eine sichere Barriere gegen das Eindringen von Plastifizierungsmitteln bilden und die
Partikel, welche in der Pneumatikmischung zur Veralterungsvorbeugung enthalten sind, schützen.

expressément pour toutes les zones qui ont besoin d’un revêtement de sols qui empêche

Manutenzione
Lavare con un panno bagnato evitando l’uso di acqua in eccesso con detergenti non aggressivi di comune reperibilità. Il pavimento
può essere trattato con cere metallizzate al fine di migliorarne la pulibilità (escluse la versioni antistatica e conduttiva per le quali
le cere non devono essere usate).
Avvertenze
Il pavimento è utilizzabile immediatamente dopo la posa. Non pulire con solventi quali trielina, acetone, ecc.
Nota Bene: Finitura superficiale - Aspetto - Punti di iniezione
Evolution Traffic è progettato per consentire una semplice e facile istallazione e contemporaneamente un’eccezionale durata
del pavimento. Il metodo di produzione può tuttavia dare luogo ad alcuni segni che sono visibili: nel centro della piastrella in
corrispondenza del punto di iniezione, lungo le linee di flusso dal centro sulle diagonali e attorno al bordo esterno della piastrella.
Questi segni non possono essere evitati.

Pose

Entretien
Laver avec un chiffon mouillé en évitant l’excès d’eau et de détergeants non agressifs facilement repérables. Le sol peut être traité
avec des cires métallisées afin d’en améliorer le nettoyage (sauf la version antistatique et conductible pour lesquelles les cires ne
doivent pas être utilisées).
Avertissements
Le sol peut être utilisé immédiatement après la pose. Ne pas nettoyer avec des solvants tels que le trichloréthylène, l’acétone, etc.
Nota Bene: Finition de surface - Aspect – Points d’injection
Evolution Traffic est conçu pour permettre une installation simple et facile et en même temps pour une durée exceptionnelle du sol.
La méthode de production peut toutefois donner lieu à quelques signes visibles : au centre du carrelage en correspondance avec
le point d’injection, le long des lignes de flux du centre sur les diagonales et autour du bord extérieur du carrelage. Ces signes ne
peuvent être évités.

Installation
Easy and quick to install, Traffic Industry and Traffic Trade can be applied on any hard surface with little or no preparation. Our
flooring system improves the quality of poor, worn and moisture weathered flooring, as long as they are properly levelled. Traffic
Industry and Traffic Trade are installed as floating floor on the existing flooring via an exclusive joint mechanism which makes
them very easy to install.
Maintenance
Wash with a wet cloth avoiding the use of too much water, wash with commonly available non aggressive detergents. The floor can
be treated with metal waxes in order to increase the cleanability (this is not applicable for the antistatic and conductive versions,
in this case waxes cannot be used).
Warning
The floor can be used immediately after the installation. Do not clean with solvents such as turpentine, acetone, etc.
NB: Surface finishing - Appearance – Injection points
Evolution Traffic was designed to ensure swift and simple installation and at the same time ensuring a long life to the floor.
However, its manufacturing method may lead to visible marks: in the injection point at the centre of the tile, along the diagonal
flow lines from the centre and around the outer edge of the tile. These signs cannot be prevented.

Selbstliegender Vinylbodenbelag mit einer homogenen Mischung aus neuem, nicht recyceltem Vinyl. Weichmacher, Zusatzstoffe,
anorganische Stoffe, Farbpigmenten und mineralischen Füllstoff. Der Belag ist rutschsicher und wird mit der Spritzgießmaschine (oder
Spritzgußmaschine) hergestellt. Auf der Oberfläche bilden sich „Blasen“, welche einer „Orangenhaut“ oder einer „Schieferoptik“ gleichen.

Verlegung
Die einfache und schnelle Verlegung von Evolution Traffic Industry und Evolution Traffic Trade können auf jeder harten Oberfläche
eingesetzt werden, erfordern wenig oder gar keine Vorbereitung, verbessern die Qualität des abgenutzten und durch Feuchtigkeit
veränderten Bodenbelags, einzige Voraussetzung, der Boden muss schön eben sein.
Wartung und Instandhaltung
Den Boden mit einem nassen Tuch aufwischen, dabei zuviel Wasser mit herkömmlichen Reinigungsmitteln vermeiden. Für eine
bessere Sauberhaltung des Bodenbelags kann dieser mit metallisierten Bohnerwachsmitteln behandelt werden (ausgenommen
davon ist die antistatische und leitende Version, für diese sollen keine Wachsmittel angewandt werden).
Hinweise
Der Belag kann unmittelbar nach Verlegung benutzt werden. Keine Lösungsmittel wie Trichloräthylon Aceton oder ähnliches
verwenden.
Vermerk
Bei einzelnen Farben können produktionsbedingt kleine Unregelmäßigkeiten in der Oberfläche auftreten. Diese sind nicht zu
vermeiden und sind auch kein Reklamationsgrund. Die Qualität und Funktionalität wird dadurch nicht beeinträchtigt.
