A partire dal 01 luglio 2016 entrerà in vigore un nuovo regolamento per migliorare la sicurezza navale.

Anche se le prescrizioni possono variare nei singoli Paesi, rispettivamente nei singoli terminal portuali,
valgono i seguente principi:
1) Senza dichiarazione dell’esatta „Verified Gross Mass (VGM)“ non verrà imbarcato nessun Container
2) Il caricatore è responsabile della dichiarazione e responsabile per eventuali costi supplementari
Per i Containers completi FCL esistono i seguenti metodi:
1) Pesatura fisica
Seguito vostro ordine, la FRACHT SA può organizzare la pesatura su una pesa calibrata. Sarà
nostra premura optare per la soluzione più appropriata ed economica.
2) Processo calcolatorio
Il caricatore deve poter presentare una certificazione ISO (tutte le norme autorizzate) o AEO
(Authorized Economic Operator) oppure disporre di un sistema MRP/ERP (Manufacturing
Resource Planning – Enterprise Resource Planning)
Potete dichiarare il VGM tramite il nostro formulario allegato o tramite una dichiarazione analoga su
vostro formato.
La FRACHT SA è responsabile di trasmettere il VGM alle parti coinvolte.
Per le spedizioni groupage LCL non vi è alcuna variazione. La pesatura sarà effettuata dal consolidatore
presso il terminal di carico.
I costi saranno addebitati in base ai giustificativi.

Our company is authorized to declare the VGM (Verified Gross Mass) according to the SOLAS Convention
and requirements.
I certify that I am authorized signatory of the shipper and that the statements made and the VGM indicated
are correct. We authorize FRACHT AG to transmit the VGM to the sea-freight carrier. We will not hold
FRACHT AG responsible for any deviation with regard to the evaluated VGM and the consequences
resulting thereof.
