He has a wide experience in relation to primary financing transactions, including
project financing transactions, covering many sectors (including, inter alia, energy,
traditional and renewable, water, hydroelectric, shipping, real estate, intellectual
property, acquisition finance, export finance, internationalization finance and public
entities finance) also in relation to restructuring transactions with companies in
state of distress. His practice encompasses the assistance in the transactions for
the purchase of portfolios of claims or claims, including those non performing, and
in the management of the same, also in connection with securitisation transactions
or real estate or participation acquisition transactions. He has also a long
experience in assisting issuers, arrangers, lead managers, dealers, rating
agencies, investors and advisers in connection with DCM transactions, such as
bond issues, exchange offers, structured finance, securitisations and swaps (IRS,
credit derivatives and currency swaps). He has also assisted banks in drafting their
internal policies. Finally, he has a significant experience in the energy and real
estate and restructuring sectors.
