Caratteristiche
> La ridondanza estrema, è la caratteristica intrinseca dell’intero
trasmettitore: nell’alimentazione, negli eccitatori, nei moduli di
potenza e nelle ventole di raffreddamento.
> Ogni modulo include un alimentatore “switching mode” che
regola e stabilizza la tensione di alimentazione fornita dalla sezione di alimentazione ed è controllato da una scheda a microprocessore, collegata tramite un bus di tipo RS485 alle altre
schede a microprocessore della macchina.
> Grazie alla modularità del sistema è possibile realizzare composizioni economiche e ridondanti su specifiche richieste del
cliente e per ogni tipologia di applicazione.
> L’elevato numero dei moduli di potenza autosufficienti e indipendenti tra loro garantisce la massima continuità di servizio
> Un’ampio pannello LCD consente di configurare e controllare in
maniera semplice ed intuitiva tutti i parametri di esercizio della
macchina.
> L’apparato dispone inoltre del pulsante d’emergenza, che se
premuto seziona immediatamente la linea di alimentazione ai
vari teleruttori, per cui si ha un arresto istantaneo di tutte le
parti soggette a potenza pur rimanendo operativi gli eccitatori,
che in stato di interlock visualizzano le avarie senza rischi di
tensioni pericolose.
> Eccezionale facilità di manutenzione del trasmettitore grazie
all’uso della tecnologia “Hot-Pluggable Technology” che rende
possibile estrarre i singoli moduli, senza spegnere il trasmettitore che continuerà a funzionare a potenza ridotta. Questa operazione può essere eseguita in tutta sicurezza per il manutentore e senza alcun rischio di danneggiare il modulo stesso o
l’amplificatore grazie al sistema di controllo ed ai connettori RF,
di alimentazione e di scambio dati appositamente studiati.
