Caratteristiche innovative hanno primeggiato su un design
brevettato che rende il modello TR 1104 della testa tappante
unico nell’industria.
La testa tappante ha i seguenti vantaggi:
1. Le frizioni magnetiche (magneti permanenti sincronizzate o
frizioni ad isteresi) possono applicare una forza di chiusura
da 0.5 a 4 Nm (da 5 a 36 inch/lbs). La coppia di chiusura è
completamente regolabile da una ghiera con calibrazione
che permette alla testa tappante di essere settata in modo
preciso in base alle diverse coppie di chiusura.
2. 4 rulli di guida con perno che si aprono e si chiudono sulla
testa di filettatura per i tappi trigger e dispenser (questa
tecnologia permette alla testa tappante Rejves di raggiungere
in modo preciso le coppie di chiusura senza segnare o
deformare il tappo).
3. La forza radiale dei rulli può essere regolata in modo preciso
da un meccanismo interno a molle.
4. La testa tappante include un sistema di centraggio del corpo
del trigger con molle che è stato disegnato per le diverse
dimensioni ed altezze dei triggers.
I tappatori per trigger e dispenser Rejves sono disponibili in
modelli da 3 a 16 teste, adatti per produzioni da 50 a 300
bottiglie al minuto.

CAPPING HEAD Mod. TR 1104:
innovative features have led to a patented design which makes
the model TR 1104 capping head unique in the industry.
The capping head features the following advantages:
1. Magnetic clutches (synchronous permanent magnet or
hysterisis clutches) can apply torque from 05 to 4 Newtonmeters (5 to 36 inch/lbs). The torque is fully adjustable via
an external collar with calibration markings allowing the
capping head to be precisely set for different application
torques.
2. 4 drive rollers pivot to open and close over the screw cap of
trigger and pump caps (this technology allows the Rejves
capping head to achieve precise torques without marking or
disfiguring the cap).
3. The radial force of the rolls can be precisely adjusted by an
internal spring mechanism.
4. The capping head includes a spring-loaded centering system
for the trigger body which has been designed to be suitable
for different dimensions and heights of triggers.

Press-on pump and trigger caps can
be handled with dedicated capping
heads on the model MRT-TP/600-9/ST
capper which also secures containers
in place and supports the container
necks with mechanically activated
grippers.
Press on triggers are applied onto aerosol
cans. The cans in this application are oriented
to ensure the correct alignment of the trigger
with the aerosol can.
The aerosol cans are oriented by a servo
driven rotary platform which turns the cans
until the correct registration mark is detected
by the photocell.
