L’esperienza maturata in oltre 20 anni di attività nel campo dei contatori d’acqua, ha consentito alla famiglia Budai di fondare,
nel 1991, la B METERS srl.
L’attività di produzione si svolge, con l’ausilio di un altissimo indice di automazione, in 3 stabilimenti di proprietà dell’Azienda della
dimensione complessiva di 10.000 m² con un’area scoperta, disponibile per future espansioni, di 9.000 m².
L’attuale produzione supera 1.400.000 contatori annui collocando B METERS in una posizione di assoluto rilievo sia in ambito
nazionale che europeo.
B METERS srl opera a livello nazionale ed internazionale nel settore acquedottistico, industriale e privato. La gamma di prodotti
comprende contatori per acqua a turbina nella versioni a getto singolo e multiplo, con trasmissione meccanica o magnetica,
contatori Woltmann, contatori tangenziali per irrigazione, contatori di flusso, contatori di energia termica e ripartitori dei costi di
calore nelle versioni a lettura diretta o completi di moduli integrati per la trasmissione a distanza dei dati di misurazione.
Oltre ad un eccellente livello qualitativo, i modelli realizzati da B METERS si distinguono per design innovativo e soluzioni tecniche
sempre aggiornate.
L’Azienda è in grado di soddisfare le richieste dei propri Clienti partendo dalla fase di progettazione ed arrivando alla completa
realizzazione del contatore. Tutti i contatori sono dotati di omologazione nella classe più restrittiva delle norme CE 75/33 - ISO
4064 e, per i nuovi modelli, secondo la direttiva 22/2004/CE modulo B (MID). L’azienda è certificata ISO 9001:2008 e secondo
la direttiva 22/2004/CE modulo D (MID) ed opera nel rispetto della UNI-EN17025 per le attività di prova e taratura metrologica.

Thanks to the experience matured in over 20 years of water meters manufacturing, back in 1991 the Budai family decided to found
the Company B METERS srl.
The production takes place in 3 plants owned by the Company that add up to a total of 10,000 m² covered and 9,000 m² uncovered,
with the aid of a very high automation level. The current production exceeds 1.4 million meters per year placing B METERS in a
leading position both at national and European level.
B METERS srl operates both nationally and internationally in the fields of the water companies, the industry and the private market.
The product range includes turbine (velocity) type single and multi-jet water meters with mechanical or magnetic transmission,
Woltmann meters, irrigation meters, flow meters, thermal energy meters and heat cost allocators with direct reading or complete with
integrated modules for the remote transmission of the consumption data.
In addition to a high quality level the models produced by B METERS are characterized by an innovative design and always up
to date technical solutions.
The Company is able to meet the requirements of its customers starting from the design phase until the complete realization of
the meter. All meters possess approval certificates in the most restrictive of the CE 75/33 - ISO 4064 regulations and for the most
recent models, according to the 22/2004/CE Module B (MID) regulations. The company is certified with the ISO 9001:2008 and
according to the directive 22/2004/CE form D (MID) and operates in compliance with the UNI-EN 17025 regulations for the activities
of testing and metrology calibration.

Il reparto per le verifiche metrologiche è dotato di
numerosi banchi prova approvati dal Ministero Italiano
delle Attività Produttive secondo le prescrizioni del DPR
854 del 1982 “Attuazione della direttiva CEE 75/33”
e sono abilitati alla taratura dei contatori secondo
la direttiva 22/2004/CE (MID). I banchi prova, tutti
elettronici, sono sottoposti a controlli periodici al fine di
garantire affidabilità ed elevata precisione durante i test
metrologici ed operano nel totale rispetto della
norma EN17025.
The department for the metrological verification
uses several test benches all approved by the Italian
Ministry of Productive Activities in accordance with the
provisions of the Presidential Decree 854 of 1982,
"Implementation of EEC Directive 75/33” and are entitled
to water meters metrological adjustment according to
the Directive 22/2004/EC (MID).
The test benches, all electronic, are subject to periodic
inspections to ensure high reliability and accuracy
during metrological testing and they operate in full
compliance with the standard EN17025.

Realizzato nelle versioni per acqua fredda

capsula con liquido speciale permettono la
lettura sempre nitida anche in presenza di
acque impure. La trasmissione meccanica
rende il contatore non frodabile da campi
magnetici.Contatore omologato a norme
MID fino a R250H - R125V.

mit besonderer Flüssigkeit gefüllten Kapsel
versiegelte Rolle erlauben die scharfe
Ablesung, ebenso mit unsauberem Wasser.
Mechanische Übertragung schützt den Zähler
vom Betrug durch magnetische Felde.

Single jet, semi-dry dial meter with protected
rolls, mechanical driving with pressure closing
ring rotating at 360°. Available in sizes 1/2”
and 3/4” either for cold water (30°C) and hot
water (90°C). The rolls are dipped in a liquid
filled chamber, allowing the reading even with
unclear water. The mechanical driving allows
the meter not to be tampered by magnetic
fields. Approved according to MID
standards up to R250H - R125V.

Les rouleaux scellés dans un capsule avec
un liquide spécial permettent une lecture
toujours claire, même en présence d' eau
impure. La transmission mécanique rend
le compteur impossible de frauder par des

cápsula con un líquido especial, permiten una
lectura siempre nítida, tambíén en presencia
de impurezas del agua. La transmisión
mecánica confiere al contador la cualidad antifraude a los campos magnéticos. Contador
homologado por las normas hasta
MID R250H - R125V.

reading from different angles, always

Il contatore combinato è costituito dall’
abbinamento di un contatore Woltmann con
un contatore a getto multiplo collegati tra loro
tramite una valvola di commutazione. Alle
basse portate la valvola chiude il passaggio
dell’acqua attraverso il corpo del Woltmann
costringendola nel canale secondario del
contatore a getto multiplo e consentendo, di
conseguenza, una contabilizzazione precisa
anche alle basse portate.

measuring even at low flow rates.

The electro-magnetic flow meter model
MAG-C has been engineered so to
measure the flow and the volume of any
liquid that is electrically conductor. Those
flow meters do not have any mechanical
moving component, and therefore the
liquid do not have any obstacle in its
flowing, thus avoiding any damage
caused by solids that can be in the
liquid. The internal part of the measuring
pipe is electrically insulated and therefore
the liquid to be measured does not have
any possibility to be in contact with the
material by which the pipe and the flanges
are made. That allows the possibility of
measuring any type of liquid compatible
with the internal cladding.
The MAG-C meters enjoys a very low head
of loss and the possibility of mounting in
every position, and therefore are suitable
for every sector of the chemical, paper,
food industries and water works.

Estos
medidores de caudales no contienen
partes mecánicas móviles y, por tanto, el

El interior del tubo de medida está aislado
eléctricamente, por lo tanto el líquido
procesado no está nunca en contacto, ni

el de las bridas. Esto permite la medición
de cualquier tipo de líquido compatible
con el revestimiento interno.
Estas características, unidas a la bajísima
pérdida de carga y la posibilidad de
montaje en cualquier posición, permiten

Il modello HYDROSPLIT è un calcolatore di calore separato che misura
l’ energia utilizzata per il riscaldamento o il raffreddamento dell’acqua
in impianti con tubazioni anche di grosso calibro che non consentono
l’installazione della versione compatta. Si collega all’uscita impulsiva di
un contatore per la misurazione del volume d’acqua utilizzato.
L’ elaborazione del dato relativo alla differenza tra la temperatura dell’
acqua in mandata e quella in ritorno, assieme al dato relativo al volume
d’ acqua utilizzato da ciascuna utenza, consente di calcolare
la quantità di energia effettivamente utilizzata.

The model HYDROSPLIT is a separate heat calculator which measures
the amount of energy used for the heating or cooling of water in
piping systems including large-caliber that not allow the installation
of the compact version. It connects to the pulse output of a meter
for measuring the volume of water used. The processing of the data
relating to the difference between the temperature of the water outlet
and return, along with the data relating to the volume of water used
by each user allows to calculate the amount of energy actually used.

la cantidad de energía efectivamente utilizada.

USAGE
I contatori dotati di dispositivo lancia impulsi possono essere collegati a sistemi di tele-lettura, PLC,
reti M-Bus (abbinati a convertitori di segnale PADPULSE), totalizzatori e in tutte quelle applicazioni
che necessitano della lettura da remoto dei dati di consumo rilevati dal contatore d’acqua.
I contatori possono essere acquistati completi di dispositivo lanciaimpulsi o con predisposizione
per il successivo montaggio del dispositivo.
The water meters equipped with pulse emitter device can be linked to tele-reading systems, to
PLC, to M-Bus networks (using PADPULSE signal converters), to pulse counters and to all those
applications that require remote reading of the water consumption data.
Water meters can be provided complete with pulse emitter or pre-equipped for the future installation
of the pulse emitter.

SISTEMI M-BUS VIA CAVO INTEGRATI PER CONTATORI D'ACQUA
WIRED M-BUS INTEGRATED SYSTEMS FOR WATER METERS
Il protocollo di trasmissione M-Bus viene utilizzato per la lettura remota di tutti i tipi
di contatori (elettricità, acqua, gas etc.).
Una rete M-Bus consente di collegare tra loro fino a 250 apparecchiature diverse e gestire
la lettura di ognuna di esse tramite un unico concentratore dati.
Dal concentratore dati è possibile effettuare letture remote o semplicemente scaricare
i dati su PC.
I nostri moduli RFM-MB permettono il collegamento diretto dei contatori per acqua alla
rete M-Bus, eliminando l’utilizzo di dispositivi ad emissione d’impulsi e moduli per la
conversione in segnale M-Bus.
Ciò determina un risparmio sul costo delle apparecchiature utilizzate, una drastica riduzione
dei tempi di montaggio ed una notevole semplificazione dell’impianto.
The M-Bus transmission protocol is used for the remote data reading of any kind
of metering devices (electricity, water, gas, etc.).
An M-Bus network allows the connection of up to 250 different devices and data reading
of each one of them trough a single data concentrator.
The data concentrator allows remote reading or/and easy data download to a PC.
Our RFM-MB modules allow direct connection of water meters to an M-Bus network,
thus eliminating the need of pulse emitting devices and M-Bus signal converting devices.
This grants savings over the quantity of equipment used, a dramatic assembly time
reduction and a significant installation simplification.

Il sistema HYDROLINK consente la trasmissione remota dei dati di consumo registrati dal contatore
eliminando qualunque operazione manuale.
È infatti sufficiente che l’operatore, munito di ricevitore, transiti in prossimità del contatore per
consentire l’immediato riconoscimento dell’utenza e la memorizzazione automatica dei dati di
consumo aggiornati.

Il sistema HYDROLINK utilizza il protocollo di trasmissione M-BUS wireless, consentendo quindi la

standard e di utilizzare dispositivi accessori prodotti da aziende terze. La soluzione è di facile utilizzo
e consente di partire dall’acquisto del semplice contatore predisposto per poi sviluppare il sistema
nella sua completezza.
The new HYDROLINK system allows the remote collection of the data recorded by the meter thus
eliminating any manual operation.
It is in fact sufficient for the operator equipped with a receiver walking by the meter to allow immediate
recognition of the end user and automatic storage of the updated consumption data.

The HYDROLINK system uses the M-BUS wireless transmission protocol allowing communication
