La linea comprende due unità operatrici a passaggio con mandrini contrapposti,
che sono collegate da un rotatore o da un deviatore.
The line consists of two operating units with opposed spindles,
interconnected by a rotator or a feeder.

La rettifica perimetrale viene effettuata a mezzo
di mandrini rettificatori estremamente robusti, di
elevata precisione ed elevata potenza (4 KW) dotati
di fresa diamantata di grande diametro.
I mandrini rettificatori sono perfettamente stagni
all’acqua, scorrono su guide interne in bagno d’olio
ed hanno regolazione decimale di posizionamento
mediante volantino. Il consumo delle frese
diamantate si recupera agendo sul volantino
manuale che ha una scala graduata per rendere
semplice e veloce la regolazione.
Ogni mandrino è inoltre equipaggiato di
amperometro.
L’elevata potenza dei mandrini rettificatori
consente di avere grosse asportazioni ed elevata
precisione.
I mandrini bisellatori sono estremamente robusti e
precisi per evitare ogni vibrazione che risulterebbe
molto dannosa alla qualità della finitura.
A differenza dei mandrini rettificatori, i mandrini
bisellatori lavorano con pressione pneumatica
indipendente per ogni gruppo.
La variazione della profondità del bisello si ottiene
variando la pressione di lavoro.
I gruppi bisellatori possono essere equipaggiati con
frese diamantate o con abrasivi; possono inoltre
essere rovesciati verso l’esterno per rendere
immediata e facilissima l’operazione di sostituzione
dell’utensile.
Il loro numero complessivo sulla linea, al pari di
quello dei mandrini rettificatori, viene definito sulla
base delle esigenze produttive.
The tile squaring is carried out by means of highprecision, powerful (4kW) rectifying spindles,
which are equipped with a large-diameter diamond
milling tool.
The spindles, perfectly water-tight, move on
guides protected in an oil bath, and are adjustable
to decimal precision by means of a hand-wheel.
To adjust the position of the spindles according
to the consumption of the diamond milling tools,
it is sufficient to operate the manual hand-wheel,
which is equipped with a reading scale to make
the adjustment easier and faster.
Furthermore, each spindle comes complete with
an ammeter.
The powerful rectifying spindles guarantee high
removal capacity and cutting accuracy.
The chamfering spindles are extremely sturdy and
precise in order to eliminate any possible vibration
during the work cycle that could damage the finish
quality.
Contrary to the rectifying spindles, the chamfering
units work with pneumatic pressure, and each
spindle is independently operated.
Variation in the depth of the chamfer is obtained
by varying the working pressure.
The chamfering units can be equipped with
either abrasive wheels or diamond milling tools;
furthermore, they can be turned outwards to make
the tool change easier and faster.
The number of rectifying and chamfering spindles
is determined by the production requirements.

Mattonelle costantemente guidate
senza slittamenti
Ognuna delle due unità di rettifica e bisellatura è
dotata di un proprio sistema di avanzamento del
materiale, costituito da una coppia di cinghie dentate
prive di giunzione, con bordi rettificati, e copertura
antiscivolamento, azionate da un motovariatore.
Al variare delle dimensioni delle mattonelle, la linea viene
rapidamente regolata alla nuova larghezza di lavoro.
A tale scopo le due unità sono formate da due banchi
contrapposti supportanti ognuno la cinghia di trasporto
ed i mandrini di un lato della macchina.
I banchi sono dotati di un sistema di regolazione
trasversale su guide cromate, che sposta, avvicinandoli
od allontanali in modo autocentrante, le due cinghie di
trasporto ed i gruppi rettificatori e bisellatori.
Il movimento è dato da due viti trapezoidali con
chiocciole precaricate per il recupero dei giochi, e
sincronizzate da un sistema di riduttori a vite senza fine.
Il cinematismo è interamente protetto da soffietti ed il
movimento è motorizzato.
Anche tutto il sistema di carteraggi della macchina
viene contemporaneamente adattato al nuovo
formato.
Each rectifying/chamfering unit is equipped with
its own material advancement system, which is
composed of a pair of continuous timing belts with
rectified edges and anti-slip cover, powered by a
variable speed drive.
When the tile size changes, the line has to be
repositioned with respect to the new working width.
To facilitate this, the two operating units are formed
by two benches, which are opposed lengthwise to
the working direction.
Each bench supports one of the driving belts and the
spindles on one side of the machine.
The two benches are equipped with a transversal
displacement system on chromium-plated guides,
which adjusts either the driving belts or the rectifyingchamfering spindles to the working width in a selfcentering fashion.
The cinematic motion is protected by bellows.
The whole protection system is simultaneously
adjusted to the new tile size.
Le mattonelle vengono accostate ad una guida di riscontro, sostituibile in
acciaio superrapido, per mezzo di una serie di pressori orizzontali.
Nel contempo, una serie di pressori verticali garantisce il costante contatto
e l’avanzamento sincrono delle mattonelle rispetto alle cinghie di trasporto.
Le cinghie scorrono su nastri in acciaio speciale antiusura.
Constantly guided tiles without slipping
A series of horizontal pressure rollers keep the tiles aligned against a
reference guide made from high-speed steel inserts.
At the same time, a series of vertical pressure rollers, manually adjustable
in height, maintains the tiles in contact with the rubber belts, thereby
assuring the constant and synchronized material feed-rate.
These rubber belts slide over special steel anti-wear belts and are
replaceable.

La linea di rettifica laterale e bisellatura
Chamferingbreton BC, in funzione delle esigenze, può
essere disposta in linea oppure ad angolo.
Nel primo caso, tra la prima e la seconda unità viene
inserito un rotatore automatico a 90° delle mattonelle;
nel secondo caso un deviatore automatico a 90°
Sia il deviatore che il rotatore sono di rapida e
semplice regolazione al variare della dimensione delle
mattonelle.
Depending on requirements, the rectifying and
chamfering line Chamferingbreton BC can be laid out
in a straight line or at right angle.
Between the first and the second unit, either an
automatic 90 degree rotator, in the first case, or a 90
degree deviator in the second case can be installed.
Both the rotator and the deviator can be easily and
rapidly adjusted to accommodate any change of the
tile width.
